@JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

@JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

@JioCare very disappointed to report disconnection of Amazon Prime within 4 months of taking 999 plan of Jio fiber as we availed of refer friend voucher in between. U never told us abt it plus ques is why did U offer the voucher in the first place! we increased yr business right

@reliancejio is busy launching new technologies while their existing services are become worse day by day. The WiFi signal is just dummy while basic websites don't open and if you try to connect via mobile network there is no signal. Better move to other network.#saynotojio
