    From past few weekd i realised that it was my foolishness that i changed my number from @reliancejio to @airtelindia what a network you guys are providing shame on @airtelindia ll have to close this sim and open the jio again

    @JioCare After repeated outages, multiple complaints, missed visits, and temporary fixes, my patience is running out. Please tell me how much longer I am expected to wait for a stable internet connection while continuing to pay for a service that is not being delivered.

    @JioCare @jio_fiber no connectivity since morning and every few hours the restoration time is being changed now itโ€™s showing 11:15 PM for service restoration. Today entire day no show, WFH impacted.

    @Pratham2954 @JioCare @reliancejio I don't know how much fraud is #Reliance , but definitely their technicians are total fraud and incompetent. They deliberately do something to cancel the existing connection & force to take new one just for commission. Something similar happened to me as well. (1/2)

    Here's what happened: โŒ Stopped recharging my Jio SIM ๐Ÿ”„ Jio recycled/reassigned the number ๐Ÿ”“ New user logged into WhatsApp with it ๐Ÿ”“ They instantly inherited my contact lists & group memberships My private data was NEVER wiped by @JioCare or verified by @WhatsApp.

    @jio_fiber Poor customer support from Jio. Unable to raise a complaint through the JioCare app. The email support simply redirects users back to the app. Even after selecting English, the response came in Hindi and I was left waiting for a transfer. Frustrating experience.
