Divyansh Mehta (@imdivyansh7) reported@JioCare On one of the phone calls engineer said underground optical fibre has been cut, Both the Engineers are confused so kindly send a senior team to look into the same. We did have our local guys internet before Jio but they did not take so many days to resolve such a petty issue.

New connection and 12 June engineer visit is unacceptable. Resolve urgently or will complain in National Consumer Helpline for deficiency in service.
