  It seems , 5th time I have to port/ Closed @reliancejio @JioCare just because they can not provide good Voice Services due to multiple users are calling at the same time. What a pathetic excuse for service degradation ? No timelines no POA. No idea how you guys run Jio ?

  @JioCare Come on Jio stop looting and harassing customers. Your customer care is useless. My Jio app shows dumb options in chat you cant call on 198 as it never accepts any calls. Jio just cares about getting lot of customers but not customer care. I hope they improve or I need to switch

  @JioCare Applied for Jio fiber. Paid 1500. installation was scheduled but service engineer didn’t come to install. He called me and canceled the request. Shared details through DM. No service engineer has been assigned post that.
