    Place where I am sitting right now receiving 1 signal.4 sim recharge for one year.planing not to use jio sim next time and all sim will not be in use from next year this is my promise worst network I am receiving at my home @JioCare @reliancejio

    Also the representative are very rude and not interested in listening or registering the complaint. They are straight saying no for return even when I am telling them that they didn't send the Engineer. I am hoping Jio will look into this. @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare what will your engineer do here when this issue needs to be resolved from the backend side, last time your engineer visited, he collected all the data he needs, I am not sure what will your new do here what difference it will make, like this you are wasting my time.

    Hello @reliancejio @JioCare You have the worst Jio Fiber relocation service on the planet. Your engineers doesn't relocate & cancel/reschedule relocation each time becoz they have targets to complete for new connection. So, they avoid relocation I am so frustrated becoz of it.

    @JioCare I called for issue and shared concern which is related to server side. Now connection is working smoothly in last 3-4 days. And feedback already given to you but still SR is not closed and they calling again and again for visit n replacement for device? Why?

    Not only we did not find a solution but my parents were falsely pressurised to close the complaint & many a times company closed our complaint without our consent @JioCare. We are tired of following up with @reliancejio , in spite of paying full amount of the last 2 months
