    @JioCare Navin, any update on SR00003BM2X1 you guys are working hard to resolve it ASAP. It's already 2+ month of equipment picked up. But in last 1+ months SR were created but no resolution no refund it's adding more stress on the top of my existing for it terminated fiber🙏

    @JioCare @reliancejio I'm already using a Jio 5G SIM on my 5G phone, and I regularly stream TV using its hotspot without issues. So the engineer's assumption that installation isn't possible just because the tower isn't directly visible appears unfounded. Kindly conduct a proper site survey.

    @reliancejio @JioCare what happened to your service, it is not working more than 2 days. Internet start working after 10 days and after 2 days again it got stuck and not working since 2 days. I am stuck with you and bohot parshan kar dia hai jio ne. @ravi_mca2010

    In my area distt. Kushinagar jio tower kasia 9067 not working from last 24 hours, no out going calls no incoming calls no Internet, every people are in problem fro last 24 hours and no once cares bor jio officer's not customer support @JioCare @reliancejio @airtelindia

    @JioCare Pathetic broadband support in Bengaluru. My broadband has been down since 13/07/2026 despite repeated complaints, and it's still not restored. I run an advocate's office where reliable internet is essential. Please resolve this urgently. #JioFiber
