    @reliancejio My 5G data is completely not working properly since daily data exhausted. I have already recharge top-up voucher of 151 for 9 GB 4G with 5G unlimited. But still 5G isn't working compared to 4G at all. Don't know which type of service @JioCare providing name of 5G.

    @JioCare I called those who have faced the same problem and not gotten the refund to come forward and make it viral so as it reaches to the highest level from where at least they work on customer service properly

    It’s been days since the rains cooled off, but @JioCare 5G is still down at my house. Getting <10mbps in just one spot, forcing me onto 4G. Exhausting my 2.5GB daily limit is a nightmare when 5G is supposed to be unlimited. Please resolve! PIN: 401209

    @JioCare This is unacceptable. An engineer visit was marked, but no engineer actually came. The router is still blinking red, and there is no internet. I've been facing this issue for days. Please stop giving generic updates and arrange an actual engineer visit today.

    Looks ..people don't know backend policy ..if they get any offer in app & can call customer care for verification.. If customer care is telling you are eligible & can make 707 rs payment & use 2 months internet Let me know who's fault is it User or company ? Ans plz @JioCare
