@reliancejio doesn't not have an escalation matrix.@TRAI may I know is Jio an exception? @JioCare is a joke. SR000014IYXI - 19 hrs jio fiber outage. No way to reach technician,no way to escalate, no one cares for the criticality of the outage.

@JioCare Yeah sure before that I don’t have jio fibernet in my place. There is one local provider running over here. We are not satisfied with his service. If you can give jio fibernet connection here. Most of the flat people will migrate from local provider to jio fibernet.
