@JioCare I am an NRI and subscribed for Jio expecting world class support looking at @_MukeshAmbani and the service is out from more than 24 hours at my home. No one is responsible. I made atleast 75 calls and local managers also don’t pick the calls. Created SRs and no response.

@reliancejio fiber has to be worthless ISP in Hyderabad, even than the ACT fiber. It's been past 24hrs since I raised complaint that internet is not working, still not resolved this is the 5 or 6th time that it's happened. Customer care guys doesn't have any info on the issue.

@CapitalShalom @reliancejio @JioCare Yes it's true I am also facing problem in khoda area, labour chauk area and all highly populated area, increase coverage, like 2G even my call is dropping,what the hell you are doing. Only increase price and down speed. you don't know this area are High population then work on...

@reliancejio @JioCare There seems to be a problem with the 5G network of my JioFiber as it's been a week that no devices can be connected to it. Also router restarts sometimes leading to disconnect devices & it's pretty annoying. Can you sort it out what's happening? #Jio #help

@reliancejio @JioCare Had installed jio fiber last week , have alot of issues in connection , raised complaint since 3 days , no visit by engineers Today prateek from jio fiber customer care called me, i told him to disconnect the connection and refund me amount . (1/2)
