    @JioCare No boss u r not working, only service request numbers are being generated and you are trying to fool your customers by sending false messages that complaint has been addressed.

    Such services at staring is very bad. How you give a trust to your customer after taking your service. I am tried to contact customer care many time but no satisfactory answer is recieved . @JioCare

    @indradeepkhan @JioCare @reliancejio happened with me last year. gave me three dates - used to rush back home, driving 20 km to be there on time, never turned up. disconnected my fiber connection & then it was sorry, pls give another chance etc etc
