    @JioCare you guys are joking right, 48 hours of internet outage, not one way to get through to customer care. This is some kind of fraud. The customer care via call or chat just simply told me that there is an outage in my area, inconvenience is highly regretted. Ridiculous

    @JioCare I have been without a working JioFiber connection since last night. I raised a support request with the Jio customer support team yesterday. This morning, the assigned technician called me only to inform me that he had been sent to my old installation address

    Dear @MukeshAmbani06, Your team at @JioCare has turned customer support into a copy-paste exercise. I've been reporting my #JioAirFiber issue for days. Engineers don't visit, updates never come, and every reply is the same: "Please allow us some time." (1/2)

    Extremely disappointed with JioFiber service. My internet has been completely down for 2 days now. Complaint raised multiple times. Engineer visits happened, but issue still unresolved. Today’s engineer confirmed the problem is from the network side. @JioCare

    Jio has the worst customer service and app. I raised a request for relocation of connection and no one has reached out to me. I am unable to speak to the customer care it’s set on auto reply. Worst service, can’t trust @reliancejio @JioCare
