  @JioCare is fraud, they take the booking amt from customr, cancel the order and then ask customer to wait for indefinite time for refund, i have been chasing them from last 20 days but still no refund, even their grievance officer do not respond order # NO0001EMKC20 @reliancejio

  @_MukeshAmbani @TRAI @reliancejio My Jio SIM card was closed without prior notice. I have maintained regular usage & completed my recharge 2 days ago. This abrupt suspension is causing inconvenience to my daily communication. kindly look into this issue & Reactivate at earliest.

  @JioCare There's no response from the customer care they stopped attending call to every single person from my village and last time also they did nothing just took all info I'll go to consumer court you just messed up my life my job and work basically whole life @reliancejio @JioCare

  @reliancejio outage in my area since evening and services were supposed to be interrupted till 9:45 pm but still it is not working. Now, the time shown is of tomorrow morning. Why should I be charged for the days when the service is not being provided?
