@JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

@JioCare @reliancejio It is better to use 2G network than to use your 4G network, ashamed to use your network, speed is getting slower day after day, you are playing like toy with recharge money.

@JioCare @TRAI jiofibre services are down in my area pincode 342008 for two straight days. No response from jio chat assistant or customer care. Waited for executive to come on call but it got disconnected while waiting. Docket# not shared on mail Already 24hrs elapsed.
