    @JioCare @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence Respected Sir/Madam, I would like to express concern regarding the current mobile recharge plans that are valid only for 28 days instead of a full calendar month of 30 days. Customers are paying for “monthly” recharge plans, but in reality the validity is only 28 days. This creates an extra financial burden on users because people are forced to recharge 13 times in a year instead of 12 times. At a time when recharge prices are already increasing, this practice becomes difficult for common people, students, workers, and rural users. Today, internet and mobile services are essential for education, work-from-home jobs, online banking, communication, and daily life. Village people and middle-class families also depend heavily on mobile internet services just like city users. Many users already struggle with high recharge costs, and reducing validity to 28 days adds unnecessary pressure. We kindly request your company to do the following: Change 28-day recharge plans to proper 30-day monthly plans. Avoid additional burdens on customers through reduced validity periods. Provide fair and customer-friendly recharge options for all users. Telecom companies should prioritize customer convenience and affordability. We hope you will consider this genuine request and take necessary action in the interest of millions of mobile users across India.

    @JioCare It has been 5 days since I raised my JioFiber installation request, but till now I haven’t received any proper update, call, message, or installation confirmation from your team. Only automated replies are being sent without any resolution.

    Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. Installed the connection in March 2026 with a 1-year plan, but my internet has not been working for the last 17 days. Multiple complaints raised, but still no resolution. #JioAirFiber #PoorService @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, absolutely pathetic service. Scheduled a JioFiber relocation appointment for 18th May, still no contact! Opened 2 tickets for the same—closed one without resolving it, and the other is just sitting there. Worst customer support.Please resolve this ASAP

    @JioCare Jio fibre WiFi network is not functioning in Savarkar nagar , Gangapur road . Nashik from Monday . What is so wrong that despite sending emails to jiofibre there is no restoration of the WiFi service ? Who will take note of this from jiofibre ?
