    @reliancejio @JioCare my jio wifi at home is not working still last 48 hours and now even contacted team via email and raise sevice request as well but no service engineer has visited at my place..please solve the issue asap why treat customer like this..

    @JioCare How does the feedback work if there is absolutely no change on ground? Inappropriate communication and gaslighting with incorrect information on mails is not accepted even if there was a huge technological failure. It is a #trust #deficit issue now. Avoid @reliancejio in #Mumbai!

    @JioCare No Jio AirFiber service since 25 July despite 5 complaints to customer care. If the issue is not resolved by 11:00 AM tomorrow, I will throw the box in the dustbin and post the video publicly. This is unacceptable customer service. Please resolve the issue immediate

    Dear @JioCare, My JioAirFiber internet has been down for the last 7–8 days due to a wire issue. I have called customer support multiple times, but no engineer has visited. My service request SR00003C2OIX was cancelled without my consent, even though the issue is still unresolved. Please arrange an urgent engineer visit and restore my connection as soon as possible. #jio @JioCare @reliancejio

    Dear @JioCare, Jio 5G network is not working properly at Kamalnayan Bajaj Hospital, Chhatrapati Sambhajinagar (Aurangabad). Due to poor network connectivity, many patients and their relatives are facing serious communication problems. Kindly resolve this issue at the earliest.
