    @JioCare poor mobile internet connectivity. Trying to complain using the myjio app, all the app does is connect with the app, check the speed and says internet is fine. @airtelindia is much better in terms of connectivity. If this issue is not fixed, will port to airtel.

    @reliancejio I need support for JioFiber in kolkata. My Order number is NO0000JP1T6Z and none is coming for installation. Pls help. I have tried all other options but nothing seems to be working.

    @JioCare Not needed. First change your website policy. Mention in clear words jio fibre customer will get refund of 1500 only if customer cancel services before it's recharge. And please don't make people fool. Worst service ever. Airtel is very soon.

    @JioCare I've waited alot but still the Internet issue is not resolved yet , i've did all the steps like reset APN , and even though i had talk with @JioCare , the only answer am getting that many users are using internet at a same time 😒

    @JioCare @reliancejio two days again ur executive booked my connection vide Order No. NO0000JP8EBL but same is not yet installed and ur sale executive is not picking my call, his name is sumit request u to pls resolve my issue as it's difficult to get work done from ur team.
