My Jio fiber wifi is not working from this morning i also complained but jio technical team did not came and checked the problem and is saying it will take 24 hours to resolve.This is the condition of Jio Fiber and Jio service that too in metropolitan cities like Delhi @JioCare

What happened to your so called technical engineers @JioCare now its 10th day and no one came to fix my jio fiber problem, my money is wasted my time wasted. Instead of solving my problem, I am hearing only one thing that is sorry for the inconvenience.

@JioCare @DoT_India @TRAI Hello All, this is in reference to the refund request which was from my end to Jio as they are not able to service in the area i requested . leave about service quality there is no service and i don't think you guys will not be fixing this anytime soon
