    I have recharged 2GB per day plan of @reliancejio @JioCare for my jio dongle, however when i run internet speed checks it shows 0.02Mbps 😡😡(i have not used internet for the whole day) Absolutely pathetic service provided. Please sort out asap.

    @JioCare 2/2 and even I can login to his Flipkart and have access to his credit card or debit card and even UPI details, also Redmi account too furhter risking his private information. So your policy of keeping your customers private information safe gone for toss

    @JioCare Trust me, network strength for JIO shows high but when I surf internet it's not even 2G speed. I just use Jio sim as a backup to my @Airtel connection.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Coverage quality is declining day by day in Goa. People are porting to @Airtel_Presence because of non interrupted service & high speed internet. I am too tempted to do the same if you don't improve. Your behaviour is reflecting business minded mentality

    I used to get upto 6mbps speed in my room a couple of months back. Now i hardly get 600kbs in the same room. @JioCare @reliancejio Where it used to be full 4 bars in the network area. It's barely 2 now. Paise 4G ke lite ho to speed 2G vali kyu. #getthisshitsorted

    @JioCare And worst thing about @reliancejio is that, you sold me Jio sim which you deactivated from its previous subscriber. I call it worst because you didn't wipe the data as I am getting messages from bank loan, EMI installment dues from its previous subscriber 1/2

    @JioCare Your earliest is 10th March which is another 48 hrs hahahahah wow so fast you work. Instead of technician send someone to cancel the service @reliancejio @Mukesh_ambani_ . I recharged a week back so rest of the money keep the change in competent team

    Every night @reliancejio network goes completely blank at Malappuram after 2AM. What is happening? Internet speed during early morning hours should be super fast. But here it is polar opposite. @JioCare

    @JioCare The customer Support and IT team or customer acquisition team is of no use when one has to upgrade or downgrade plans. No solution for customers which should actually be simple and easy. Reverse plan should be easy and to be done by customers rather chasing....

    @JioCare I don’t think you are poking them to resolve my problem because now they are ignoring my phone calls also if they can’t complete installation by tomorrow or refund my money i have to take some legal action against them like @consumerForumCF or other medians
