    @JioCare Your team doesn't understand the problem. When I asked for a connection, I got it in a day. When I need to do the shifting, why the disconnection can't be done asap? I want to get rid of the router asap.

    @JioCare @zfoska Facing the same issue. Every time 2-3 days prior to expiry of the current pack these pre-call announcements start playing. And to make it worse, u cannot even skip them. Just spoke to customer care and they said they can't stop it. JIO we don't want to hear it. Period!!!

    Today #jio5g was unavailable from around 12pm to 3:30 pm. No calls and internet service was available during this span. It's very usual for @JioCare @reliancejio now. Nither they resolve it nor approach for the issue mentioned. They just send me autogenrated messages.

    @JioCare worst experience with installation of JioFiber,your rep came see the premises and taken documents and paid money online,but technical team regretted to install and refund message received,what is the fun I could not understand
