    Dear @JioCare, I am facing frequent network issues .Sometimes The signal suddenly drops to zero, making it impossible to make calls or use mobile data. The same problem continued for about 2 days last week, then it became normal, and now it has started happening again.

    I noticed my Netflix plan bundled with JioFiber was upgraded without my request or consent. I’ve now changed it back to the Basic plan. Do not charge me for the upgraded plan which I never asked for. Customers shouldn’t be billed for unsolicited upgrades. @JioCare @NetflixIndia

    @JioCare Thank you for your response, Prakash. I have checked your DM and shared the required details. However, my issue still persists. The 5G network speed in my area is extremely poor. Although the phone shows a 5G signal, the internet works like 2G. Even a single app takes around 10

    @JioCare @reliancejio 1 YEAR. Same issue, still unresolved. Every power cut = 0 indoor coverage. Power comes back → 4G takes 30 min, 5G takes 45 min to return. Airtel & Vi work fine indoors during the same outages, same area. Why only Jio?

    Ur team is not able to sort 1 live cricket match which is not available in ur jio tv then why ur taking money from us if u dont have money to buy FanCode App or Zee's Unite8 Sports Network @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio My old Jio SIM is lost. It was registered on a handwritten domicile cert. Every time I request a duplicate SIM, the CAF gets rejected from the backend. Kindly check the exact rejection reason and help me recover my number.

    @JioCare My refund it's 2+ months what is my fault for not getting refund. Pls release my refund by today & u keep doing postmortem not my issue. If you don't want to give my refund say it. I hate begging my own money. At least you guys have humanity left release it by today 🙏🙏
