    @JioCare I had a display issue with JioPhone. I went to your service centre. They told me it will cost 950 Rs & will give instead another repaired phone with NO Warranty. Is this kind of after service you are providing? #jio #patheticservice. Please resolve else have to port it

    @reliancejio what a shame that an existing customer of jio fiber is told that his recharge of 7000/- rupees won’t work and then the customer r service reps refuses to help and hangs up on me. Shame!

    @JioCare Jio connect linked with9462622015 ,,lineman threatened my son was jeetu meena ...Jio customer care rep was kalyaan ,,net not working properly from 18 Oct 2021. Today s complaint done at morning around 10.30 am ,,,, talks with customer care at around 6.30 pm (1nov.2021)

    @JioCare The assistance I got is a statement that says at certain times of day one may experience bad network due to congestion. This is not assistance; this is telling a customer that this is the best you can do. Moreover, I am facing network issues 24/7. This is not congestion.
