I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

Service request SR000038NAP7 was reopened but no improvement so far. If this continues, I’ll be forced to disconnect. Very disappointing service. @DoT_India @TRAI
