@JioCare complained 4 times in 4 days. Issue still not resolved. Customer support asks for 24 hours everyday. It's been 96 hours already. Fix my connection now!!! Was told my complaint has been out on high priority. This is high priority? 4 days have gone by.

Recharged my JioFiber (+91-3335516223) with Rs. 399 + tax = Rs. 470 today. The recharge is successful. But my router is still showing red light. Helpline no is not responding. @JioCare, @reliancejio, @relianceindltd plz help urgently as I need some important work to do. Thanks
