10days ago in my area has no jio connection. There is some cold War between local operator with jio fibre. No one has come across for fighting. Almost 15days we don't have jio network connection. So i decided to do some for jio. I complain on local police station.@JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare Tried calling 18008969999 but the IVR keeps rotating my calls to the very beginning. I have been facing issue with my Jio Fiber connect for past 5 days where the connection is not constant. I have to reboot the router all the time I loose connectivity online.
