    Very good offer in jio postpaid but i tried twice to do porting to jio but what a level of customer service they have no one knows about the plan executive told me you have to recharge after 28 days i mean in postpaid? Confusing security deposite @reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare Facing network issues for the last 3 days in Mayur Vihar Phase 1, Delhi. No internet and consistent call drops. How much more time do you need to fix the issue. Are you really 5G? Plus, your AI customer care just sucks. It does nothing but irritates.

    @JioCare My JioFiber connection has been down for the last 3 days. multiple calls to CC/ email /escalation to the Appellate Authority - Not helpful. Not even an engineer assigned. issue unresolved. Service Request: SR00002MCPF6 This level of customer service is unacceptable.

    @JioCare Hi I hope you understand what I want to convey , 3times before to this sr they already closed without resolving the issue, even engineers visited but still I am complaining

    @JioCare @reliancejio I got your point about your issue, but as I told you I just want an engineer visit at my place that's it. I think this simple service is included in our plan. Just send your engineer to my place. It is that simple.

    SR No. SR00003ACBSX @JioCare jio team member call me and say yes there is network issue in your area but he is unable to fix it due to required request pending from jio uper team side .. India network unable to solve issue
