This has been happening for over a year now. What the hell is the problem? Are you not paying the tower maintenance guys for the generator fuel?

The person who took the payment told me will be done in 2 days. It has been 5 days since then no one is picking up the call. This is very bad. Pathetic service.

Three days ago, I was told that my JioAirFiber issue had been escalated “on priority.” Since then, all I have received are routine calls asking me to repeat the same details again and again. I was also asked to DM my location and screenshots. I sent everything requested, yet even those messages have not been properly attended to. Meanwhile: • Installation is still pending • No confirmed installation date • Local Kesli office continues to remain closed/unavailable • Local team is not responding • No meaningful action on the ground What is even more frustrating is seeing an SR marked as successfully processed/resolved when the actual problem remains unresolved. On what basis is a complaint considered processed when the customer has received neither the installation nor a solution? From the local team to customer support and escalation, this has been an extremely poor experience with Reliance Jio. I will continue documenting and posting updates until there is an actual resolution, not just calls, SR closures and “forwarded to the concerned team” responses.
