    @reliancejio frequently observed that the internet speed is lower than 15 mbps for plan of 30 mbps... Very difficult to raise complaint on the helpline... Executives kepps on telling do this do that instead of registering the complaint.....????

    @Paytm @reliancejio Kindly reduce the plans price it's getting to high and do u pay salary in 24 days or 28 days to employees like you put recharge plans like that . Month is of 30 days and plans are like 24/28 days... someone pls file a petition in court , they looting common poor people

    @JioCare The engineer has been assigned a number of times but nobody visits. I want resolution tomorrow morning and not 5PM. @reliancegroup @reliancejio The engineer is not reachable and doesn't pick my calls. Totally pathetic service.

    @JioCare I ordered a new SIM on 14 Nov. Order accepted ID 19744731. Noone called me in 20days. Status still accepted. I called your customer care. They said they don't know and hung up. Very poor service indeed. The chatbot is also not helpful. Do we switch provoder
