    No Action on Complaint since 3 Days The Complaint (SR0000161SPC) remained unattended and it has been 3 days and even the Customer care executives shout at us saying they are not responsible for it. Hope some revert will come from your end. @JioCare @jio

    @Wagh_Maansi @JioCare Airtel at least listens and send engineers when u call them. Jio treats people like they are a burden and if u tell them u will port, they will say okay sir. Go ahead and port. Poor network and internet they have at Delhi and Bihar.

    @JioCare jio fibre has poorest service. they take money and then never come back to install service. This so shameless that after taking money for service they stop picking your call. This incompetent nature of service can cost someone’s job who is dependent on their fibre.

    @JioCare No body is responding, they r just making fake promises that we r coming in next 15-30 minutes but they dont come & response. What a pahetic service u ppl hv u r also helpless & unable to do anything apart from excuses.I m totally disappointed. Such a big shame on JIO.

    @reliancejio @JioCare . Such a pathetic connectivity in vijaypur, sheopur (MP) 476332. Our area is flooded. Can't even talk to someone. Can't ask for help. Can't attend online classes. Using #vi sim for complaing. @TRAI look into it.

    @JioCare Karan this seems never ending issue as pre pandemic this never seems resolved..as lots of users accessing at the same time and site is only one. What I'm thinking is to shut down the site from my side,after consulting with local authorities..Till proper coverage is not provided.
