    Of late, the 5g internet speed for Jio has been poor. This is for Mumbai, Dahisar East area. Please look into this. Thanks. I am using an android device. @JioCare

Me: (Obviously irritated) It is 10 days since my complaint has been lodged, the engineers don't visit and don't come back for the resolution. Jio CC: I am sorry sir let me check what can be done

    @JioCare What's the status of this complaint? The router needs to be replaced as its settings are changing every 3-4 days on its own and I am forced to do a full reset and configuring wifi repeatedly. I can't keep doing this.
