    @ViCustomerCare contact to store and the people at store are keep telling me the they have forwarded the issue to upper staff. I am facing very problem because this is my main no. So else start my previous @JioCare sim or give me new sim in which I get network in today itself. @TRAI .

    Absolutely pathetic services by @reliancejio. Jio fiber not working since 20 days, cc puts me on hold for 5 min everytime I call. No executive assigned !

    @ViCustomerCare though Vodafone net is fast when using YouTube or downloading But it is indeed the worst network when gaming . the ping and stability are so bad. in this thing @Airtel_Presence @JioCare are so much better.. even Vpn doesn't work properly with Vi

    From Last 2 3 days Jio is giving the worst service ever. I feel. The calls are getting Dropped, No proper calling, Network Issue, Call interruption. I hope this will get Better soon. @JioCare @JioChat @reliancejio

    @reliancejio I think senior management is taking free salary from jio. As I have given complaint before 30 days but till date not received my refund of Rs749. Is anybody responsible person in jio or not.Only hopeless services are given to customers.Reply &resolution awaited...

    @JioCare @1230Arun Instead of looking for new customers first protect your old customer whom you are not serving well. I given my all the details already in DM and openly as well but you couldn't not transfer my connection to new place even after 2months

    and worst part is this.. these @reliancejio JioFiber folks pumping adverts even in WhatsApp doesn't know that I am already a customer of Jio Fiber.. what do they need? I buy 1 more and 1 more and 1 more.. this happens only in India @TRAI must be ashamed for not doing its job
