  @JioCare @JioCare Instead of repeatedly saying “there was no delay in resolution,” please explain how a customer being without a paid internet service for 6 days does not qualify as a delay. If 6 days is not a delay according to Jio, then what is?

Despite reporting the issue, the situation is getting worse instead of improving. Please take this matter seriously and resolve the network issue at the earliest.
