@JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

@JioCare Dear Jio thanks for your care and support I really feel that I should start using jio because I got very bad service and quality from airtel even though I am airtel user for last 12 years with same number I supported airtel when it was 2G,3G,4G and now with Fiber plan.

Hello @JioCare my internet is not working from past 6 days and I have been calling for Jio customer care from 6 days they are saying within 24 hrs the problem will be resolved but it’s not. I decided to shift to @airtelindia, The worst service I have ever seen. Thank you
