    Before installing jio fiber, remember this thing, the jio fiber team of everyone does not make fun of work. @JioCare @reliancejio We were told this from Jio's call center itself, today I canceled it for 37 days but the attitude of Jio customer support team is such that the life.

    @JioCare @ketanc18 My problem still same when my problem will be solved when you will take hard action regarding your local representative telling a lie to coustomer if you want proof I have proff that's why I am going to discontinue my jio service next month I am totally disappointed of jio care.

    @JioCare what the hell is ur customer service my Jiofiber is not working from 3days and your customer care service has put my call on hold for last 20mins and no response from the customer care executive. Is he sleeping by putting my call on hold?????

    @JioCare Stop all these & check your network services first before you blame our devices. Again you'll ask about our devices, and will suggest me to reboot it otherwise you'll ask to check the sim card on another device. Do you think we're fools?

    @JioCare one of the worst network service provider in Jamshedpur. And the customer care is also worst, they've not solved any single query. Just blamed my handset, sim-slot etc... Totally waste.

    @JioCare Jio fiber people are doing fake closure of registerd complaint. Even from time installation they are giving poor service. Ref: SR000012E1XE. @reliancejio @fiber_jio

    @JioCare, your in-app chat is broken, and IVR is an endless loop. I am trying to report that I am out of station and cannot hand over the AirFiber CPE (ID: 778400566647) for 3 months. Your local technicians are harassing me daily. Fix this and log a ticket. Send a DM.

    @JioCare SR00003414VN Dt Apr 21 not resolved - today time allotted for Ur Tech visit 2:30/3:30 but DID NOT attend No call from local team. Resolution assured within 24 hrs. 3½ days passed since complaint. No vague reply Do some thing. Mukesh Ambani interested in payment only? SHAME

    The problem remains ever since airfiber was installed at my home. I tweeted about it earlier and somehow it got better in the month of Feb and March and at request of your local team, i took the tweet down. but now again it’s causing problems, working super slow. @JioCare
