    @JioCare Thank you for the substandard service i have received thus far. I have already raised a case requesting the cancellation of this connection. Given the complete lack of service reliability, I intend to have Jio Fiber disconnected from our premises entirely.

    @JioCare since you have stopped customer service, mind sharing which recharge pack currently offers @JioHotstar tv subscription (not mobile) TV subscription? and please work on the app, hotstar been crashing for months now on ipad.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber facing high ping, latency & jitter issues. Telegram downloads stuck and OTT apps load very slow despite good speed tests. Please fix routing/network issue.

    @JioCare I am getting a call from your team regarding a recharge. They are asking me to recharge now, otherwise, they are saying they will deactivate my number. How ?? I don't want to recharge this month because that is my alternate number. The lady who called me was very rude.

    @JioCare Hi Priyanka, I have already tried all of these options. And yet not one person has gotten back to this. There is another jio connection in our apartment with the same issue and even theirs has not been resolved. No engineer has condescended to visit either place.

    @JioCare @JioCare Stop giving generic troubleshooting steps. I’ve already restarted the router multiple times and your own diagnostics showed an outage issue. After 7+ days of downtime, this kind of response is unacceptable. Please provide a real resolution, not copy-paste replies.
