    @JioCare #MukeshAmbani I am using the Jio fiber and recharged the Gold plan. I am facing issues with the set-top box since the last Sunday (September 20, 2020). Tried to contact the customer care and the local Jio fiber technicians, however, there is no help. Kindly help me.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got a connection of jio fiber on 7/8/21, and I cancelled my connection on 9/8/21,because of some issues. While cancellation customer care was telling me “ You will get the refund after 14days , from the date of pickup” Still I didn’t get my refund ?

    Recharged by 999 in Jio Fiber. Unable to watch the TV. Called at @JioCare and the telecaller disconnected the call when I asked for the ticket number and the issue is not yet fixed. Shame on you @JioCare @reliancegroup

    @reliancejio Jio is the most people like this network i will request you in now this situation coivd time every one live there onw house I have to request you 1.5GB is not enough for people in this situation so i will request you jio please increase the data on the same pricepack

    @JioCare Hello Team, On 17th September I have registered for new connection which is not yet completed. None of your technician came to provide the connection. If this is your service while giving new connection then God save your company. @reliancejio @reliancegroup

    Subham Singh from Chelidanga office of @reliancejio in Asansol is defrauding innocent customers. He's randomly giving WiFi connection to people then rudely behaving when there's a complaint or malfunction, refusing to help @JioCare #JioFiber #jiofiberdown

    @JioCare @fiber_jio @PhonePe_ Pls confirm where the money is. Phone pe is giving tr I'd and jio is saying it is invalid. Jio is not reply to mails also. Jio service is getting worst day by day.

    @fiber_jio @JioCare this is completely ridiculous it has been more than 2 months I have already done to recharges but still the problem is not have been solved is jio upto again cheating customers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @_MukeshAmbani please refund my money. Since 9days no internet connectivity. Daily basis engineer are reschedule my installation date. Install today only otherwise I will cancel jio. Switch to airtel.refund my money ASAP

    @Karthik36011250 @JioCare After all formalities you will here from them 1) we check signal in your area good and you can use internet seamlessly 2) however you facing problem due to somany user trying to get access at same time, Kindly use at diff location or time 3)put your jio SIM card in 1st slot

    @JioCare @reliancejio check DM. Your reply will be - 1. Due to more user you are facing slow internet 2. Due to IPL you are facing slow internet In 2021 below 1mbps will be considered as no internet, not slow internet. But here im experiencing 200kbps 😡😡😡🤬

    @JioCare HEY you jio so called 'fastest internet giving sim' whenever ipl come your net diectly gets slow down and now hell i am getting worst speed not even your own app my jio is opening hell i want my money back worst network when i have to watch ipl match your internet sucks
