@JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

@JioCare @reliancejio It is better to use 2G network than to use your 4G network, ashamed to use your network, speed is getting slower day after day, you are playing like toy with recharge money.

@singhalVishal22 I remember going through the same turmoil time and again with these people the only way to get over this situation is consider moving to Jio, they have better service, I recently ported all my numbers to Jio suggest you also port your number to @JioCare

@JioCare @reliancejio Team Jio your network is extremely poor in Village Parei Raipur District Sitapur of UP. Kindly fix it as many user not able to use Jio services . If not done please confirm in due course of time we can switch to other service providers

Whatsapp is the same well.. No way to get a solution. Wrote an email and received back an automated reply that wants me to go to whatsapp, chat, myJio app and everything else except for directing me on how to get a solution. @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare i got the modem replaced yesterday but still the net is not working. I am frustated of jio internet now. Send someone immediately else i will discontinue using jio from march.

@Thalavsguru They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare
