    I tried to rich out with the jio customer care Help line number but they are not able to help me the internet connection The speed is less than 2g in the era of 5g I hope jio will resolve this problem @reliancejio

    There is a power backup issue at the local tower . Even though the power has been back for 2 hours, the network still hasn’t been restored which @airtelindia barely took 30-60mins . What kind of garbage service is this? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Since Nov 2025: SR00002RUOE1 SR000033ZJK1 SR000037II67 Multiple assurances of resolution within 7–15 days. Complaints closed, issue still unresolved. I have call recordings of these commitments. Need action, not assurances.

    @JioCare 3 complaints, 7+ months, still no resolution. SR00002RUOE1 SR000033ZJK1 SR000037II67 Your team repeatedly assured me on calls that the issue would be resolved within 7–15 days. Those promises were never fulfilled, yet complaints were closed.

    @JioCare Taking this much time merely to identify the issue is completely unacceptable. The network has been down for two days, causing significant inconvenience. If your team faced a similar outage for two days, would you consider that acceptable?

    Dear @JioCare , how many years does it take to fix one network issue? I’ve been reporting that your network completely dies during power cuts in Anandnagar, Pharenda (UP) since 2023. It’s 2026 now and nothing has changed. 2.69 Mbps on “5G+” is a joke, not a service.

    @JioCare @Sanju_nema Worst services by jio… no resolve in time @jagograhakjago please see to it.. They also charge for the days there is disruption. Every time new network is installed in the area they mess up with existing connections.

    Such horrible service of JIO, I have port my number on 9 June from Airtel to @reliancejio & today is 14 June but I didn’t receive the ported Sim. No one even take this on priority.. totally ****** up with this kind of service from so called India’s largest network #shame #jio
