    Been an @ACTFibernet user from 5 years now. But for the last 2 months we have got pathetic service ans every time there is an issue. It’s an office connection despite requesting them to rectify the service is so bad. Time to switch i guess @airtelindia @JioCare #bengalurustress

    @BSNLCorporate I decided to make my BSNL number my main number, but it’s become a huge disappointment. Haven’t been receiving OTPs for banking apps for days and customer care hasn’t helped. Might switch to @reliancejio . @BSNL, please fix these basic issues for loyal customers

    @JioCare Why should we bear with you? Your duty is to fix this at earliest. We have given you preference over government BSNL. My neighbour has no such issue, you are just making a fool of mine.

    Even After complaining several times @airtelindia has not given any resolution. It’s worse than @ViCustomerCare . Last option left for us is @JioCare let’s use that and see. Time to port again

    @airtelindia why can't I get a straight line to talk to a customer care executive, I've been stuck not receiving any messages in my mobile for 2 days. No payments because no otp. Should I port my number to @reliancejio. With @airt being a useless network
