    Place where I am sitting right now receiving q signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will be use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare The issue is not rescheduling. My appointment has already been rescheduled twice without my consent. Internet has been down since 06 June. Missed visit, missed commitment, and now no appointment at all. Please provide a confirmed engineer and resolution timeline.

    @JioCare Please cancel the port-out request/UPC for my Jio number 7976566719 . I visited a Vi Store for SIM replacement of another number and was informed that porting my Jio number was required for verification. I do not wish to port my Jio number. Kindly assist urgently.

    @JioCare Why are customers being taken for granted? @JioCare never seems to care about its customers. We are facing repeated disruptions due to an adamant and irresponsible technician who added an unauthorized extra connection in the Jio junction box.repeated complaints, no action so far
