    @JioCare what's the use of call me option when you have to share the same thing that shows on the app with no details and then IVR disconnects. All this AI non responsive bot **** is good for nothing. The app is showing appointment scheduled for 3 days and it changes every day

    @JioCare I have raised multiple reminders regarding the service engineer to visit my location to resolve but still havent had any look into the issue. the ticket still says an engineer is yet to be assigned and its been more than 24 hours without internet and my work has been disrupted.

    We had to explain the same issue. It's almost a shame to the brand.. I want refund else I will go to consumer court our patience is over..@JioMart @JioMart_Support @JioCare complaint id -783946544122,we got refund for 1 chocolate,pending refund Rs 240(pending)+time waste..3/3.

    @JioCare Future can be 10+ years. I cannot wait for years before you plan to fix this. Shame on you for this shameless behaviour. I am not the only one effected by your bad network. There are 50k estimated users in that area.
