    @JioCare @reliancejio i think need to change the operator now as jio had enough users now due to which they dont care for any customer query. Call got disconnected 5 times without proper resolution and no complaint was taken

    @JioCare please help me with duplicate copy of broadband bill payment from JAN2022 to DEC2022. As per CC person, records older than 6 months r purged. How come even duplicate copy is not available? I need this for taxation purpose.

    Wow @reliancejio you guys are amazing i still haven't got any engineer visit, i recived an call from jio they asked me for feedback about engineer visit which never happened. I told them no engineer visited my house still I'm getting message that ur prblm is solved. @TRAI
