    @JioCare It’s more than 25 days. All entertainment like TV, internet etc are not at all working. I have registered complaint on 19.07.22. No engineer visited till date. Very poor service by jio fibre. Plz suggest me how to get the jio connection deactivated and to get back the money.

    @JioCare I am getting such kind of responses from jio since last 25 days. May you please explain that what is the meaning of “soon” for you as my complaint has not been resolved since last 25 days. Engineer’s visits have been scheduled for every day but none is visiting. Very poor service

    @JioCare INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection with Order Number NO000xxxxx is scheduled on 06-08-2022 :16:00:00. And its been more than the promised day, their is no call from your end. Tried contacting the customer care yet their is no solution provided. #JioFiber.

    @JioCare But your technical person was showing unprofessional behavior and showing attitude and said it will not be installed. Talk to that person who confirmed you and gave you surety. It's a really bad experience. It's not mine duty it's your duty to coordinate your partner.

    @reliancejio I visited My Jio Official Store in Jangpura New Delhi to get a prepaid sim card today. They told me that they cannot give because their biometric device is not working. Shocking to see that the company's official store does not have even basic infrastructure !
