    @JioCare earlier service was good but now so bad no problem solved and do fraud Morning I have complain take otp and escape still problem not solved now saying need to raise service request for relocation and asking 1500 rs for trouble shoot

    @JioCare Nothing to do in DM, yes obviously not only me, entire location is facing the same issue, ie. poor network services. Unable to understand whether you are providing 4G or 2G. Better you just check from your end, instead of blaming our devices.

    Before installing jio fiber, remember this thing, the jio fiber team of everyone does not make fun of work. @JioCare @reliancejio We were told this from Jio's call center itself, today I canceled it for 37 days but the attitude of Jio customer support team is such that the life.

    @JioCare Stop all these & check your network services first before you blame our devices. Again you'll ask about our devices, and will suggest me to reboot it otherwise you'll ask to check the sim card on another device. Do you think we're fools?

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can u please update as to when are you planning to launch Airtel Xstream Fiber in Jamshedpur? I am sick of @reliancejio JioFiber who makes tall claims but doesn't provide a basic service as Static Public IP. 🙄

    @JioCare From Oct 2020 all your staff are laying everytime telling I will provide if you recharged with 999 and after recharger your staff is telling offer is ended what a service I have recording off all conversion and already send to your staff on tweeter and YouTube please cheak.

    @JioCare @JioCare Jio AirFiber internet has been down repeatedly for days. 5 engineer visits already done, but the issue keeps coming back after a few hours. This is extremely frustrating and affecting daily work Need a permanent fix instead of temporary resolutions every time
