  @JioCare But why did it go on Hold? No one came for the service request, and no one informed that it couldn't be done today. Why isn't the engineer being responsible enough to atleast inform from their side? Why should the consumer call, check understand and then ask again?

  @JioCare The service was scheduled for yesterday and day before yesterday before that, still no communication from your side if it will be delayed or done some other day, solve this swiftly it's been more than 20 days I'm facing this problem.

  @JioCare @JioCare - why was there delay ..No response. Everytime there is an intentional delay and there is same standard comment. Why is an engineer without a degree never assigned on time ..there is no answer. This time I need an answer
