Shrwan Kumar (@iShrwanKumar) reported@reliancejio @reliancejiocare My JioAirFiber (+91-6422351675) 100 Mbps plan gives only 1–2 Mbps. Browsing & CCTV app are unusable. Engineer takes OTP, marks it resolved, but the issue returns within 1–2 hours. Please fix it permanently or refund my recharge and take back the AF.

Not only did they not refund my bill after confirming receiving my cancellation request they sent me another bill for a service I had long stopped using. They continue to call me everyday regarding that bill. @reliancejio is a bona fide criminal enterprise.
