    @reliancejio what a rubbish customer support you people have. Just called to let myself confirm my doubt about any kind of sim swapping scam on my number, and the customer care person cuts the call in between. What an audacity! Such ridiculous attitude over such serious issue!

    @JioCare @reliancejio Worst customer support desk ever experienced with Jio. Will be porting my 3 postpaid connections to some other network. These people just revert on twitter to misled others that they care, but in reality they don't care.

    Pathetic service by Jio fiber. I got my jio fiber disconnected and the returned the router in new condition (As it was just 6 months old). They deducted 50% of the security saying that the router was damaged. @jiofibergurgaon @reliancejio @JioCare
