    @JioCare @JioCare your assigned engineer “Anees Kumar Patel” finally picked up call after 8-10 round around 21:00 & responded that “I don’t cover your area, kal dekh lena koi aayega”. Pathetic behaviour of your terrible staff

    Thank you, @JioCare, for resolving my complaint so quickly. After reporting the issue regarding the ₹650 overcharge at the Jio Store, your support team investigated it and refunded ₹600 within 24 hours. I appreciate the prompt response and excellent customer support. 🙏
