    @reliancejio @JioCare I installed jio Fiber on 25/12/22 & after 1 month ur power adapter of router is not working. So i logged complain and ur engineer changed & charged 250 for that.If ur products r not durable then y u provide those for recovery of installation cost indirectly

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare yes.. since u don't fulfill my requirement hence I have no option but to disconnect. What I fail to understand is how difficult is it to provide a basic service as Static Public IP and moreover all ur competitors are providing it. Hence u leave me no choice

    @JioCare are you providing 2G service or 4G? Whenever complained against your network, you just keep blaming our handsets and close this without solving the problems.

    Yesterday I didn't switch to Airtel network. I continue with JIO network and found good speed. From user point of we want good network only. It is under observation. @JioCare @reliancejio @DoT_India

    @JioCare How do you understand our concern? It's been 6days, 50calls, several tweets and emails in past 6days but JIO is in deep sleep. Customer support guys are illiterate & incompetent to do anything ,we have already paid so, what should a customer do?We are stuck with JIO, so helpless.

    @reliancejio @TRAI @DoT_India Zero Jio network in [Ghatladki/Amravati/Maharashtra] as soon as the power goes out. No calls, no data. As an annual plan user, this is unacceptable in emergencies. 99% of users here are suffering. Fix the tower battery backup immediately! #TRAI

    @Ashish_4vedi @JioCare @Airtel_Presence agree. probable reason some upgrade some new connection installation. but 3-4 days in a single stretch never. talk to senior person down the line people very nikkama got nearest centre senior person no. he always help. Airtel can never match Jio price coz it has GUI support u=0

    @JioCare @reliancejio in the past 3 days have raised complaints 6 times on customer care but not a single visit till date! 6 slots selected 6 times tickets raised and yet no response seen. Such pathetic service. Will discontinue the service for sure.
