    JIO FIBER AND INTERNET First it is been told that by 9:45 pm service will get restored then 5:45 am and then 5:45 pm. Since Saturday 21 August 3:45 pm network is down. This is the service you provide then I will surely discontinue your useless service. @reliancejio @JioCare 1/2

    @JioCare : The 4G network is troublesome most times (PIN-759001) . Right now signal strength is ZERO. I am writing abt the problem quite often . In emergency can't call an ambulance for example . @reliancejio now talks about 5G . This is 21st Century India. @AshwiniVaishnaw

    @JioCare after sevral requests, no result. We are the villagers of Raska, PS-Chandrakona, West bengal-721242 facing very much problem regarding calling/internet.even when we have present in the room, then mobile shows no network. We want to get speedy network like other places.

    @JioCare @reliancejio Jio's network in our area is very bad, due to which we are facing a lot of difficulty and because of this many customers are getting MNP from Jio to other networks, forcing everyone to do MNP. please put jio network in our area 🙏🙏🙏

    @JioCare Understand your concern, but limitations of not able to provide services at new address is Jio problem. I am ready to take services and fully satisfied customers.Right now availing services of jio phone. A setoff scheme should be available

    @JioCare No. I am not using earphone/headsets. Mobile network fluctuate all times and unable to make calls. This has been checked for last 2 months. Improve your services and work hard for Indian people. One of the worst network that we have been experiencing.
