@JioCare Either fix it or please Cancel the connection and provide full refund. This is the poorest service I have seen from any vendor. You install it and right from the moment of installation it has No internet Connectivity. I have been chasing for last 3 days and no resolution yet.

@JioCare then my connection was activated he stopped lifting my calls he promised to provide 6months + 2months offer he not even bother about customer. Why jio is cheating customers why appoionting unethical employees. I never expected this from jio. How can we recommend jio.

@JioCare Hi Nikita, everyday i have to struggle for proper network at home. It's been 6-8 months since i raised my complaint. There is no permanent solution provided yet. Every time I have to shut down the router and restart it again. Can u pls check and resolve this permanently.

@JioCare @iamniri I recharged my own Jio number which already had 1yr validity. Jio care said this recharge is queued and will automatically be applied once the current plan expires. That never happened. That recharge was lost and Jio Care offered no help.
