Operational efficiency shouldn't just apply to collections; it needs to apply to resolutions. Charging late fees on a non-functional service that has been reported for a month is a quick way to erode customer trust. Standardizing a "pause billing during outage" protocol should be fundamental.

You will take amount and will cancel the new request saying service is not feasible. And 12 months before Jio fibre was working at my home. Are you fooling me for your inefficiency.
