@JioCare @reliancejio Almost 54 days crossed and i didn't get any single rupees of my refund. You told me that the amount will credit to your bank account by 25th june 2022. But i didn't get the money yet . I don't understand what's the problem? Order No : NO0000LBZQJ2

I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare I got a connection of jio fiber and I cancelled my connection because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

@JioCare This happens every month sometimes twice in a Month. If Fiber is like this then I need to switch back to my prevs Provider. Your Engineers are coming to fix someone else's issues in my building and messing up mine vice versa. Pls make sure to fix it from Root else i will switch.
