The worst ever service of @fiber_jio. I applied for cancelation of connection at my office on 31st July 2020. No reply from @JioCare Took new connection at home as we were doing work from home. Now @reliancejio is charging for both connection.

When will be the issue of network, call drop and low connectivity will be solved? Even unable to complaint in jio app that much bad network. Every time executive saying network will resolve within 20 days now more than 1 years gone. @JioCare @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio

@TikonaTIL @TikonaTIL nobody listens there over the app or customer care number even after frequent complains n today its not working since afternoon. I m done with #Tikona not paying for next time just waiting for this plan to complete. Even #Jiofi from @reliancejio dongle is better.

@reliancejio @JioCare Just ported to #Jio last week. I've feeling of being cheated. Data speed is too low like 2G. Is this the day which I'd foreseen while moving to Jio? Improve your data speed otherwise 90days ain't so far. Another @airtelindia number has no complaint at all.

@airtelindia you guys are a bunch of frauds!! I shifted my connection that was on an annual plan and you sneaky frauds changed it to monthly payment. Now your executives are evading the call without a service request number. @reliancejio is way better than you in service.
