    @JioCare Almost I canceled it 10 times, but I got a message today that its now activated. As usual, I again called customer care to cancel it. Dont you think you are just taking customers for granted? What kind of customer service do you have? Is there any escalation matrix?

    We live in kolkata but still the @reliancejio is not working. Wasting my money.. @reliancegroup .. worst service and going to port my sim in other network

    @Airtel_Presence pathetic Customer Service. Haven't heard of any customer service where an Agent literally denied helping me out on a call Worst Experience Seems like being a 15 year old customer doesn't matter to them at all Will think of switching over to @reliancejio

    @JioCare is there no way i can talk to a customer care representative? Why is it so difficult that all questions are answered by chat bot and ultimately issue is not resolved! Excess bill has been generated for services not given #WorstCustomerService
