Dear @JioCare when I have given my mobile number why do you need pin code postal address and all to resolve simple issue of call failure in Noida area? And why the ask is coming from different names. Can you maintain consistency of interaction? What is operator’S name?

@JioCare ridiculous service, I am getting full of network, I have 555 plan and work from home pack for the internet. But internet is not working at all. I am able do calls and incoming is fine. But internet not working at my place... This issue having on all over family members.

@JioCare @reliancejio this company response only DM us for better services but there is no ground work after that they are asking for bill payment . How can you do that . I have network related issus but nobody is listening .

As a customer of JioFiber, it works fine till it does and then it’s a ridiculous effort to get it working back when it does not. Been two days since my internet has shut down and there has been little to no response at all from customer care and the engineers. @JioCare

@JioCare It was nice to be part of JIO it now...last 36 days to port my network #WORSTNETWORK #EXTREME DEGRADED SERVICE #SLOW SPEED JIO doesn't even provide you with a proper 4g service 😬
