    @reliancejio In this COVID situation internet service has become an emergency service. Due to this pandemic and lockdown we are working from home. For the last the three days the internet connection (#JioFiber) has been disrupted in my house.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I can disconnect this connection and take a new one but I have just recharged this connection 3 days back, you guys cannot expect me to do that and if you do, please do compensate it with the new connection. Give me a solution or I am done with jio. Thanks

    @JioCare My cell no. is 7715867127. I am the postpaid user and now i am working from home your net is very bad. Since 9th march did not able to use Internet. If this will not resolved by your team then i will leave your service this month. Thank you hope this will treat on urgent

    Dear @airtelindia last two quarters you've gained your subscribers than @reliancejio, congratulations for that. You deserved that because your network was good back then. Now-a-days it's getting worse. Fix it asap or you'll lose your consumers.
