    @JioCare When I called again the very next day, another executive informed me that there was no information about any voucher in your system. Instead, a new Service Request (SR00003AE1OZ) was created with a commitment to provide an update by 8 July. @JioCare @reliancejio #jio #jiocare

    @JioCare @JioCare any update on when engineer will visit to install if not refund our money we will opt for different network which are offering quick installation and good connection, fedup of this customer support and response.

    The customer support is so pathetic of Jio Air Fiber. They disconnect the call if they do not have any answer. I have postpaid connection and I have to pay in advance to use it. Support says - "It is postpaid but it works as a prepaid." @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN @reliancejio

    @reliancejio @JioCare #jiocuttack There has been an Outage issue for the last ten days in JioFiber. No one comes to resolve the issue Jio diagnostic shows Air Fiber service impacted Raising request from last 4-5 days yet no technician visited nor the issue has been resolved
