    @JioCare I am facing issues accessing any websites ,, any means any --- whatever you can think of. It is even tough to deliver message in what's app also.

    @JioCare Sahil , all the info flooded in DM section since last 2 weeks remains the same including the problem statement and the so called looting attitude. No need to gain sympathy just on asking these useless details, if you want to do something, do work for service upliftment

    @JioCare Please disconnect my connection 780537024 because I talked with a regional person. He said that it will take 2 more days to cancel my request. Then again apply for relocation. I have paid monthly payment before relocation.

    @airtelindia such a worst service i ever came across. I requested to shift my internet connection on 4th April, till the day no one showed up. I will choose @JioCare for better internet speed and service.

    @Ray09v Really disappointing to hear that. I am a @reliancejio user and have been using it for the last 5 years and never faced such issues with customer service, especially with international care support. I think you must try Jio as they provide dedicated IR customer support.

    @jio_fiber @JioCare it's been 2 hrs my jio fiber isn't working, tried to raise a complaint through the app/phone, still didn't get any solution, earlier it used to have an option to get an engineer at home now that option isn't anywhere.
