    @JioCare Atleast read above details before replying.. My credit of 2,824 was supposed to be offset against next 3 monthly bills.. which happened against 2 bills but not against 3rd bill... So please fix the same soon....

    I had recently installed a jio fiber connection of postpaid I took a plan of 3 months which was on jan and for the 3rd month bill it is showing I have to pay the bill I tried calling the jio fiber customer care they just ignore such a shame @reliancejio @reliancejio

    @JioCare I have been patient for 2 days already, with multiple "scheduled" appointments. I cancelled my other outings each time. Today is the third day. How can you take customers for granted? Why won't you give the service engineer's mobile number so we can discuss the time. ATROCIOUS
