I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

While the modem was collected on June 29, my new connection is yet to be set up - it was supposed to be done on June 30. I haven’t received any update and can’t contact customer care.
