@reliancejio Jio fiber speed reduces to 7 mbps which is quite disgusting....when u r charging for 30 mbps then why giving just speed of 7 mbps...this is ridiculous....this way people will not apply for fibre connection instead move to other service provider

@JioCare It has been sad that from last 2-3 months your jiofiber is not working. Continue disconnects. Raised a complaint on 26 april. Your person told me that your technician will visit on the same day. Today it is 29.

@JioCare @fiber_jio customer guy came and took 1500 rs recieved the email notification as well but now he is denying that he cant put the connection and money is also not refunded kindly refund my money and look into this matter need a revert on this asap
