Finally I raised a surrender request within 25 day’s of the activation and a SR number was raised. The team didn’t come to pick the device.

I spoke to the overall head in chennai post that they picked the device 1 month later. Got 500 rs and 1000 rs didn’t come. So many complaint given still not got. Really poor service need a sol.

Prepaid onea are in Pixel so maybe that is one reason. However 5G is unstable - time and again it says I'm out of coverage area, VoWifi doesn't work as well.

Again they told sir we are running with internal server error. See jio is from reliance and they don’t have good service. Scam is progressing their revenue. #jioscam
