    From past few weekd i realised that it was my foolishness that i changed my number from @reliancejio to @airtelindia what a network you guys are providing shame on @airtelindia ll have to close this sim and open the jio again

    @JioCare Jio is both blind and deaf. Complained abt Jio not compensating abt lost hrs due to frequent outages but every time they treated this as a complaint for connectivity issue deliberately ignoring my core complaint-they must extend one month period by hrs lost due to outage

    @_MukeshAmbani @reliancejio My JioFiber is down from Jan 3rd. I raised this issue with @JioCare but they are just giving me the timeline and extending in every 2 hours but they are not able to fix it. Very disappointed #jionetworkdown #Jiodown #jionetwork

    @JioCare I don't think you can help me. Because same think I'm hearing this @JioCare since last 5 days. We are planning to completely remove JioFiber and switch to Airtel.

    @JioCare Dear Customer, Visit of our Jio service engineer to your premises for JioFiber Service ID 299955852297 has been rescheduled to 07-02-2022 : 20:15:00 as per your request. I have not reschedule this installation. Anyone from Jio is doing on behalf on me. Jio is a fake company.

    @JioCare @Sammy84991652 My connection has been down from last 3 days no one has reached. You guys don’t even reply. It the worst service from a fiber provider i have seen so far. I am begging on social media and your customer care number from last 3 days. It’s like you guys are paying us. SR000018PEVI

    @JioCare @JioCare That should be communicated to customer well in advance before taking a connection and by the way how one can charge prorate charges more then a monthly rental for just 7 days. This is called a cheating only.

    @JioCare It was scheduled for yesterday as well but no one turned up. I belive it's going to be same today as well. Can you share engineer information who will visit? Jio had promised faster resolution within 12 hrs when signed up services. 24+hrs but still no information who'll visit.

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio .. when my issue will be resolved? After givening all proff still you are shaying that amount is not credited. Even your jio app is showing that recharge is successful.
