@ndtvindia I am also going to switch in @airtelindia from @reliancejio . They are providing worst network nowadays. Earlier i was also a Airtel customer but switched to get a better experience but Jio has made his services very bad.

@reliancejio I installed jio fiber but could not continue that and discontinued the connection before one month trial period ends as the policy says 100 percent refund if you cancel connection before trial period ends .i did not get my full refund i got only 500 instead

@JioCare @reliancejio I ported my sim from Airtel to jio for experience of true 5g and it was activated on 09.02.2023 but till time, no 5g network working. Now I m feeling regret to my decision,I was using Airtel 5g without any issue. Waiting next port.

Dear @JioCare @reliancejio @TRAI I am using jio sim for last 2 years. But always internet problem in my area when I call customer care I get no help. It always says that most users in your location are using the internet at the same time that's why your internet speed is slow.
