My take on this is after @reliancejio both the other player of telecom will bring back outgoing charges and I feel this is the only way to get out of the loss-making business and the whole talk about the losses is just to support their most probable future actions.

@JioCare dear Jiocare I couldn't able to call or receive any call on my jio number. Net is working. But no incoming outgoing service. I did last recharge on 17th September of 398₹.

@JioCare I've DM my jio no, alternate no and residential address make sure the problem is resolved. I get just 2 lines of network leads to voice breaking problems, call drops and slow internet speed.

It seems that @JioCare is not bothered to solve the problems of its customers.. It is utterly disappointing for a company like @reliancejio to linger the proceedings and keep the customers distraught. Perhaps @Airtel_Presence has better customer support..
