    @JioCare Jio fiber 1353169608 not working from 3 days after steps advised on WhatsApp chat, please attend that on PRIORITY otherwise disconnect connection and issue refund from date of interruption.

    @reliancejio on my 5G mobile plan I am unable to get proper reception in my area. The internet service is pathetic and I have to come out of my room to get proper reception, which feels like we are still living in 2G era. Please look into it.

    @JioCare @reliancejio STOP repeating “wait for a few business days.” It has been 18 working days. No one has contacted me, no proper resolution has been provided, and no one is taking responsibility. How many more “few days” do you need? Refund ₹1,200 immediately.
