  @JioCare why the hell do you schedule timings for support service when the engineers aren't unavailable? Absolutely pathetic and unnecessarily an entire day of waiting for the engineer to arrive and resolve the issue. Respect the timing and commitment given to a customer.

  @JioCare jiofiber not working since yesterday, technician assigned for today and no visit/call has been made. The technician shifted the visit to 5 days after without informing. Please look into this, its very irresponsible and not the JIO vision I belief. @reliancejio
