    @JioCare But i shared a screenshot which contained marketing msg, but still i dont understand how can u provide this as final resolution: u asked chor that "Are u chor?", He replied, "no, i am not chor" & u just conveyed who was theft that "sorry, he is not chor." BC, hadd hai ye to.

    Did a recharge of 999 on JioFibre for OTT subscription and after recharge customer care is saying you can't access OTT app without setup box, what type of cheating is this @JioCare @reliancejio Also the person rudely ended the phone when I asked why this is not mentioned anywhere

    A pathetic customer service by @reliancejio @JioCare I have Tele verified my new jio sim and even than I am not getting any network on the sim. Talked to the customer care two times. I haven't received any complaint number. Why to port sim to jio when we don't even get network.

    @JioCare Our request is being serviced by Akshay Raj Singh(Mob. - 7877232529). This agent isn't picking up our call since 2 days. Earlier also he has not responded clearly and talked in a rude way. Please change our agent who can provide us response clearly. Thanks
