@JioCare Though your Jio Tower is only 100 mtrs. away from our flat. Speed is disgustingly slow and only 198 same record is playing. Please do something immediately. In the guise of 5G don't ignore 4G / LTE Customers. We are also paying you.

@JioCare @vishaljaiswal And if the first call is an emergency call then should we have to wait for your announcement to finish and then u connect our call till then person may die also. Which customer has asked you to start this type of announcement. and by the way it's not for only 01st call only.

Very rubbish service @reliancejio @JioCare New Jio Fiber connectivity has been done. The network has not been coming for 20 days.There is an employee of a Jio customer whose name is Rishi,+91 78598 01642, he doesn't even talk properly. Closed the complaint without working. 🙎

@JioCare extremely vulnerable of jio fiber . i have installed jio fiber a month ago and paid 2500 for three months but internet is not working and after contacting to customer care no one is listening . The guy who installed the fiber cable is not picking up call. Very pathetic
