From 1st day of 10 Jio connections thr hs been major network issue at Safdarjung Enclave, New Delhi. After multiple attempts to ur Cust Care team v vr told tht nothin can b done about it now n we should continue using the phone frm locations where there is network.. @reliancejio

@reliancejio @JioCare msg JIO gave on 14.11.2019 it reads "Sorry for the delay.We have already forwarded the details regarding your concern to the relevant team and they will work towards assisting you at the earliest-Prashant" nobody assisted. JIO claim WORLD CLASS SERVICE.

@reliancejio I daily book a cab from a bus stand near Ambience mall Gurgaon towards Sector 30 Gurgaon. The network is never available there it takes me 15mins to book a cab earlier the network was good. Please can you check in this or let me know whom I can contact.

@VodafoneIN Hi @VodafoneIN still the issue is not resolved and this is quite critical. I am using two sims one same phone. The other one is @reliancejio i am able to make call from it to the same number on which i am not able to call from Vodafone sim. It's been 7 days now.
