    @JioCare how many times do i have to call your customer care before getting a service? Even if engineer come they blame it on network and leave. My service appointment gets scheduled on its own and the engineer has no clue he has to come and fix it.

    @JioCare Your service team has started acting the same way they did last time.. they have again postponed my service time. And i can sense you are again going to fix it after 4-5 days. This is awful.

    @JioCare More than 200 mails,300 calls still not solved my issue.....only giving excuses that our team is working on it...... But i can't able to understand that for how many years your team is working on it........Going to do an FIR.....Fedup with this issue.

    @JioCare How much time is required? Is 72 hours not enough? Kindly let me know the ETA for the fix ? How can someone be patient enough ? Seriously below par support and With JIO is is not Dhan Dhana Dhan .
