    @JioCare I didn't get any message. It was scheduled yesterday at morning, night. I didnt get any message mentioning that it is scheduled today . Could you confirm and escalate to speeden up this resolution.

    @JioCare Raised a complaint yesterday for internet being down. Technicians were supposed to come between 11 and 12 noon. But no one called. No one has come.

    @JioFiberChennai @reliancejio @JioCare Hi I took a new connection on 17th Jul 21 I have been asked to pay 4948 for six months subscription and they assured of one month free (1st Month) But I received a bill of 106 to pay by Dec 31 Your reachability is very poor 9066894294

    @JioCare This is what ur person said few hours back & been telling since 6 days. Within today it will be restored and complaint is escalated to higher authorities but all false promises. Bad service from such a reputed organisation.

    @JioCare I just received below sms and this is not True though. With reference to Service Request Number SR0000182ZVJ, visit of Jio service engineer for your JioFiber connection having JioFixedVoice Number ** is on hold as our Jio service engineer did not get access to your premises.

    Hi @JioCare, My JioFiber installation for Order No. **NO0001EI8FTY** has been delayed due to "technical reasons." Full payment has already been made. The installation was supposed to be completed yesterday, but there has been no resolution yet. The salesperson is also not answering my calls. Kindly look into this on priority and provide an updated installation timeline. Thank you.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I been trying to reach out to you on your complain no 18008969999 but couldn't contact you since it is being automatically getting disconnected. There is an ongoing issue where any microsoft application or webservices are not working on your network in Vns.

    @JioCare I raised a JioFiber complaint on 6th July. Every day I’m given a new technician slot, but no one visits. Customer care keeps giving false assurances that it will be resolved in the next slot. This has been extremely frustrating.

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. Same happened again SR00003A2EVRN closed thrice but still same issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio
