I am not getting network connectivity for my Jio postpaid number at my place since 8 days. @JioCare it has been pain getting support from your team as no one is willing to resolve the issue. Calling your customer care number needs at least an hour to connect.

@JioCare I raised a@dequest to relocate my connection. I got an ipdate that jio fiber is not available in my area. I paid for 6 months. When I speak to customer care about my refund, they disconnected my calls. I want the security deposit and refund for remaining months.

@JioCare How can I be rest assured if engineer have not visited even after 5+ hours this clearly shows how care yo do for customers ,,,ur services are really not upto the mark ,,,,if so much time u r taking to resolve penny issue than no need to be in the market

@reliancejio @JioCare worse than 3rd grade service and after 38 messages Jio fibre has not responded. false promises for more than a year for new connection. no visits and tech team never answers calls. once a while if they pick up they are absolutely rude.
