    @reliancejio @JioBrowser Worst service ever seen, it is almost 48 hours but still I did not received solution for my problem, internet is DOWN but charges is ON. Customer service person only know one thing “aap ko hui aa suvidha ke liye hume khed hai”. #worstservice #fakecommitment

    Tweeting everyday, calling everyday. And yet @JioCare Is not even close to 'identifying' the issue let alone resolve it. They sent service men twice to do the same job of just looking at junction box. You beat your own record of worst service. 8th day & counting. @DoT_India
