    @JioCare Your process is totally broken. Now last minute delivery person asked for 99 rs. Delivery charge. This was not communicated. He hasn't delivered & told me to collect from malleswaram. How is this an "online" process? 4 days later & multiple follow ups & it still FAILED. @TRAI

    @reliancejio @JioCare Extremely poor experienc. False installation promises, no response after payment, and unprofessional follow-ups with pressure tactics. Faulty installation with unresolved issues like short wiring. Customer support is unresponsive. #JioAirFiber #PoorService
