@JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani please refund my money. Since 9days no internet connectivity. Daily basis engineer are reschedule my installation date. Install today only otherwise I will cancel jio. Switch to airtel.refund my money ASAP

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

@reliancejio Jio is the most people like this network i will request you in now this situation coivd time every one live there onw house I have to request you 1.5GB is not enough for people in this situation so i will request you jio please increase the data on the same pricepack

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

I have visited jio care at fatehpur shekhawati , Sikar Rajasthan 332301 for reissuing damaged sim. They demand me for rs225 insist of rs25. And I'm not finding proper way of complaint. They are looting rural people on the name of jio. @JioCare @Reliences
