    @JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

    @JioCare @reliancejio Finally I decided to discontinue with jio fibre, For the last 6 days I followed up with the team but no results, i just called the local operator and they immediately installed the fibre line in 2 hrs only, jio people must learn from them how to give service to customers.

    @rajagni99 @JioCare Have faced similar issues in Hyderabad as well. Reliability is very bad and the connection dies completely in one room of the house. Didn't face this issue with other ISPs but Jio service just doesn't seem to care
