    @JioCare @JioCare @DoT_India I did NOT disconnect. JioFiber was never installed due to no port availability. Service was never activated. This is your service failure, not my decision. Your policy does not apply. Refund ₹470 and share timeline.

    @JioCare Sukhmeet - technician is visiting daily. He is saying he cannot fix issue unless he gets mail from backend team to local jc and csd. I also visited local jio store and spoke with manager Guru Prasad. Which part of this you people are not understanding?

    @reliancejio @JioCare quite bad service experience from you. Internet down since yesterday afternoon, engineer visits are getting cancelled , and your customer care are unable to escalate my issue. Seriously considering alternatives now.
