And policy is amount refund 7 to 10 business days. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible, Today is 45 th days still not credited my money @JioCare

Unable to understand whether you are providing 4G or 2G. Better you just check from your end, instead of blaming our devices.

So i logged complain and ur engineer changed & charged 250 for that.If ur products r not durable then y u provide those for recovery of installation cost indirectly
