    Call received from @reliancejio number +912235071583 where Sagar was on the other side. He called for my port out request. His tone was absolutely to insult me as I am going out. Is this the standard Reliance Jio follow for their customer.@JioCare

    @VodafoneIdeaIN only from Vodafone... Being and loyal customer from start we can expect this level of service... So if this problem doesn't solve it will switch all my family members portability to @airtelindia or might be with @reliancejio or something else.

    @reliancejio i have complaint regarding Jio network issue in my area already complaints logged and also tweet on jio care but still even nobody bother to call and ask whats the issue #4G is not working properly and your team expecting to launch #5G pls look into this matter..

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have not seen any company who does auto debit or EMI, ask the customer to make the payment before the debit date knowingly. They do call to remind to keep balance but not to make payment. And even if they do deduct payment they refund access payment.

    One of the worst services from @JioCare Facing internet issues with Jio AirFiber almost every single day. Engineers have visited 5 times already. It starts working for a few hours and then the same issue happens again. Really disappointed with the service and support experience.

    @reliancejio it’s been more than 24 hour yesterday someone from there social media team reach out for assistance saying that your query will be resolved on priority today I had appointment of 4 pm no one showed up and no one is responding PM is empathising on WFH and this is service of our leading service provider
