Vikal Singh (@vikal_sing86096) reported@reliancejio @JioCare I have complained about the internet many times the engineer comes and visits and fixes the problem and does not tell what the issue is and the engineer calls and refuses to visit to check the internet. The internet works for only 1-2 hours after that again it stops working and when we tell him to visit and check again he refuses and the engineer name is Lakshay Garg and when we said to the engineer we pay for the internet he said in a rude way that you guys pay to jio and not me so I will work as I want. So Jio is not providing any good services to it's customer. We want action against this employee and another employee should be send to check the internet.

This isn't a temporary glitch; it’s a permanent failure of service in Thimmanagaripalem. Stop the excuses and provide a technical resolution + SR number now!

Same thing since two years, you just close the ticket without fixing the issue!!! Airtel is same too in my area 😒
