    Poor network coverage of #Jio in Chicalim, Vasco, Goa. Its difficult to do work from home in such poor network.Also Jio has removed rs 98 plan. Very unfortunate action by company of @MukeshAmba Ji during #lockdown2020 . Request restore the same. #RelianceJio @JioCare

    @JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

    I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

    @JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

    I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

    @JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Coverage quality is declining day by day in Goa. People are porting to @Airtel_Presence because of non interrupted service & high speed internet. I am too tempted to do the same if you don't improve. Your behaviour is reflecting business minded mentality

    @JioCare @reliancejio No internet service since early morning, customer care says Jio will send engineer soon, and engineer I contacted says he will come soon but no one says when? Can you kindly arrange a engineer visit asap and fix the issue? SR000014WK2U is SR number for it.

    @reliancejio service just so poor day by day..At our place whole day internet working fine.When it was 10 pm suddenly internet close .and after 7am internet working .Whole night we have not using internet.Can you check and fix the problem. Cuz we have payed for your service.

    Dear @reliancejio @JioCare you don’t have to remind before every call that my recharge plan is going to end soon. Their can be a emergency call and listening to the reminder to recharge before every call is not necessary. Please 🙏🏻
