    @reliancejio @JioCare pathetic customer support service, have been trying to get in touch with the technician, no help at all.Tried registering complaint via jio app yet just got a call no one visited to fix the issue. Now I see it shows issue resolved even without visiting. 😡

    @JioCare #jio @JioCare hi, these details were submitted on 19th August. The refund is till not in yet, chasing for 2 months. Can you guys let me know when it would be credited? The account details are that of the closed account holder. This isn't great service at all.

    @JioCare Would you guys refund this or this is all the theater to avoid doing the refund? I called your customer service even after online submission and the lady said if you have submitted it would be done, I can't see it. This is utter nonsense.

    @JioCare I am trying to contact your customer care for forwarding request for the disconnection of Jio Fibre I am using presently. But, unfortunately, there is no positive response. Please depute one of your executive to initiate my disconnection request. My Jio ID 299941747541.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have paid upfront for annual plan, & this is how you provide service, no one is even bothered to fix it. No technician has visited yet to sort it out. I NEED COMPENSATION FOR THE 5 DAYS OF NO SERVICE FROM JIO'S END.

    @GooglePayIndia too many issues? was 60 in support queue. I guess there are some known issues. Can you let us know here only. That way it saves everyone's time. Recharge for @JioCare money deducted, no conformation received.
