I don't understand, Why doesn't a jio Fiber Team Pick up call? I have paid for the new fiber connection on 6th May and still No update till now from jio Team. They don't pick calls they don't revert back. Can this issue be addressed. #jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare what a wonderful service u have, my Internet is down since yesterday, I raised a complaint, now I receive a call from Jio rep asking me to disconnect my existing connection and pay upfront for installation and security & take up a new connection. Seriously!!

@JioCare From Oct 2020 all your staff are laying everytime telling I will provide if you recharged with 999 and after recharger your staff is telling offer is ended what a service I have recording off all conversion and already send to your staff on tweeter and YouTube please cheak.

@JioCare Jio fiber down in my house since 29 Mar 2021. No response from given helpline numbers. Their services has gone to dogs. No timely response to complaints. Only updation for two days that services are going to restore in 2 hrs for days. SR000014HY7M
