  @JioCare Technician assigned for today from 3-4 PM but no one came as of now & it’s now 4 PM already. Called customer care around 2:30 PM they told me wait till 4 PM. Still I am waiting without internet. Jio service I thought will be good but it’s even worse nowadays 👎 #jio #jioairfiber

  I time to say Bye-Bye @JioCare . I complained abt the network in June. Jio said the 5G issue would be fixed within 10–15 days. But it’s been almost 2 months, Forget 5G, even 4G doesn’t work properly. If 5G isn’t available, then why are you selling 5G plans? no more assurances.

  @JioCare If I am using any vpn or private dns this issue doesn't persist. It's means physical wire connection is completely alright problem is with your DNS Resolver server. Kindly look into the matter which dns resolver restrict to access me this website and app.

  @JioCare And the issue is not something like for ever for 1 day it provides the network smoothly and the rest other days you the telcom providers slow it down even 4g doesn't work shows offline. Fix it up unless u want to loose your customers.

  @Ramanand06X @JioCare The duopoly is not letting the benefits to be correctly transferred to customers and the staff generally shows the typical attitude - what options do you have man? Govt needs to make BSNL stronger with more support to Vodaphone Idea.

  @reliancejio @JioCare My wifi is down for the last eight days. The technician has visited twice but that idiot still doesn't understand what the exact problem is. He just comes and scratches his head and says he will bring a helper with him tomorrow and leaves.

  @JioCare finally I have forced to port my number from jio to other operator due to worst ever mobile internet experience net is so poor that even as of now i am using wifi connection to tweet this msg now you can realise your service , in city like hyderabad
