    @JioCare Dear praveen da, My jio number is 6295277177. I don't have any other number that I can give you. The condition of internet is very bad. I am getting 2 g speed. It seems that the net has gone into a coma.

    Where exactly is your problem?The phone hangs up while talking on the phone.I can't use the internet properly. It's too late to upload, before the baby is delivered. I complained about this for the second time.If the problem is not solved, then I will be forced to port. @JioCare

    @reliancejio Jio network is doing worst job in my area at west bengal, it's been around 20 days i didn't have any internet access,jio internet only works during phone calls. I have my exam next month and i had to attend classes online (with mobile internet).Fix it @reliancejio

    @JioCare it's been several months.. I'm complaining about the poor internet speed and network problem in my area. I even gave you guys speed test results, pincode.. but you guys did nothing And now the network is so poor . I can't even call properly.. this is really frustrating

    @JioCare I dont know the shops name but if u ask any mobile shop 4 jio sim issues everyone sends to that shop in mg marg which is opposite to peepal tree. They say no use going to jio store proper because ur executive runs services from that shop since its accessible for all.

    @JioCare I am facing frequent disconnections on my Jio AirFiber connection. Your engineer informed me that there is no Jio 5G tower in our area and the nearest 5G site is around 4–5 km away. Our village has only a 4G tower. Kindly conduct a network survey and consider installing

    @JioCare I use your ₹1864/month plan with Amazon Prime Lite included. A popup on MyJio asked me to pay ₹1499 to upgrade to ad-free Prime, which I did. Now it says my account is not eligible, and your customer care says I can’t activate it until next year. ~cont
