I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

But if a customer faces problem he can't even register a complain. Phone or app doesn't work then. My jio app is for money collection only.

Please investigate the delay, explain the reason, and share a confirmed installation date. This level of service is unacceptable.
