10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

I am the only leader for this journey. No one is there. Even can't take action so I went to our law and public affairs Minister Mr Malay Ghatak. I wrote a letter and he has signed. After that network connection would had restored. @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare @reliancejio If you don't have customer care service for e-sim then don't mention your number below "How to Apply for e-Sim". It's misleading. And also, don't say that it will get activated within 24 hours whereas it takes 30 days (or more).

@JioCare No need send anyone as there was no response from your side and in 3 days no engineer visited to resolve my issue, I have opted airtel and you can collect your router whenever you have time .I will definitely ask my near and dear ones not to go with Jio wifi pathetic service
