    @JioCare what help..ur ppl have come and taken the device and uninstalled and sayin i will get only 1500 refund..1000 instalation and 1month i will not get..wat sort of cheating is ths..ur device is nt working since day 1..i need a complete refund

    @Airtel_Presence Hi Vijay, as per our discussion, I am told that @Airtel_Presence have no idea on what the issue is or how to fix it. After 5+ escalations and 20+ calls, you are still not fixing the issue. No wonder you are losing to @JioCare.

    @JioCare I request not to make mandatory to include IUC with regular recharge. Trust your customer, allow them to make 1st call to other network with IVR voice to remind that you dialed to other network, 6 Paisa/min same will adjust on your IUC recharge. Trust on your Customer.

    @JioCare it starts working..when suddenly the account gets suspended a mockery of ur firm..ur process and harrasment for the customer i din pay the amount up front to be harrased and hampered Refund ny conplete amount and give me a status update..my money is not for charity

    @JioCare 1. there is zero communication betweem ur local agents and customer care 2. who takes what requests..no one wud cm to know 3. as a customer i cannot track as well whats the status 4. anyways..i need a complete refund for the same, as ur machine was not working since day 1

    @VodafoneIN providing one of the worst customer services. It's been 5 days since I've done my porting service from @JioCare still I'm unable to make calls to other numbers. Outgoing calls suspended and also looking for the solution for the past 5 days..

    @JioCare I recently recharged and got 24 gb. When my usage was still 19 gb, jio sent me a message saying you have used 90% of your data and became slow. Then at 20 gb also slow. What is this jio? You should give fast speed until the very end of 24 gb. This is so rubbish really

    Using Jio Gigafiber services for 2+ years nd it has never been good for online gaming. Have raised this issue alot with customer support they have no knowledge about this neither the engineer whom they send. This is so frustrating and misleading from @reliancejio @JioCare .
