    @reliancejio @JioCare @ITS_MoC more than 10000 population of 3-4 villages and gram panchyat situated almost near and mid in Rajasthan area troubling from your service there is no any tower near 3-4 kms.kindly request to establish a single tower soon.

    Dear @JioCare, I am extremely disappointed with the service. I have been trying to permanently disconnect my Jio AirFiber connection, but there is no proper option available to do so. I have already emailed JioCare regarding this issue, yet no action has been taken. 1/2

    @JioCare you didn't understand my question, if my plan is doesn't have relocation option why did you show that in the app or support AI chat, it's just saying "Something went wrong page" nothing else

    No technician/engineer have come to solve issue.. Again escalating issue of my Jiofibre not working for more then a week, There are no adverse/severe weather conditions that they can't make it, take a note of this and arrange one immediately.. +91 261 3580891 @JioCare

    @JioCare It is not giving me any option to register a complaint. I just want to highlight that while uploading files on @Google Drive whose storage is allocated by your offer, I am getting throttled heavily and my connection get disconnected even though signal remain constant.

    @JioCare In any case the connection should be cancelled and refund should be able to be processed. If not then they you collect money at starting itself and tag the device? It's clearly your mistake. Have DMd you, help in cancellation of the request and refund.(1/2)@jiocare

    @JioCare @airtelindia @TRAI jio charging customers without providing a service. They are not able fix the internet issues since many months and now jio expecting customer to pay bill and even not allowing to port the number to Airtel.

    Your service was not working properly last 48 hours. When I have contact JIO COMPLAINT HELP LINE was told me outages issues. Please told me how many days my problem was resolved. I have shared my location with you through DM. Please check it. @JioCare
