Pathetic Customer service @JioCare Whether it's in West bengal or Karnataka, they have no values for commitment after taking money. They committed installation will be done next day but it has been second day after payment. Id:NO0000HOP6TY It shows how unprofessional they are.

@reliancejio **** of after sales service. Noone responding on whatsapp bot and also on jio chat box. Very bad service. @airtelindia @Airtel_Presence is lot lot better and ways ahead in user interface and fast resolution for customer complaints. Grow up
