@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

@reliancejio Do u have a website for feedback about extender? I am sure it will be flooded with negative feedback as the extenders which jio is providing is useless. Even a @TPLINK extender works better with jio fibre. No solution to the defective extenders sold is forthcoming.
