I was using their service for JioFi and I realised the data was getting over faster. There is no track record. Now I use Idea internet and theirs don’t get over unlike Jio and much faster than JioFi.

Why is my personal information being accessed or used through unknown numbers without my clear consent? Customer privacy is not optional—it's a right. If this happened to me, how many others are facing the same? Has anyone else received similar calls? I also shared screenshot of 2 debit entries of Rs 1200 and Rs 921. Why I cant reach your sales person or any human on your IVRS?

Try to register a complaint through customer care number just a scripted computer voice say something and call get cut automatically. After that my register got complaint the engineer visit was yesterday.
