@JioCare Jio IR Support says I cannot send sms to special numbers like 199. Jio chat support says to get eSIM I have to send sms to 199. Your customer support is useless, Iam stuck here out of India looking to convert my physical sim to eSIM with no help from jio.

Mobile signals for voice and data is very low in Rivewview Road #Kotturpuram #chennai. With 1000s of high networth families living in that location, @airtelindia, @reliancejio should install signal towers or other booster devices soon.

@JioCare I know installation is on hold from last 11 days but How many days you required to resolve this issue. Nobody work on this project. And If all ports is full so why not jio team checked this issue before booking my connection.
