    What are your SLAs here? 2 full days down with just msgs being sent to the customer. @reliancejio @JioCare - if there is 1 day delay you switch off our services. Now that there is such a prolonged service rectification why should you not be penalized?

    @JioCare If by any chance your engineer doesn't turn around and start my internet service by End of the day, brace yourself to lose one more customer. I will be forced to make my decision. You can ask your engineer to collect the router boxes back to your warehouse. @JioCare

    @JioCare I have already paid upto 11 Jun 26 and requested for disconnection on 9 jun 26 . Kindly resolve this issue ….why do i pay for 11 jun to 10 jul charges ….i have already vacated the home ….only jio set up box is kept with the home owner @TRAI @JioCare

    @JioCare Same answer to everyone, pls don't you'll have shame, if you'll can't attend to the Customers query Pls don't billed the Customer, and for your information there is no option for Reshedule, it's just kept on hold don't tell me we needto wait a whole month

    @reliancejio @JioCare @airtelindia "Sir/Madam, after the complaint I lodged, your Jio network worked properly for two days. However, the problem has started occurring again. Kindly arrange for a ground-level inspection and check the issue on-site Otherwise, we may be compelled to switch to another service provider

    Hey @reliancejio @JioCare, what am I actually paying for?! Paying for a 100Mbps Jio AirFiber plan but barely getting 10-20 Mbps, sometimes dropping to a pathetic 100Kbps! Been complaining since March 2026 and absolutely ZERO response. WORST network ever. #JioAirFiber
