    @JioCare My issue was closed without even being attended, I have raised again and still I'm not able to choose date. This is will be left as such. I'm escalating this, I need to prior reason, reason and issue resolution time. Its already been a week.

    Unacceptable. 48+ hours of outage and Jio still has no concrete update beyond the same template message. Customers have lost productivity, time, and money. Full compensation and immediate restoration are expected. @JioCare @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioCare The technician contact provided is not reachable. Also, there is no Reschedule, Track Technician, or Call Technician option available in my MyJio app. Please verify the assigned technician details and escalate this case to the concerned service manager.
