@reliancejio @reliancejio This is nothing but a scam where 5 days before auto debit date, your customer service executive tells me to ignore the bill generated and make the payment. Also I am registered on auto-pay, why send multiple reminders and calls to make payment ?

@vaidykn @JioCare Kindly refund our recharge amount (done on 31/05/2022) as we have taken fresh connection from another service provider. Thanks for the last eight or nine days without Jio internet and trauma (Mohan Subramaniam).

@reliancejio Ask him to remove our jio fiber or give us next month recharge which he assured before installation. If you want any clarification i can share his call recording. Bad coustomer service from two days as no one responding to our request.

@JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

@JioCare Mr. Sagar Deshmukh's number is +91 88798 88281, he did speak to me but only after me escalating through Twitter and raising a fresh service request but he was remorseless for his conduct. I have been without internet for almost 2 days, thanks to speedy services by Jio.

@JioCare Phones not in the list were also working fine but it seems you are purposely blocking older phones for WiFi calling. Any phone which had the WiFi calling option in setting could connect JIO WiFi but from last month or so the VoWiFi service stopped working on older phones.

@JioCare Hahaha you customer care guys also booked my request and they said within 24 hours you will get an update and its already completed 72 hours.more than 48 hours what you committed. Now still you are saying 72 hours means customer needs to wait more than 15 days for resolve issue.

They need DAS (Distributed Antenna System) at #NarendraModiStadium in order to serve better 4G and 5G coverage. DAS is indor solution provides higher capacity. @reliancejio @airtelindia @VodafoneGroup hire Engineers and work on it. They r very behind in this.
