    @JioCare it's been 4 months raising multiple cases and to your DM. The Jio does not works when data connected well at 500084 with very frequent issues.

    @JioCare You and your organisation big lying . In ground your service can’t say anything. If I say poor. Insert word’s for poor . But only you need only money for recharge .

    Dear @JioCare, enough is enough. My complaint registered on 7 July is STILL unresolved. Instead of fixing the issue, you keep marking it as “resolved” without actually resolving anything. Your negligence has directly impacted my work and caused financial losses. If this isn’t resolved immediately, I will file a complaint before the Consumer Commission and claim compensation for the losses incurred due to your deficient service. All chats, complaint records, and timelines have been documented. #JioFiber #ConsumerRights

    @JioCare How many days to repair ??? Am not going to pay you for last 15 days or more as I didn’t get the service , pls make a note of it . Am only going to pay for 10-15 days & will end the service with you !!
