    @JioCare You are sending the engineer at 8PM on 9th July which means the whole day of 9th will remain without wifi. You need to treat this as urgent and prioritize, send the engineer in the morning. @relian

    @SoumenMamonPal @JioCare Now when I call to engineer via app he said he already leave the job. Fraud company fraud customer support fraud service I also complaint to consumer helpline you should also do.

    @JioCare Neha appreciate your update but why shortly? What is duration of shortly? I need fix time also need to understand what stage it is & why not tomorrow? It's almost 2 months delay how long does it take to return my own money, not begging extra #jiorefund but my deposit

    @JioCare My service request SR00003AA8X9 has been kept open for days, while your team continues to reschedule appointments instead of resolving the issue. This is a clear failure of customer service.

    @JioCare My #JioFiber has been down for 5 days. I have called customer care 20+ times, but no resolution. Service Request SR00003A2DLD still shows "Assigning an Engineer." My wife works from home and is unable to work because of this outage. Please resolve this immediately.

    @JioCare @DoT_India no jio 5G network in my area so I couldn't use internet on mobile and jio airfiber plz fix this problem otherwise I change to switch to Airtel and Airtel fiber.
