    @JioCare Team, Last 2 weeks getting very slow internet speed. I had registered complain for slow internet speed to Jio customer care many time in last 6 or 7 months but no action taken on my problem, kindly resolve the same.

    Check out my Speedtest result! How fast is your internet @Airtel_Presence Can't even use Internet so why should I keep 6 Numbers from @airtelindia for my family members. I am your Customer since 1999 but now I think I should move to @reliancejio @JioCare

    Hi @reliancejio, I am getting difficulty in accessing your any service(Call, internet and SMS). I am facing this problem since last 4 days. @Airtel_Presence and @Idea are working perfectly on the same location. Do something because it's too irritating.

    @JioCare This is the second time I had disappointment customer service. Yesterday i.e. on 15th Sep 2019 I was promised to get the new SIM by Monday i.e. 16th Sep 2019 at 11 am but unfortunately no proper response got from your side. This is bad situation and I am beyond upset.

Product or price of @reliancejio could be better.. Reason: Selling a product one time process so anybody can if product is good n reasonable...

    Hey @JioCare few days back i requested to change my prepaid fiber connection into postpaid. Yesterday i got a call from a person who I have to cancel the existing connection and get a new one also ask me for KYC and online payment..is this your procedure..want to confirm

    @Ajit21010330 @JioCare Nope. Never got GST invoices. Their "system" doesn't have a field to put that detail, also got a visit form someone Jio 4 Business, he offered GST invoice plans. But offering for same plan even after GST was Rs 200 extra per month. (1400 instead of 1190) so that's not wise.
