@JioCare @reliancejio My Jio prepaid number not working from last 2days. Recharged for 1year plan but while calling no plan available response from Jio and showing switch off if any one calling. You customer care team is not getting the solution’ either solve it today or refund

@JioCare Technician came to visit just now. He said S2 ports are full and installation cannot happen. He told me to apply for cancellation and refund. I don't have anyone to contact regarding this issue. Sales man not picking up the call. This is pathetic.

@reliancejio Worst jiofiber service, my problem hasn't been handled in 5 months. No one bothers to show up when I expect them to. Service number SR0001FSNCE, they will keep on changing the slots without my consent . Great jio fiber 🎉.

Highly Frustrated. My internet problem has not yet been fixed after three days. The Jio service is very poor. Called customer care more than 25 times, and the problem hasn't been resolved. Customer care employees don't know how to treat customers. @reliancejio @JioCare @jiofiber
