    @JioCare @reliancejio 40+ days of complaints for slow internet on my Jio Business connection. Daily calls saying “agent will visit today on priority” but no one shows up and no follow-up calls. You pay upfront and get 0 service. I will tweet here daily until this is resolved

    @JioCare Worst network condition in my area . Mobile no. 7753033502. Area pin code. 241503. Village bhurkundi tehseel auras district unnao. Too much worst condition . U Cannot even surf net or call properly. Really pathetic condition from very long time.Complaint many time @reliancejio

    @JioCare What ever please cancel my connection ASAP. I have clear my last dues as genuine customer. I will not pay any extra amount from yesterday. I think I was using jio fiber from 3 years. Worst service from 2 months.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am writing to express my strong dissatisfaction regarding the continued delay of my refund of ₹1111. Despite numerous follow-ups and the creation of Service Request SR00002LKH4L on August 23, 2025, the amount has still not been credited to my account.
