    @reliancejio Speed of the internet and calling service is worst in Buxar (Bihar). What’s the problem?? If you can not give proper services than please dont advertise about your services. Really sucks!! Network fluctuation and call drop?? Its frustrating @TwitterIndia

    @reliancejio paid 2500 to try your so called trail 300mbps speed internet. It's been over 20 days and no one bothered to call back. Now they don't answer my calls. I had to get in touch with some other sales man to enquire about connection status. Sure your service is good?

    @JioCare Refund my money before you start cooking up further stories around this service request .First you said ticket closed without service engineer visiting and now you are disconnecting without customer asking for. What incapable service provider you are.shame on you

    @JioCare My jio fiber was not working since 17 th Jan. Your service engineer sighted some hardware issue with the box and asked me to wait for 2 days on 18 . Till then upon repeated asking he is not doing anything. Please resolve the issue asap.

    @Jio_Offl @JioCare Hi had request for relocation of my Jio fiber. The SR000018GIHP, SR000018GIVC was raised but there is no response .I am calling everyday to customer care but they also have no answer. At the end I have no choice to raise cancellation request.
