@JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

@JioCare @reliancejio It is better to use 2G network than to use your 4G network, ashamed to use your network, speed is getting slower day after day, you are playing like toy with recharge money.

@reliancejio #JioFiber reduced internet speed. From 300 to 100 MBPS. Customer care/Troubleshooting mentions there is no issues with speed. #Fraud. Charging 1500 for 300 MBPS plan and providing substandard plan of below 999.
