    @JioCare it has been 5 days since my jio fiber internet got disconnected..everyday the issue resolution time is updated to the next day(SR00001AE895).. im tired of calling jio customer care..Had Very very poor experience using jio fiber!

    @er_rohanarya @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. The refund is not processed yet! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @DoT_India

    @JioCare @reliancejio @dvoisssv I have booked the Unlimited Up and Down package but it works as my data has been exhausted even though I have 2800 GB of data left as said after calling on Jio customer care number. I always book Unlimited package but Jio gives limited data. Jio Cheats with the customer.
