@JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

@JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

@JioCare disappointed with the service of jio fibre. When I wanted to install, the service professionals were at my doorstep within mins of making a call. When my internet is not working, not even your customer care wants to solve my issue. 1 week of bad service. Waste of money.
