What kind of 3rd generation technology does #reliancejio uses. Every time I change my esim from one phone to another, is stops receiving calls from any number. Why all this harassment to the customers if you have not perfected the technology. #Airtel gives far better esim service

@JioCare I've DM my jio no, alternate no and residential address make sure the problem is resolved. I get just 2 lines of network leads to voice breaking problems, call drops and slow internet speed.

@JioCare Pathetic after sales service for #JioFibre. I closed my connection in the month of November,2022 and asked the team to collect the device on weekends. It is February and still the team is not able to collect on any weekends. Keeps rescheduling for weekdays.

@reliancejio every time when I call CC you have technical problem. Sending wrong bills or unable to explain the same. More than50% calls we have to dial again to make a call as no connectivity. Is it not time to kick you out ? I think yes.

@JioCare Madam, I dont need to worry coz, if this kind of pathetic service and response i will receive from JIO store that they unable to provide other state sim than you should worry that soon you will lose a customer as JIO after sales service is very poor and from the response which
