@JioCare The problem is with the network itself: mainly due to incapacitated bandwidth. Any download, upload, video calling, streaming gives a pathetic, intermittent or poorly slow experience. Kindly apply brain before asking such questions for which you people know already in area 121001

@reliancejio Inspite of complaint where feed back is demanded without action. Facing before calling message no valid recharge there on my e sim in cell. Valid still for next days but not of use for me. Regrets for next recharge. Third time since morning today no help.

@reliancejio In the past month, my jio fiber has stopped working 5 times and resolution takes 24hours. I am tired of incompetency by your engineers who fail to fix my issue. I pay for a service for 30 days, not 24 days, not 25 days, but 30 days. I want a resolution today itself.
