    @JioCare With reference to Service Request Number SR000017NF3A for your JioFiber connection your appointment with Jio service engineer is scheduled at your premises on 25-11-2021 : 15:15:00. Today I raised the issue you are taking more than 24 hrs to just send Engineer. Pathetic.

    @KomalYellapalli @JioCare This is not the service we are expecting from jio fibernet, if this is the case with my brother than i'm going get my connection also disconnected and will inform the same to my family members and friends and will inform them to move to better service providers @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio No service since morning. MP registered sim but I am right now in chennai. I even went to your jio care and purchased a duplicate sim and it has been almost 3 hrs now. None of the two sims are working.

    @JioCare I am facing issue in my router from the past 5 days from the time of installation. I am getting only 10-20 Mbps speed on 2.4 GHz. Band. Two time service request raised but no resolution. 8248363580. Please change router.

    @JioCare When the Service Engineer opened the junction box hanging in the corporation lamp post( unusual for Jio. ) one connection was without a plug that was mine.. He did not have spare plug so it took another 12 hours. Photos taken will be attached . ___contd

    @JioCare What phase manner you have pathetic services and worst on field support staff. Highly unprofessional. This i raised day before yesterday. Technician visited after inspection asked me to raise another ticket. Clearly he was eager to close the ticket and not in providing solution.

    @JioCare Also i recently recharged with bsnl 499 pack of 3gb per day and now they cut it down to 2gb, without stating any reason.. A customer should face all problems and service provider will enjoy the money.. That what I said, @BSNLCorporate had all powers but नियत की कमी है।

    @JioCare As per my latest conversation - no engineer has been appointed to look in to the issue. And the issue turns out to be the wire got cut near my area.
