    @JioCare Hey @JioCare, my JioAirFiber service in Sambalpur, Odisha is completely down/poor. Your app and automated systems are broken, showing a "network congestion" message, preventing me from booking a technician. Please arrange a manual engineer visit immediately.

    @JioCare this is not the first time am using this nw or MyJio/maybe u DID NOT understand the issue/what is the USE of Jio APP when it is giving FAKE info/Not Allowing complaint?DM has no value as u CONTRADICT ur own app findings/get rid of the APP if you want me to answer THOSE Qs/or fix

    @JioCare Issue is very simple No speed If connects it shows no internet and that's all , very frustrating Happening since may 10th , so much disruption while doing Office work Recharging 50rs daily I mean what I need to explain here? Neighbours WIFI working absolutely fine but ours 0
