    Place where I am sitting right now receiving q signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will be use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare It is strange that a small issue is taking too much time to be resolved. The jio voice call function is not functioning since 17th of November and I've been complaining repeatedly every day but it is still not resolved till date & no engineer would care to visit.

    @JioCare Go to hell.... I am paying 1200 per month, and asking me to connect only one device. @reliancejio is not a low grade company I think... I am shifting from @reliancejio #fiber to another provider only bca of low grade customer service and poor internet speed.

    @JioCare Pathetic customer service by Jio customer care. Our Jio Fiber connection isn't working since the past 5 days. The response from customer care has been poor and issue not resolved till date.

    @JioCare @TRAI @reliancegroup Regarding my Jiofiber order # NO0000FJGS7J , paid Rs 2500/- for new connection on 3/11/2020, still today 30/11/2020, jiofiber team not able to install. Very poor service.

    @JioCare As advised by you, I have logged out. Uninstall my jio app, shut down mobile (though not suggested) again re installed My Jio App, login with mobile number 9823916771, OTP inserted and still that menu for activation is not available. This I have done several times.
