    @JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

    @JioCare i find it very weird that if i buy data plan for more than 30 days, the speed gets very slow. Do i believe that the company thinks that a customer is befooled for 3 months and cant get out of it so you take advantage?

    @JioCare Avoid taking jiofiber connection... Same problem started are occured 7-8days. Useless engineer visited frequently but not resolving it in proper manner, when asking for validity extension, rejecting by saying sorry.but there is no problem from my end, my work was hamper

    @reliancejio what an awful service jio provides. If you want to receive refund of the security deposit while moving from post-paid to pre-paid, you need to call on 198 and there is no option to request for refund or connect to representative. All I hear is download jio app.
