    Place where I am sitting right now receiving q signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will be use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    Hi @JioCare, It has been 6 days now & I haven't yet received my Sim. Again,the service request incident was raised 3 days back however, no update till now on the delivery. If there are any logistics issues, kindly cancel & refund my amount. I will take the sim from physical store

    @JioCare @JioCare Till today I have not received the refund. Since 28th may till today you weren't able to give connection for 6 days and now I'm waiting for refund from past 12 days. Such pathetic customer service from jio. Issue my refund at the earliest

    I would suggest you guys to never buy a JioFiber, their customers care is worst. The online team doesn't fix problems. They just keep asking for id but the problem is never solved. @JioCare @jio_fiber

    @JioCare A technician fixed my JioFiber issue but routed the fiber cable incorrectly, causing our kitchen door not to close properly. I've raised multiple complaints over the last 5-6 days and keep getting promised a visit, but no one comes. Please resolve this ASAP. #JioFiber
