@JioCare Jio recently launched 5G. that's great but after this successful achievement still facing call drop and slow internet speed which totally disappointed me using jio. After lot of complent I was able to make a call and use the internet. But again facing same issues.#badnet

@reliancejio @JioCare what are the criteria for getting Jio 5g welcome offers? Customer has a compatible 5g phone, is in 5G network areas, was told to get the SIM changed for which the customer paid at the Jio Care centre. Has a plan of ₹2545. Or how to port out?
