    @JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

    @reliancejio When i try to surfing, evry time connection is not secure displayed on screen and when i switch the network to another oparator its successfully opens the websites...jio network is unnecessary secured more than needs also im unable to make my daily payments due to connection

    @JioCare I am facing this problem from 10 days......for a while or for 1 2 days I understand. I was using same mobile same SIM at same place both 4G and 5G working well. Try to fix your problem. don't run away from your problem by 5G speed.

    @JioCare Already done. Actually they are saying dp is full. If dp is full then it's not customers issue. Jio should increase the port of dp. Kindly expedite and help.
