@JioCare I'm fed up with my frequent fiber interruptions (7 number of days in every month) but now I'm caught in a raise and resolution loop. Recharged with 199 Sachet valid for 7 days and the issue will be resolved in 24 hour. SR0000161ANJ- service request number.

@JioCare From Oct 2020 all your staff are laying everytime telling I will provide if you recharged with 999 and after recharger your staff is telling offer is ended what a service I have recording off all conversion and already send to your staff on tweeter and YouTube please cheak.

@reliancejio @JioCare what a wonderful service u have, my Internet is down since yesterday, I raised a complaint, now I receive a call from Jio rep asking me to disconnect my existing connection and pay upfront for installation and security & take up a new connection. Seriously!!

@JioCare @YashMishra2212 Lol! Jio care unable to fix their own problem but here they are ready to help Airtel customer. This shows how blindly people are sitting in Jio. Not wondering if i give them my U.K number they would generate SR without even seeing what it is for...
