@JioCare I had raised a service request no SR000036E1TN raised on 21-5-2026 but till now internet is not working. Called Customer care but they are only telling that issue will be resolved. If we delay recharge by 2 or 3 days will jio accept & give us wifi for these days.

@JioMart_Support @JioCare Your team has still not resolved my complaint registered more than 15 days ago. I’ve already followed up twice over call + also raised it on the JioMart app. Kindly look into this urgently and resolve it. Extremely disappointed with the service.

but there is no response from him. I also tried calling JioCare, but the call only says the request is already raised and then disconnects. Please let me know if an engineer will visit and resolve the issue soon, as the internet is still not working.

Very disappointed with JioFiber service WiFi not working and the installer/technician is refusing to even visit unless I pay him personally. I am continuously being given excuses and delays instead of proper support. This is completely unprofessional issue immediately. @JioCare
