    Place where I am sitting right now receiving q signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will be use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your person visits after 3 working days and still says issue cannot be resolved. Wat about the problem we face due to your lacking to resolve it. Landline is not working, internet is not working.We are loosing business because of it and worst of all, no one to hear our problems

    @JioCare Prakash- it' s been the third day running and I am yet to receive a call from your end. It's me who has been calling and your guys are giving me different reasons (not the one that you gave) as to why the network is down. No one wants to even visit a paying customer.

    Dua kariye ki apke #JioFiber mein kabhi koi problem na aaye, jis din problem aa gayi, apko Jio ke customer support aur service ki aukaat dikh jayegi. You can't contact them. The only option left will be to vent your frustration on social media. @JioCare @reliancejio 😡😡

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I raised my complaint on 6 July, and it’s still unresolved. I’m tired of receiving the same template replies with no ETA. My work is suffering due to your poor service. Restore it immediately or process my disconnection and refund the downtime.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber Problem - Jio AIR Fiber Box to router cable is damaged. Solution - The cable needs to be replaced 48 Hours passed since the case logged. No resolution Issue Status - Customer rescheduled/On Hold (A False status ) ~ 10 times PATHETIC SERVICES, NO EMPATHY.

    Multiple emails only receive the same reply: "Lead is in process." Customer care has also failed to provide any resolution Requesting @JioCare to urgently look into this matter and either install the connection immediately or process a full refund. #JioAirFiber @jaagograhakjago

    Pure arrogance & zero accountability from @JioCare 9th day without Internet. Prepaid Internet for a year, no technicians have come in despite the scheduled visits. Your customer service is shite. Couple of numbers shared, when called, they said- dusra internet lagva lo.

    @reliancejio My Jio WiFi broadband number is +913379657059 The connection is not working for 4 days now. Your technician asked me to replace the concealed cable which I did spending 800/- It’s still not working. Atrocious Service. Complaint no. SROOOO/MEGEE! Shame on you.
