Hey @JioCare have done two recharges on one of my Jio number. Now, after first recharge end, second didn’t kick in and asking me to recharge again. It was two 550 plus recharges, can you please help fix this?

@reliancejio It has been more than 3 months I am trying to get Jio fiber but no one helping me to get it. I'm not getting support. I'm staying in Kolkata. I need to user Jio fiber. I'm using Jio postpaid mobile connection it is really good. But why not Jio fiber? Please help
