    @reliancejio pathetic service for week. Customer service practically not responsive. They have only one reply-'Sir we are trying to improve. Network upgrade ho raha hai.' Extend the validity by the number of days you have not provided proper connectivity. @JioCare

    @JioCare It's been one whole month since you guys messed with @PlayVALORANT server routing. I used to get consistent 28 ping on the Mumbai server, and now it's always around 60-70. Can you guys atleast acknowledge this issue?

    @reliancejio @JioCare I took the plan of 399 of jio Postpaid on 18th June, Netflix, Hotstar subscription has been activated.But Amazon Prime is not activated, if I can't use OTT platform then I have no benefit with jio Postpaid. I will shift to a different network.

    Very poor internet service by jio I am unable to take meetings I call to customer care from many months they say our team is working in your area but there is no improvement in speed and they are saying it is because of many users using at a same time @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare Order I'd INSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number NO0000HNELVA is scheduled on 20-06-2021 : 10:00:00. Still waiting for installation Worst service by jio team. Who is responsible.
