    What a ridiculous way to resolve customer complaints by @airtelindia 1. Customer registers complaint in app 2. Airtel assigns target date 3. Airtel closes complaint on target date. The ridiculous part is “resolution” is missing in this process. @reliancejio @ViCustomerCare

    @JioCare @ViCustomerCare mnp sim will be activated tonight...so you have time till today evening to get the sim delivered... after that no use.. Your pathetic service isn't able to deliver the sim in 140 hours and @ViCustomerCare did it in 12 hours

    Biggest Scam of recent times is done by @reliancejio Initially provided good network and internet speed, make people believe in them and recharge for a year, then boom, worst network, worst than BSNL itself. What a Fraud service @JioCare

    Hello @ViCustomerCare and @JioCare I want to port my mother's VI sim to Jio but when I am unable to generate UPC by sending sms to 1900. I connected with Jio service centre for the same and they asked me to connect with you regarding this issue. Please help.

    None of these companies are making refunds to customers,they are NOT FXING connections,no response on calls or emails-FORCING customers to go for another service provider- who is asking for INSTALLATION CHARGES. You can call it CUSTOMER EXCHANGE SCAM. @ACTFibernet @reliancejio

    @Indianinfoguide better late than never. BSNL need to increase the number of Towers across India to provide uninterrupted coverage for the users. Indians need a 3rd Service Provider to reign in the strong arm tactics of @reliancejio and @airtelindia who arbitrarily increasing their charges.
