Firstly, it is almost impossible to call to customer care due to complex IVR menu and after call pick by them, no response by them and no solution.

Since 15 June, I completed KYC twice, made two payments and received multiple installation dates but the connection was never installed. Repeated delays, poor communication and no accountability forced me to choose another provider
