While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ? Very bad service 👎🏻

No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

But if a customer faces problem he can't even register a complain. Phone or app doesn't work then. My jio app is for money collection only.
