    @JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

    @Hrishikeshkadam @VodafoneIN For good 4G internet @airtelindia is best choice. @reliancejio is bit slower than airtel4g. @Idea n @VodafoneIN network issue and packets drop seen, also connection drops, network swaps to 3g. Thy need major upgrade. Conclusion, Airtel Wins. Tested them all..

    @JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

    @JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

    @JioCare why we are not getting true 5G network at Maina Curtorim Goa, Mapa Panchwadi and Shiroda South Goa. @reliancejio @TRAI pl look into it.

    I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

    @reliancejio it’s the end of 2022.I’m in one of the most commercial location #southgoa. The network is slow to useless at best. @ViCustomerCare . your network is non existent. Dropped calls is a usual @TRAI PLEASE TAKE NOTE . #goa

    @Airtel_Presence @Airtel_Presence I have given porting request from @reliancejio to Airtel. I’m not getting range of current network. Does my number is ported to Airtel? I have not received any msg regarding porting. Plz reply

    @JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

    @JioCare @DoT_India @rameshuprvunl @reliancejio @JioCare is hopless network. Please port for your betterment. we at Goa also are really tired of telling and requesting jio about the problems. The action is taken by only calling from jio care. No physical action.

    @reliancejio My Jio Fibre Connection is lost since Saturday, and you people have failed to give any resolution for this long. I had a service visit today, but it also got changed to tomorrow. I pay you for 30 days, so why are you not giving service for only 30-25 days?

    @JioCare Durgesh, I had already raised refund amount issue almost 12 days back but still received partial payment also no detail update or what that SR000038G39V is about & there is no new SR for remaining refund amt pls help 🙏 to bring the better resolution.

You need to stop such malpractices to grab customers. I'm never going to keep any relationship with jio services

    @JioCare Another example of Jio’s poor service management. SMS confirms engineer visit for SR00002LU59C on 16-Jun-2026 between 1 PM-2 PM, while MyJio app says appointment is yet to be confirmed. Which one should customers believe? Screenshot attached. Contd 1/2

    @JioCare can you please escalate it to L2 network. It is backend issue confirmed by tech on last IR and this one's status is in hold. Please help to escalate as it is 10 days already. If can't be fixed soon then will have to file closure of connection

    @JioCare Day 9 of complete service failure. 216+ hours without the services I’m paying for. Will Jio provide compensation for this outage, or do customers simply pay for promises and apologies?
