    @HathwayBrdband Hathway broadband has 3rd class technology and 3rd class customer services. Am fed up complaining again and again about the network issue. Hathway sucks as a service provider. Have made multiple complaints about network issues but no resolution @HathwayBrdband @reliancejio

    @reliancejio Absolutely no network at all times - day, afternoon, evening and night. Complete refusal by @reliancejio to provide it's paying customers with network connection!!! This kind of behaviour by @reliancejio is very hard to understand!!!

    @JioCare : Recently we are seeing that the bluetooth headset connected to the Jio settop box has the volume stuck between 15% to 22%. At first, we thought the headset is faulty, but we realize now there is a problem with the STB. Can you confirm if you know of any issue?
