    I don't understand, Why doesn't a jio Fiber Team Pick up call? I have paid for the new fiber connection on 6th May and still No update till now from jio Team. They don't pick calls they don't revert back. Can this issue be addressed. #jiofiber @reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare what the hell is ur customer service my Jiofiber is not working from 3days and your customer care service has put my call on hold for last 20mins and no response from the customer care executive. Is he sleeping by putting my call on hold?????

    @JioCare Service request number SR00001AC384. I recieved a phone call from a Local Jio executive today afternoon he said my connection will be fixed by 5 PM. It's 6:30 PM now, I haven't recieved any update yet. Please help.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare yes.. since u don't fulfill my requirement hence I have no option but to disconnect. What I fail to understand is how difficult is it to provide a basic service as Static Public IP and moreover all ur competitors are providing it. Hence u leave me no choice

    @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence can u please update as to when are you planning to launch Airtel Xstream Fiber in Jamshedpur? I am sick of @reliancejio JioFiber who makes tall claims but doesn't provide a basic service as Static Public IP. 🙄

    @reliancejio @JioCare I installed jio Fiber on 25/12/22 & after 1 month ur power adapter of router is not working. So i logged complain and ur engineer changed & charged 250 for that.If ur products r not durable then y u provide those for recovery of installation cost indirectly

    @JioCare @ketanc18 My problem still same when my problem will be solved when you will take hard action regarding your local representative telling a lie to coustomer if you want proof I have proff that's why I am going to discontinue my jio service next month I am totally disappointed of jio care.

    @JioCare Now installation is pending from 13th March, installation date got multiple reshedule.i can't wait any fix it by EOD or else refund.i will get bsnl @BSNL_JKD need fiber at home

    The worst internet service provider in the world @reliancejio have provided horrendous service for over a year. I am trying to cancel and they threaten to forfeit the monthly rental they have taken in advance. @TRAI This is a company whose license should be cancelled.

    @JioCare So, your Engineer is visited and does not bother to give details of problem and say problem from upline/main box. Than he go to check main box then disappeared. No status, no ETA, not come back to says what is exact problem. Your service is getting worst day by day.
