    @JioCare Are you guys for real? My complaint is that there has been ONE bar of signal and I am not able to speak to anyone should I try calling or receiving calls. And you people have been harassing me by calling repeatedly?

    @JioCare @djdiglipur This is not a single-customer issue, entire Diglipur is facing this issue. Resolve it at the earliest. Or, as an alternative, perhaps package validity can simply be extended for the period of service disruption. After all we shouldn’t have to pay for service we are unable to use.

    @Airtel_Presence @airtelindia your WiFi team doesn’t work at all. It’s been 4 days since a complaint. no engineer visit has happened. App is a chatbot - doesn’t add value. On call a “dedicated team” just asks to wait.. will this stupidity end? or i better shift to @reliancejio ?

    @reliancejio Jio’s network has been very weak for several days. I’ve raised this issue multiple times, but there’s still no improvement. Please take action, or I may have to switch to another network. @reliancejio Care, please look into this urgently.

    @JioCare my jio fiber stopped working since more than 24 hours. Still engineer not visited. Restoration is delayed. With reference to Service Request no SR00003F9YTX
