Due to @reliancejio I could not book my tatkal ticket because the speed of net was extremely poor. I had been using jio since 2016. I don't think I'll tolerate this anymore. You lost an old customer today. Switching to @airtelindia

@reliancejio service is getting worst everytime, earlier it came with good data speed with cheaper plans, later Net-speed got bad but plans where cheap, but now net-speed has become worst and plan is same as other network provider. No reason to use jio now, will switch soon.

@JioCare Sorry but these are just vague replies. Even before the lockdown. I had complained to jio numerous times regarding this issue on twitter, email as well as customer care. Back in Nov, your representative assured me that my problem would be solved. But NOTHING has been done yet

It’s 24 hrs since Airtel WiFi is not working. On top of that 4G speed is too slow that can’t use that also. Sending this tweet using @reliancejio hotspot. Let me know if it will be rectified or should I switch to other service providers!
