    Dear @JioCare @reliancejio, Our JioFiber connection (+91-6226314737) has been completely down for the last 7 days. Despite multiple attempts, the issue remains unresolved. Adding to the frustration, your customer care team does not answer calls.

    @JioCare I am troubled by your network problem, I do not get good network but your company charges the money for the entire month, even if the customer goes to hell, it does not make any difference to you.

    @JioCare In my area there is network issue due to which I am unable to use my phone for voice calling and internet services and also air fiber at my home is not working due to network issue for last 4 months , already registered many complaints problem doesn't resolved.

    @JioCare @abhishe50594518 They have given diff trainingvto staff. They say something regarding complaint but don't solve later after 2 days some appointment reschedule sms ll come n prob solved. This is their pattern everytime but prob doesn't get solved
