@DoT_India @JioCare Its totally discomfort to handle such Co like @JioCare , they have their Boss like @Jio_Ambani so they Don't care about @DoT_India they know, by selling Free Data to its Customer. @TRAI can't take any steps for such act.

@niteshVranglani @reliancejio @VodafoneIN @JioCare Bro! Don’t go for Jio. I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

@JioCare Not available in my area, even jio internet speed is slow since launch, only at particular place in my house I get 1mbps rest area hardly 10-20kbps. One tower is there which is not operational near my house.

@reliancejio My jio fiber is not working since 4 days now and still not solved. Contacted customer support 2 times and they told that it will work in some time but still not working. They told engineer will visit but no one came. Pathetic service and customer support.

My Jio fiber id is 1213568679 and i recharged my account with 824 ruppes in which i got 100 mbps of internet speed but only on papers , after doing multiple complaints of slow speed nobody gives me a solution i feel like i wasted my money with jio @JioCare @reliancejio

Whether it be customer service or network or internet speed, @reliancejio is trash in every aspect. I have been continuously complaining about slow speed from past 3 months, but there is no improvement in their network speed.
