  @reliancejio @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio You’re quick to send calls & messages when it’s time to recharge, but when it comes to service, you disappear. Promised speed: 30 Mbps. Actual speed: 30 Kbps. Multiple complaints, still no resolution. At least deliver the service customers are paying for.

  @JioCare - I have raised a reloc req and it’s been over a month and I still don’t have an active connection. I have paid money until end of the year already. I’m fed up of raising reqs. Either give me an active Fiber connection or refund my money!! Pathetic service so far!!

  @JioCare @JioCare To make matters worse, your toll-free helpline automatically disconnects calls because of the existing ticket—giving zero option to speak to a human or raise a billing/separate query. This automated lockout is unacceptable customer service. #JioFiber #JioFiberDown

  @reliancejio Bakwas don't use @reliancejio no proper network. @airtelindia is far better than you but, these both network partners are merged and going to increase the tariff rates. This is unfair
