@JioCare #SR00001DKN5F 2/2 But with JIOFiber VPN is BLOCKED & not at all getting connected. JIO Support team are keep on giving me lame and illogical reason instead of resolving it. Even they don't know what is VPN. Kindly resolve my issue asap Or i will have to leave JIO.

@JioCare @JioCare for the 3rd time field engineers came & said we aren't able to fix it. and their manager (name withheld) gives excuse that it is blocked by government when it is clearly not for other providers. He asked me to share otp to close the issue to proceed further
