    @DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

    @reliancejio it’s the end of 2022.I’m in one of the most commercial location #southgoa. The network is slow to useless at best. @ViCustomerCare . your network is non existent. Dropped calls is a usual @TRAI PLEASE TAKE NOTE . #goa

    @niteshVranglani @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @JioCare Bro! Don’t go for Jio. I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

    After struggling to opt for Prepaid form postpaid, and very poor service from @Idea I’ve finally ported to @reliancejio What a relief finally!

    @JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

    @JioCare So I have to keep the mobile there to create Hotspot and use the Internet. So I have two personal connection of jio, please resolve the issue

    @JioCare 1. Why is it that your IVR options are irrelevant to what the customer wants. It just goes round in a loop with no end and no resolution. 2. Robotic responses are not 'care' 3. I am on my 4th call and no one seems to be answering and your staff are disconnecting calls...

    @reliancejio To take a family plan. Customer need to visit Jio store for 3 days. Isn’t hectic to customer or is this not troubling the customer. And we have to pay 3 prime membership fee to 3 connections with 1 bill. Store executies don’t know any solution @JioCare

    @JioCare Already 2-3 times I explained my issue but the still issue persists. no, I don't want any help from Jio.. I'm waiting 90 days and only 1 month is pending after that I will port out my number. bcoz I'm totally frustrated.

    @JioCare @reliancejio no response from your side even after 12 hours. First you false accused your customer and then no response from your side. This surely going to banking ombudsman
