I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

@JioCare @reliancejio Coverage quality is declining day by day in Goa. People are porting to @Airtel_Presence because of non interrupted service & high speed internet. I am too tempted to do the same if you don't improve. Your behaviour is reflecting business minded mentality

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

@JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

@reliancejio we took a plan for wifi of 30mbps speed. The Engineer told us that we can increase the speed any time by an addon plan. We wanted to make 100mbps and rs 199 addon plan was taken as advised by the call centre. Speed didn't increase. Now complaint, no resolution.

@JioCare sir before two years I apply for a new jio sim from My jio app I got a rejected sim after paying 698 ₹ from my bhim acc. Send 31 mails to customer care and jio office lodhipur shahajahanpur u.p. but neither get sim nor my money back.
