However on the ground, no one seems to be fixing it. Unless it is attempted to be fixed, how can you expect it to be resolved.

It has now been more than 96 hours and I still haven't received my SIM. This is unacceptable service and causing inconvenience & loss. I will escalate to @jagograhakjago and consumer court.
