From past few weekd i realised that it was my foolishness that i changed my number from @reliancejio to @airtelindia what a network you guys are providing shame on @airtelindia ll have to close this sim and open the jio again

@PatilInvests @reliancejio I agree...Few reasons per me for this change: 1. Lot of users who had two SIMs due to Jio offering for free decided to consolidate due to higher pricing 2. People sticking with Airtel's brand 2. Airtel improving their service due to competition (I personally experienced it)

@nikhilsureka @JioCare Jio Fiber is the worst! I got it disconnected. Device was picked up on 12th March. More than 1 month, no refund! Multiple emails and calls done regarding this. Received only false assurances and new deadlines every time. Btw their refund policy is within 14 days. @Airtel_Presence

@JioCare @JioCare Limits of sensitivity ,and unprofessional behavior have been crossed by the JIO Fiber. The rescheduled appointment for uninstallation is again not completed as the engineer never arrived. The same has been repeated on 6/4/22, 12/4/22, 14/4/22, 17/4/22, and 19/4/22. (1/2)

@JioCare students have been facing network issues. Internet speed is really slow. Improve the speed of internet at the earliest. Rs 666 for 84 days is paid always. This is not joke. Problems in online classes are being faced. Kindly take necessary step. Regards.

@JioCare @JioCare very nice. You won't even listen to a complaint unless the customer has an active plan. When the customer recharges, you don't resolve. This has been going on for 2 months now
