    @JioCare @reliancejio Extremely Pathetic Service for Jio fibre order no.NO0000G6Y0N1. Installation scheduled on 17th not completed yet. Jio team not picking calls, on visit to nearby jio office gives bullshit reasons like technical issue in issuing router and set top box.

    @reliancejio delivering the worst customer service, got the jio fibre connection 2 days back and it is down from yesterday with no estimated time for resolution of the issue

    @JioFibre @JioCare @reliancejio I am a prospective business for jio fibre currently on the trial period. I am hating your customer service. I would request your nodal team to get in touch with me and resolve this. Else please take your stuff out of my house.
