    @reliancejio This is unacceptable. At 1:58 PM today, your service engineer informed me that the tower serving my location has been dismantled. I agreed to relocation to the nearest tower or disconnection/dismantling and he agreed to visit today. At 2:01 PM @jiocare

    @JioCare @JioCare Its so disappointing. I just told the JIOCARE customercare ends in 5 minutes WITHOUT RESOLUTION. Sametime I have received this SMS from Jiocar. "Your Service request number SR00003FE8VD has been addressed." DISAPPOINTING. So far, PATHETIC experiencd with @JioCare.

    This is very disappointing; I purchased a ₹299 recharge that offers 1.5 GB of daily data and also bought an unlimited 5G plan by recharging with ₹51, but the network is very poor and the unlimited 5G isn't working. Please fix this as soon as possible! @JioCare

    @JioCare What will you charge to become little bit professional and empathetic towards your customers? I raised a relocation request on 29/08, it was scheduled on 30/08 at 16:00hrs. Since then you have been rescheduling! Why? I even tried raising a request to cancel the fibre
