    @JioCare I'm not able to connect to the internet on my Jio Set Top Box but my other devices work fine on Jio Fiber WiFi. Any solutions to get the internet working on the STB? It is connected to the 5Ghz network already.

    @reliancejio The 5G services are very poor. Speed is not greater or equal to 40kbs also. I am trying to book a train ticket from IRCTC app from last 30 mins but all in vain.

    @JioCare Still same suitable, we are not getting solutions yet, in my area more than 200 users of jio, they are facing same issue from 20 days..I am thinking if same situation then all jio users will change his Sim with other operator.

    @JioCare Dennis Second request was closed and issue still not resolved. #JioTrue5G has given me pathetic experience. finally decided to port my number. I will make sure in future i will be very carefull. I am going to surrender #jiofibre and dont want similar experience @JioCare

    @JioCare @somitsrivastav_ Jio 5G welcome offer not received yet, network is also available, 5g mobile is also recharged, latest software is also updated, yet Jio 5g offer is not received. Airtel is better than this, 5G network is also coming and running. Jio is bad

    @ijnani @JioCare @reliancejio Same experience here. I've faced this too. Issues rarely get resolved unless you somehow reach a customer executive. Even that feels like a struggle. Customers don't pay for this kind of experience.

    Hi @JioCare I don't wish to use your services anymore. The entire Jio Customer Support team is useless, they couldn't fix my Internet since 1 week. I am tired of calling and raising mails, they didn't send a single technician to debug. @TRAI

    @JioCare Engineer visit and ensure for change device today or tomorrow. It's seems that Mr.Mohit and Vimal from Jio Rewari install faulty device, these are two not picking the call for resolve the issue. They also damaged my Tata play TV cable during installation.whi will pay my loss?
