    @JioCare @reliancejio @reliancegroup pathetic services, fraud, recharged my broadband plan on 17th of july, it didnt get activated, neither i got any confirmation but my money was debited, again at 11pm i had to recharge to use the services, never got the refund

    @JioCare My jio fiber is not working from 15th Aug, booked a service no SR000016886F on 15th. Jio guys are inventing new lies everyday. Everyday I talk to jio customer care and everyday they lie differently. Good Job @JioCare this isn't he way to treat your customers.

    @JioCare Why your jio box is kept open so every time anyone can pull the wire down and we have to face the issue. Fix your box and close it properly, so no one can pull our connection wire down.

    @NehalAgarwal26 @airtelindia @JioCare All Indian operators promise upto 100mbps higher than what they actually provide. The govt ones are the worst BSNL ,MTNL not even 100mbps.

    @reliancejio @reliancegroup @MukeshAmbanima There is 3000 customers in this area. Networks not working here when electricity is gone for only 5 minutes,I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible.Otherwise your customers should be ported to other service providers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio had subscribed for JioFiber Business plan on 5th Aug and installation was scheduled for 9th Aug. Even after 7 working days, we have no clue when it will be installed. Wondering how the service would be and having second thoughts. Work Order #7010001272
