I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

Whenever I raise a complaint, no one responds, and instead, you simply mark it as resolved without fixing the issue. Have some shame and start taking customer complaints seriously.

Later found issue for which person replaced device was regional hub of jiofiber's issue. So i had no. 2 rating device wasn't my fault. 2/3
