@JioCare Respected sir mam, I have lost my jio phone on 08 Feb 23, kindly block the jio phone associated with my number .(number is in message) I am senior citizen and faced problem in getting sim as my fingerprints are not accepted for ekyc and I am unable to receive SIM.

@reliancejio @JioCare from last few days I cntinusly complaining about jio net which is not working suddnly for few hours,when am trying to open any url it's showing can't reach,in any app its failed to load or showing under maintenance... but when am using vi it's working

@JioCare So my concern is: I ported my number to and the collection guy came & collected 599 and told me "sequrity deposit will be adjusted from next bill, but it not happening. I had word with CC to know d resolution becoz complaint is getting closed without updating anything 2 customer
