I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

I received your email confirming that my Re-KYC was completed on 8 Aug 2026 and that my account was unblocked. However, the account is still debit frozen and all debit/UPI transactions are failing. SR Ticket No: 9068280 Please urgently check the backend status and remove the debit freeze. My funds are required for an emergency. Kindly resolve this issue instead of closing the ticket while the account is still frozen.
