    @JioCare I cant access my internet since the last 6 days. I have been receiving messages saying an engineer has visited my location and the complaint is now resolved....which is not true. Nobody visited my location and the internet is still not working. Plz help.

    @JioCare Thanks so much jio for the worst service ever. 2 months, 17 complaints, all unresolved. Being an IT engineer I understood the problem however the IITians and MITians hired by jio are still Giving me a run around. Bhai samajh lo router change karna hei Bs. (1/2)

    @JioCare @reliancejio Service Request number SR000017IRZY Jio service people was very smart they didn't come to my home,but they told that problem was resolved and closed my ticket SR000017IRZY. Please take severe action. I need relocation for jio fiber within 24hrs.

    @JioCare And the wait still continues, team jio great professionalism, no one shows up or calls but u guys say please wait......the biggest mistake of my life. Thank God I didn't throw out my cable or what I would have been watching. Useless service.

    @JioCare Everything that you wrote above and also it shows no service, need to switch off the phone and then switch on again, this I have been doing it since morning, almost 10 times I would have done the same
