@JioCare Given request for disconnection request on last month. Every getting message for Appoinment to collect devices back, but no is coming and collecting it back. Also dont know when jio will refund the balance amounts. Really frustrating service from jio team

@JioCare @reliancejio I HAVE RECENTLY CHANGED MY PHONE AND I HAVE BOUGHT A SAMSUNG M32 4G EDITION. MY JIO SIM IS NOT GETTING INSERTED IN MY NEW DEVICE. I AM UNABLE TO CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THE JIO STORE. PLS PROVIDE HELP ASAP.

@JioCare Please refund my 2500 or bother to expand my plan due to this issue. Also I used mobile internet of 50 GB costing me ₹310 additional for plan..why should I pay on mobile internet If I have wifi of 999+tax per month at home ?

@JioCare Nobody is responding to calls or to fix the issue...issue is still there since 3 days...I want full refund of Jio service and cancel my connection if you are not able to provide services
