    @DoT_India @airtelindia @reliancejio My daughter rqstd to port her Airtel Number to Jio. Today she got call from a mobile no. infrmng that they are calling from Jio & they also had all porting details. Turned out that they were from Airtel & wanted her to cancel porting request.

    @JioCare @JioCare My old device already was picked up one month back, and the new one hasn't even been installed. That's why I cancelled after 30 days of no service. What device should I return? I already paid 4k rupees for the new one, and the old one already has a 2-month valid pack.

    @JioCare But the strategy of jio is bad . I am planning to throw out Jio sim from next month . One Airtel is sufficient because Jio has lot of problem . Not a single advantage I see over an Airtel one .

    Absolutely pathetic service from @JioCare @reliancejio. Complaint raised multiple times, yet no resolution, no proper response, and no accountability. You people are quick to take payments but disappear when customers need support. @airtelindia I need new connection.
