    @JioCare Hi, After repeatative complains, it's very pathetic to say that Jio doesn't care about it's customer and my jio fiber internet speed issue still hasn't been solved yet. I am not getting any response regarding the complaints. This is pretty much disgusting. #JioTrue5G

    @tataplayfiber @reliancejio Please cancel my account and initiate a refund. I'm shifting to @reliancejio because of your pathetic, non existent customer service. Technicians are rude, don't fix connection even after 2 weeks and no updates on when it will be resolved.
