    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst service by team jamshedpur. I have booked a Jio fiber on 11th May but till now no response from any one ... I am calling to the sales person but they are not responding me , yesterday they committed me regarding installation & they took money .

    I don't understand, Why doesn't a jio Fiber Team Pick up call? I have paid for the new fiber connection on 6th May and still No update till now from jio Team. They don't pick calls they don't revert back. Can this issue be addressed. #jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare From Oct 2020 all your staff are laying everytime telling I will provide if you recharged with 999 and after recharger your staff is telling offer is ended what a service I have recording off all conversion and already send to your staff on tweeter and YouTube please cheak.

    @JioCare i am unable to use my jio fibre from last 3 days. Red light constantly blinking. I have contacted customer care. My service request no is SR0000154W86 But no engineer visited at my place. Please resolve this asap as i am facing problem in studies n online exams

    @reliancejio @JioCare what a wonderful service u have, my Internet is down since yesterday, I raised a complaint, now I receive a call from Jio rep asking me to disconnect my existing connection and pay upfront for installation and security & take up a new connection. Seriously!!

    @JioCare @reliancejio So, after chasing my installation, the response I get from fantastic agent from Jio is ‘we can cancel your installation’ without assigning any reason - appointments given 9AM, 1PM, 3PM,4:30PM,5:45PM yesterday and no one turns up!
