    @JioCare such pathetic service at jiofibre. a month ago asked 700 for wire. now the scheduled intallion for yesterday n now after waiting till 2 today, they changed the installaion after 3 days. Pathetic chutiya service

    @JioCare issue still exists. speed of 20kbps in outdoor no network coverage inside room. only two bars shown in network strength.. Worst 4G experience ever @reliancejio @JioCare decided to port out next month

    @JioCare i received a call recently with a prsnl no. & he was asking me to recharge in my jio no. Currently due to lockdown I have no use of mobile calling he was saying me that he will terminate my no. & my no. Is linked with various platform & banks too.. Verify it please

    I have complained many times since last 2 year , Still am facing slow internet speed in kbps , you are totally failed to solve my issue , so now I have decided to port my number in airtel, very bad experience with jio  @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare although i complain many times , you guys give excuses and all the time say that we will fix our network and u will never face this issue in future, so worst experience with @reliancejio (2.0 kbps) I think i should move to @Airtel_Presence @DoT_India @TRAI

    @JioCare I’ve already received multiple “complaint registered” and “technician scheduled messages over the last 3 months, but the issue still continues daily. I hope this time it’s an actual permanent fix and not just another automated response. Customers need stable internet not repeated
