@JioCare There are more than 5000 jio users in our society and network connectivity is zero in society premises. Neither Jio Fibre reached us till date so that residents can opt for Jio Broadband services. Upgrade your network here in Royal Nest Society. And ask your area mngr to resolve.

@JioCare I placed number port request on 10th oct 2020 and paid 849 as security, now more then 12 days has gone neighter got security refund nor got the connection. No response from exutive. It is very disappointing response from jio.#pathetic customer service.

@JioCare I know how to recharge ...!! My point is that why Jio Fiber has no offers for recharging via online wallets .. like we have for recharging the prepaid mobiles! Go & check urself, & u would find all the broadband service providers in each of the wallets I've mentioned, xcept JF!!

Paid 2500 for jiofiber in trial period, after 20 days uninstalled and surrendered device with good condition, this confirmed by agent and customer care, They paid 1750, and they are saying device helath condition not good and deducted half of money @reliancejio @JioCare
