    @JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

    @niteshVranglani @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @JioCare Bro! Don’t go for Jio. I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

    @JioCare I am surprised to hear when engineer told me that I need to rebook a new connection and repay Rs. 1500 again if this issue is not resolved. This is not at all acceptable from Jio team. Kindly resolve this issue asap.

    @JioCare Thanks for your response. I was told by engineer that there is no issue at their end, it seems to be some technical issue which should be resolved by Mumbai based technical team. He asked me to wait for another 24 hours.

    @reliancejio @JioCare @fiber_jio #JioFiber Worst customer support and installation process. Installation scheduled first on 22nd Jan, then on 23rd and then on 25th. Whenever i ask for confirmation no one would give any commitment. And on 24th a guys calls for installation

    @bsc_pankaj Their services have went from bad to worse all they know is to give fake commitments I remember going through the same turmoil time & again with these guys and decided to port to Jio and I must say Jio services are way better than these guys suggest you also switch to @JioCare
