@JioCare Nothing to do in DM, yes obviously not only me, entire location is facing the same issue, ie. poor network services. Unable to understand whether you are providing 4G or 2G. Better you just check from your end, instead of blaming our devices.

I got the uninstall done within 1 month. Engineer uninstall 50 days ago Jio fiber setup box. And policy is amount refund 7 to 10 business days. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, Today is 45 th days still not credited my money @JioCare

@harmansingh2013 @reliancejio They did the same thing with me. Promised 2 free months, then gave only one month. On complaining, customer service said they can't do anything. They are closing complaints and making it look like they've resolved it without even addressing the issue. Worst service ever.
