    @JioCare amy jiofiber is down since yester 5pm due to rain affcting some outside power/junction box, I had complaint about it SR00002L2YI8 ,jio technician checked and found the infrastructure issue. He said another twam will check and fix this.But till now there is no resolution

    @JioCare @reliancejio Availablity of network....then why previous person took my whole kyc and collect sensitive data like adhar email phone no and also payment....what is intention to collect these information.....very pathetic....@ department of telecommunication

    @JioCare Thanks for the response, Prakash. Since this is a recurring issue, 'resolved soon' isn't enough. As an e-commerce professional, my work is being badly affected. Can you provide a specific ETA for the fix? Also, please share a Service Request (SR) number for tracking

    @JioCare How many times I will provide my location contact no etc etc ? Perhaps your network locator server gone mad ? If police CBI & any other govt officials desire to know my location, perhaps you can't provide them ? Don't fool to me. Very well you know where is myself now. Idiot !
