@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

Horrible network! The network bar is full on signal, still getting call drops, and has a terrific internet speed. Whenever I contact customer care, they have the same reply for the past 1 year "it is a temporary problem" What do you mean by 'temporary'? @reliancejio @JioCare

@reliancejio Forget about 5g, even 4g not supporting properly in Hyderabad, frequency call drops, 5g enabled may be it is good, those area are very rare, Customer service is worst if you do a long term recharge, as jio think customer doesn't left with any option, left trust
