When internet services are down due to the fault of the company then why aren't we compensated for it? Why isn't there any policy on this ?And if any fault was from our side then we would have been readily charged for it.@reliancejio

Dear @reliancejio @JioCare, ur internet stopped working within 6 HOURS of newconnection. All this pre-connection process was completed within a very short period of time. Now u require 24 hours to resolve👏 selling product is easy, giving good service is not everyone’s cup of tea

@JioCare This the the worst services ny jio, My uninstallation requests for jio fibre was accepted on 26th May(internet stops) but still no engineer came to pick-up, called care 10_12 times all they do reschedule the visit nothing else. Facing form 20 days. @JioCare @reliancejio
