@DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

@JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

@niteshVranglani @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @JioCare Bro! Don’t go for Jio. I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

@JioCare @JioCare , no trouble with schedules, it's reschedules. Its surprising that this problem is only with relocation. There have been new @reliancejio connections just next door. Even your staff were ready to give a new connection same day. Unfortunately, for me it's a relocation.

@JioCare Same story happened with my other number 7313569673 ( stopped using) for which I received a offer from jio that if I recharge i will get Rs 200 concession. My request to give this Rs 200 to service incharge. I pray God to continuously bless Jio as Infocom was also blessed.

@JioCare @OfficialAranya It’s seem they don’t care. I am also facing the same issue. They only provide false time slots and rescheduled it again and again.

Our router is not working since 2 months and we have complaint like 50 times and your engineers are not visiting our place. The router is only showing red flickering light. We have complaint 10 times a day.I am requesting this last time to resolve this issue @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare since Saturday but you are giving your useless excuses. No action has been taken by you to resolve this problem. It does not suit a brand like Jio. Always remember that you yourself will lose your customers and your actions will be responsible for this. I recharged
