    @reliancejio @JioCare just had a word with CC executive and tried to admit my issue with network related to post paid sim. But the response was worst and not supportive att all.. No escalation matrix to escalate the network issue further...

    @JioCare 8949269381 Anil Kumar Verma SR00003DVTEJ I raised a complaint against the misbehaviour. Why did he say "I will not come to fix your issue, I have other things to do". Please assign a engineer who is loyal to your company.

    @JioCare ya fine but when? there is issue with wifi router ,it kicked device out of connection frequently even in close proximity so it needs to be corrected at site
