    @JioCare It's not concern of bill. I want paid bill receipt, which I didn't received after paid transactions. Displayed transaction error.Last month was the same issue. Sent mail but no one resolved my concern.

    @JioCare Ho ho ho! Here comes another assurance. Tell me when did the optimisation start? And the tentative date of completion? Without these details, is like telling your child you’re gonna get him a candy but you know you will never. Commit to it or just accept you are doing nothing.

    @JioCare I don't get any messages anywhere. I have to login on my office website using otp and am not getting any otp either. I have used many networks but Jio is the worst service I'm getting from you. Ive been trying to contact you from last 2 months but not getting any solution.
