@JioCare I have not received my refund amount which I should get after disconnection of my jio fiber internet service. It has been more than 2 months. I have not received any update. And your customer care number is useless as it has option for existing customers only.

@JioCare Just to keep everyone updated. @JioCare has done nothing till now intact their customer care sends one message you reply to them and wait for 24 hour and they ask same question again. Disgusting. And the problem is I am not even getting any option/call to disconnect. Don’t want!

@JioCare why is your customer care asking us to buy IR pack to enable international roaming? It is not a requirement and can be done inside myjio app for free. Please stop taking advantage if customer forgot to enable & asking support to do it from abroad. 1/n
