    I got the uninstall done within 1 month. Engineer uninstall 50 days ago Jio fiber setup box. And policy is amount refund 7 to 10 business days. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, Today is 45 th days still not credited my money @JioCare

    @JioCare This doesn't mean you are allowed to cheat customer. How many days are in a monthly calendar which jio follow. I feel ,We need to update our education system. Because I never read 28 or 23 days ??

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service by team jamshedpur. I have booked a Jio fiber on 11th May but till now no response from any one ... I am calling to the sales person but they are not responding me , yesterday they committed me regarding installation & they took money .

    @JioCare You keep asking customers to DM you, but you never respond. I've sent multiple DMs and haven't received a single reply. Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?

    @JioCare A service request (SR00003A1KHV) was raised on 02 July 2026. The MyJio app showed that an engineer, Sushil Tiwari, was assigned to visit my premises today.
