    @VodafoneIN providing one of the worst customer services. It's been 5 days since I've done my porting service from @JioCare still I'm unable to make calls to other numbers. Outgoing calls suspended and also looking for the solution for the past 5 days..

    @JioCare what help..ur ppl have come and taken the device and uninstalled and sayin i will get only 1500 refund..1000 instalation and 1month i will not get..wat sort of cheating is ths..ur device is nt working since day 1..i need a complete refund

    @JioCare Jio network is not coming even a little bit inside the room at pattinapakkam areas, Despite being such a big major city #CHENNAI but Jio's network is not working, If this situation continues, then I will choose the Airtel network.

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare and i have raisef these issues multiple times..u can see ur tweets and my call records then one fine day..ur executive cms and rectifies it to be not working the moment he leaves one more day another executive cms after i placed the complaint.he cms and again changes smthn

    @JioCare it starts working..when suddenly the account gets suspended a mockery of ur firm..ur process and harrasment for the customer i din pay the amount up front to be harrased and hampered Refund ny conplete amount and give me a status update..my money is not for charity

    I am tired of poor service of JIO FIBER of this number: +911517967756. Multiple times complain/ticket has been raised but issue is still not resolved. Internet still stops randomly. Money and time has wasted. No one is helping. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @reliancejio Raised a ticket 27th December which got closed on December 30th 06:13 PM, without resolution. This request was rescheduled several time without asking. Horrible service. The requirement is still pending but ticket is closed!
