  @JioCare I am not asking for the days it was disconnected. I paid 8388 INR for annual pack. You gave me service for 6 months . We had to cancel because your cable was cut . Your team told us that we would get balance 6 months refund which is 4194 INR

  Only 20mbps....Very poor speed and disastrous service in Jio Fiber. I subscribe to the 699 plan every month which should give around 95mbps. but this is so so bad. @reliancejio @JioCare solve my problem and raise a complaint with a service number ASAP.

  @JioCare @reliancejio #JioTrue5G #Jio #jio5g My Handset is SAMSUNG GALAXY F23 5G and in myjio app its showing Device as Galaxy SII PLS resolve this. Done all basic trouble shooting.
