@JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

@JioCare @reliancejio It is better to use 2G network than to use your 4G network, ashamed to use your network, speed is getting slower day after day, you are playing like toy with recharge money.

@JioCare I am surprised 2 see, after pay commitment for installation within 2 hours, jio service engineer says the connection is not possible n talk to your sales person.. disgusting..this is how @reliancejio @JioCare works. I already disconnected my existing WiFi connection on yr promise

@JioCare u should change ur network name to truly pathetic rather than truly 5g. Even call is not connected to your customer care. They are unable to hear my voice. You are looting people. Your services has degraded big time.
