    @JioCare m complaining 3rd time for network issue n everytime your saying check ur phone n setting but the actual problem is we r unable to make a call from our home.if u will not resovle the then m going to change the sim bcz if m paying 600 for recharge and not getting service

    @JioCare team I m from Kupwara J&K my village is Bumhama last one week we are facing network issue it stops working when ever we have scheduled power cut it is showing on display no network plz look into it disgusting no way to reach you on this issue

    @JioCare Please give a deadline by when you will resolve the issue. My child is missing her classes and we are unable to WFH. STOP SENDING MESSAGES THAT ARE UNTRUE WHERE YOU BLAME THE CUSTOMER OF PUTTING THE SERVICE ON HOLD.

    @JioCare There is a problem with My Jio app. The SIM inserted in JioFi shows that it is in a JioPhone. The option to connect via WiFi does not work. On entering the number, OTP doesn't come. How should I check the usage and other things of the number in JioFi? @reliancejio

    @JioCare Internet not working since 2 days complained on 30/04. SRN# SR00014S857, resolution was to happen by 12 noon today. Reminded them at 1pm - expected resolution at 4pm. Refer msg recd-blaming us. Again called them at 4:04pm- now no time frame given New ref. 000WGA7IT.

    @reliancejio why jio don't have enough network speed in peak times ,!? If the number of users increasing ,jio want to make sure everyone getting correct service. I got good speed in 11-2pm. Now im getting very bad speed after 4,my data pack and all are good..bt,daily this prblm

    About Jio broadband services a worst and worthless by @reliancejio @JioCare @jiobroadbandchd i am facing an issue from last 48 Hours they told that installation will be done at 10 am but they are not installed for today iam facing issues from my office my client’s were scheduled
