    Place where I am sitting right now receiving q signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will be use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare I am a JIO prepaid user, have applied for a matching number last week. No response from Jio since then. Payment for the sim and recharge have both been completed (NO00015F6ADL) & I even raised a service request which no one has bothered to check (SR0000373G8X).

    They are doing fraud same happened with me too but they said they don't hv any data. Showing them their all screenshots and messages then too disagree @JioCare @reliancejio they are doing fraud keeping only data where they can show good service but providing worst.

    @JioCare The issue was from Myjio side and not Paytm. I have already contacted Paytm, and there answer was that the transaction was successful and as you can see in screenshot I sent, money was deposited to Jio. Please check against the upi ref number. Thanks (2/2)

    @reliancejio New settop box problem after 7 days of installation. Agent says it takes time,no replacement possible in short time,great service. For this kind of service we have to pay good money month after month. @narendramodi @reliancegroup
