@JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

@JioCare @reliancejio It is better to use 2G network than to use your 4G network, ashamed to use your network, speed is getting slower day after day, you are playing like toy with recharge money.

@JioCare Please let me know the meaning of earliest because Jio is not even able to ensure engineer visit at my place since 15 days. At least let me know the reason why engineer is unable to visit. The issue is pertaining to me only, my neighbour is able to use their connection very well.

@JioCare Hello, most of the times I don't get incoming calls and I get SMS stating "Dear Customer, You have a missed call from +91XXXXXXXXX The last missed call was at 03:30 PM on 30-Aug-2022 Thankyou, Team Jio". This is happening frequently. Pls check ASAP?
