    Cancelled my Jio Fibre connection on August 2. Jio Care has been promising since then to take back the Set Top Box. But till today, I'm waiting to see this happen. What a poor show by @reliancejio @JioCareers!

    @reliancejio @JioCare Airtel fixed the fibre issues in 2 hours and Jio fibre has not fixed service request number SR00001CSTRF despite the lapses of 2 days. This is the reason Airtel is the leader and Jio fibre cannot retain its customers .

    @JioCare Dear Jio I shall discontinued jio fiber service from 05 sep 2022 due to poor service in Guwahati. After 6 hrs complaint via call centre no one technical person visited or resolve my fiber problem. I am also all jio no shall Port as soon as possible. (When validity end)BY

    @reliancejio - Jio service is appalling and everytime they don’t fail to disappoint. Address is wrongly updated in system by your team and to correct that after waiting for 7 days the answer is unsatisfactory.
