    @reliancejio This is unfortunate how big companies like jio trick and treat there costomers.I took Giofiber plan of 999, but no where in the brochure it was mentioned that this amount was not inclusive of GST(18%).So this month what I have to pay is 1178 and not 999.

    @reliancejio @JioCare It has been 5 days since I paid money for my broadband connection. I called a million times, to the customer care as well as the sales team. no response. Pathetic service. I shouldn't have shifted from @airtelindia.

    @JioCare Give me a complaint number as for the past month I am stuck with these false promises as if Mr Mukesh Ambani himself is coming over to fix towers in Noida. Let me know the appellant authority email/phone number for noida so I can take it further as nothing will improve

    @reliancejio worst fiber speed in hisar and worst complaint resolution period. my complaint resolved with even solving it. Requesting cancellation from 19th april yet not resolved and my refund is cancelled. @JioCare

    @JioCare what is the procedure for new home broadband connection for a society. Ours is a 1000+ apartment society in Pune and the residents are fed up of the pathetic service from the current provider. Your services are available in other societies in the area but not ours.
