    @JioCare really worst and fraud customer service, we have to fight for everything wth customer team,for router pickup it took 20 days now money back it almost 16 days gone but no response if I called they telling we don't know about this nice customer care service -9884201483

    @Airtel_Presence Whats the procedure to stop all of your service immediately... Recharging for Airtel is stupid waste of money and time.. Not getting messages/OTPs at most times.. Thinking of a better partner @reliancejio

    @JioCare I had requested multiple times that in my area network coverage is zero... Whereas I m residing in a prime location in metro city of Chennai.Its almost 60 days of my request..But no solution could be found out.Please do something otherwise I will bound to switch to other network.

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is no single point of tower in Ramanujam IT park Tharamani Chennai..Always no signal...mainly on Carr building.. everyone facing this issue.. please do necessary action ASAP.. otherwise all are already decided to move another network.

    @reliancejio jio not retailer friendly we sales ur product but we need to rc 149 pm same another oprtr giving 1 gb per day and free call any network ur jio give 1st tgt and give 1 gb and jio to jio free t day I am closed my retail jiooutlet . I do rc from another rc portal

    @reliancejio keep work on retailer happy they are roots if u not give benefit to retailer it's not good ki like 3000 pm sales and do 5 activection then u get demo plan ..Only 1 gb and jio to jio free ..If I call another network then no demo plan look airtel voda retailer benifit

    Home in #Tambaram Office in #Kilpauk Recently shifted from @reliancejio 4G to @Idea 4G. Verdict: Far better stable network and internet connection. Net speed is also relatively high. #Jio days are officially over for me. Don't really want cheap Alt Balaji shows for free.

    @reliancejio 2nd issue jiopos only run on jio connectivity .So if my sales 3000 pm I earn 90 rs monthly and I do 149 rc for that connectivity .Why when airtel given 1 gb and free calls to retailer no need to sales jio from jiopos it's waist of mny another portal used

    I booked @reliancejio fibernet connection on 2-Aug & clearly told the agent that installation will be done in morning hours only. He agreed for installation on 3-Aug but still waiting for technician for installation. Please cancel my request and refund the money. @JioCare

    @JioCare after 48 hours, the service is finally restored. There was no prior notice. Every service channel was walled by bots. No info about service restoration time and what was happening. Very much irritated.

    @reliancejio Wrong promises, delayed responses and what not. It's chaotic now to even expect you guys to actually work on customer satisfaction. It's WORK FROM HOME and you guys still care not what the customer might go through or lose.

    @JioCare i have a raised a concern through DM and I didn't even get a single reply from you till now. What kind of service is this?? Instead of 100mpbs, my whole apartment people getting 3mbps speed and still u r not even replying to anyone through my jio app and even here.
