@JioCare Facing network issues for 2 months. Already complained last month no improvement. During power cuts internet stops working and resumes only after power returns. Very unreliable. Using Jio for 7 years never faced this. Please fix or I may switch to @airtelindia.

@JioCare @jio_fiber what kind of useless service you are proving to be ? My technical issue was back as it is after talking with your jio care service personnel, why bother just tell us to change our internet service if our issue can be resolved.Ticket was also resolved falsely
