    @JioCare Hi team, thanks the issue got resolved SR...AXRD service number. But when I am trying to contact the jio service number. I am getting automated sms saying my entire area is having an issue and will be resolved in 4 hours. The technician said that is not a problem. Can you check

    Hi @JioCare @JIOAIRFIBERIN Air Fibre has no internet since two days and your team has rescheduled engineer visit for the 3rd time. Why do you book visit when you can't even arrange engineer? #JioAirFibre is service is pathetic !

    @JioCare JioFiber down since 2 hours. It's just been 15 to 20 days I have shifted from airtel. Very bad experience

    @JioCare Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My complaint pending for 15 days. Despite daily assurances from local manager Bablu Yadav and engineer Ajit Kumar Singh, no resolution been provided. Escalate to Consumer Court if not immediately. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights
