@JioCare Not really on some occasions. Since last 3 years i am facing same issue.. Even if i have 4 bars network your call as well as internet does not work. Same issue at my hometown sangli 416416 too. Vinayak nagar, sangli haripur road. I have 7 jio connections, 3 at pune , 4 at sangli

@reliancejio We are a small corporate using about 45JIO connections.We need to resolve urgent service related matters and new connections but these concerns are not being addressed on the enterprise e mail ID. Please share a contact number/assign a relationship manager to resolve
