@JioCare Hi, Since 2 days I have been facing high ping issues on my PlayStation. It seems that I getting connected to a server close to China/Singapore. Ping comes down when I use my Mobile hotspot, which makes me believe it's an issue with the WiFi. Location- Kalkaji, ND 19

Today since 3:15PM JIO fiber connection is not working in my area..whenever i’m trying to reach to jio care they are assuring me, within 2 hours problem will resolve..it’s happened with me for 5 times..any proper ans to this problem..my area pin code-700075 @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioCare Why not solving my problem? I have 3 handset with 3 different jio number and facing frequently call drop issue, On my last complain your dum enginner said this is my handset issue and not resolve my problem. Kindly check properly or change engineer.
