    @JioCare although i complain many times , you guys give excuses and all the time say that we will fix our network and u will never face this issue in future, so worst experience with @reliancejio (2.0 kbps) I think i should move to @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @TRAI

    @kunjmau @VodafoneIN @JioCare Just port out from Vodafone and get connected with any jio care representative for further paper formalities.. But don't forget to clear all dues with Voda before initiating the request. If need pay sum bucks extra to poor Voda 😜

    @JioCare My case no is SR000010ERPG Please solve my issue. In ground floor there is no network available, its my challenge , you can visit & Check the coverage in my village/area. Very poor network strength. I kindly request please visit my area & solve network problem.

    @JioCare issue still exists. speed of 20kbps in outdoor no network coverage inside room. only two bars shown in network strength.. Worst 4G experience ever @reliancejio @JioCare decided to port out next month

    @JioCare I have tried this and it says jio connection is not available whereas my neighbor has the connection. After making the complaint your people did the site visit and they are surprised how jio fiber optics is installed in that place

    @reliancejio my neighbor got Jio Fiber Optics net connection in Dec 2020 and I am still struggling to get net connection. On reaching to customer care answer I get its a mistake. Really

    @JioCare @JioCare @reliancejio I am fed up with repeated false promises and vague “future date” messages. It has been 25+ days since payment for my Jio AirFiber order (Order ID: NO0001D08Q5C), and no installation or technician visit has occurred. I no longer want the service. I demand a full refund immediately. If the refund is not processed promptly, I will proceed with legal action through consumer court and claim all expenses, including additional compensation for harassment and delay. Complaint already filed with NCH (ID: 9228818).

    @JioCare I am living in Laxmi vihar Gate no. 04 near anugrah residency Gondwara raipur 492009 There are very poor network of jio and zero network in inside house and there is no any connection of jio fiber and air fiber please look into this and short out problem 7388044411

    @JioCare @JioCare I received a call from your engineer regarding JioFiber installation, but he didn’t speak anything on the call and disconnected it immediately. After that, I received a message saying my request was cancelled without any proper communication or resolution.
