  @JioCare @reliancejio Is this how you treat customers? My Jio AirFiber has been down since 27 July. Engineer refused to visit, SR #SR00003CK5WL unresolved, and support has completely failed. NCH Docket #9826659 already registered. Resolve this immediately!

  @_MukeshAmbani @JioCare @reliancejio Terrible service! Internet went down on a working day with a promise to resolve by 9 PM. ETA has passed, service is still down, and work is completely stalled. How can you disrupt business hours like this without accountability? Fix this ASAP

  @JioCare Kavita, what's the update on SR00003C5U11 ? Y not use this equation of Phone(support team + jio social media team + customer with issue > 1 month) = Any issue resolved can b used? How about using it to fix my issue
