    Finally called customer care and asked to discontinue. They agreed and said refund would be processed. Now it’s been another 5–6 days: ❌ No refund ❌ No reference number ❌ No updates Taking money is instant. Resolving issues apparently isn’t. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare At PIN code 274301 (Village Patkhauli, Post Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar, U P), there is absolutely no Jio network coverage, while at PIN code 226011 (Manak Nagar, District Lucknow, UP), there are major problems with making and receiving calls. For this reason,

    @JioCare So let me get this straight, a customer reports poor connectivity that is affecting their work, and your idea of “service” is to schedule a visit after two days? Impressive. Truly a masterclass in how to ignore urgency. It’s almost as if customer inconvenience is part of the service design. Because clearly, when someone raises a complaint, they’re just looking to wait around indefinitely, right? This kind of casual, indifferent response isn’t just disappointing, it’s outright unacceptable. If this is the priority you assign to customer issues, then the term “customer support” is being used very loosely here. Kindly stop treating this like a routine ticket and start acting with some urgency. Or at least be honest enough to admit that prompt service isn’t something you intend to provide.

    @JioCare Day 14 of complete JioFiber outage. At this stage, the issue is no longer the technical fault but JioCare's astonishing lack of accountability. Two weeks without service, despite advance payment, reflects a complete disregard for customers.

    @JioCare DM's you all the details regarding my JioFiber please do slove the issue related to Jio LiveTv+ (Fifa World Cup 2026 channels) as I earlier mentioned the OTP problem i don't received any OTP to start JioLivetv+ on my JioFiber, Please slove the issue as soon as possible.
