  @reliancejio @JioCare Charging customers extra without notifying them is not acceptable. If I reach out to support, they tell me that we are not responsible for Netflix but I am charged in my jio bill and not notified regarding the change either in email or text.

  @JioCare It’s been 7 days since I requested a relocation, yet a lead no has still not been created. This delay is unacceptable. Please cancel my relocation request and refund ₹1,200 (relocation fee) + ₹1,440 (current month’s bill). I’ll switch to another provider.

  @JioCare @reliancejio My village Tarar (Ghoga, Bhagalpur, Bihar-813205) has very poor Jio network. Being a postpaid user, I face severe data & call issues. Airtel & Vi work fine here. Fix this or I will port my number. #JioNetwork #Bhagalpur
