    Today I realised how unhelpful a customer can feel if the service provider is @reliancejio @JioCare! I’ve been constantly complaining for 6 days now and there is no resolution/support whatsoever.

    @JioCare Hello JIO. Im using oneplus 7 with primary JIO no. Secondary sim from Vodafone Idea, that I want to port in JIO. Pls suggest and confirm me first can I play both JIO sim in my oneplus 7 phone? Can Incoming outgoing and using data with both JIO sim without any problem.

    @JioCare The problem is with the network itself: mainly due to incapacitated bandwidth. Any download, upload, video calling, streaming gives a pathetic, intermittent or poorly slow experience. Kindly apply brain before asking such questions for which you people know already in area 121001

    @reliancejio what sort of service is this I had booked fibre connection your agent came yesterday took money and till now he didn't setup the connection I called him many times all his answer is half an hour and 1 hour

    @JioCare You are making fool of yout customers last week i received a call from your side i made complain regarding speed your engineer called me in the evening and said me that i am closing the complain without visiting this is what you are giving to your customers very bad Jio

    @JioCare worst network connectivity, Portout my number into last week. Now feel, i made mistake. Last operator network far better than Jio. Always show 1 or 2 Network Bar. Internet speed almost "No Internet"

    @JioCare Very disappointed with Jio AirFiber service. More than 15 days passed but still no installation and no proper response. Only automated replies are coming. If not resolved immediately, I will file complaint in Consumer Forum and request full refund.

    @reliancejio Pathetic service. Paid upfront and booked a sim on your app on 17th May. SIM was to be delivered in 48 hours. 10 day+ & SIM not delivered. Standard call centre response over multiple calls: Escalated, sim to be delivered tomorrow. That tomorrow hasn't come yet.

    @JioCare Well congratulations to me for guessing it right. No response from you guys. No one visited again and the service request was marked as resolved. I have reopened it. I really don't understand what's stopping you guys from sending someone to visit the site n get it checked.

    @JioCare @reliancejio It’s been 15+ days since I booked Jio AirFiber and I’m still getting only excuses. Technician is not listening and keeps giving false promises daily. Install it by tomorrow or I’ll cancel my order and disconnect all Jio services. #JioAirFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Had a JioFiber technician visit scheduled today 25th May 3-4pm. It’s 6pm and no one showed up. No call, no update. Spent all day waiting. Support calls only reach automated voice, no human help. Fix this. #JioFiber #PoorService
