    @reliancejio @JioCare what type of true 5G you guys launched, it runs only outside of my house, and the speed is also poor.

    Whenever this F @reliancejio sucks which happens weekly twice. I recite full form of 3GCDMA. Their ppl will come for something & disturb all network. Speed is only once i.e. on installation day after that it never. @TRAI tag krna waise bekar hi hai. F=Fiber

    @JioCare I am getting no help through call centre , nor support team is visiting as per scheduled appointment through app request. I think no once cares. Can you atleast cancel my plan and refund my money. Don’t want to continue with worst support service ever.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I have raised a request for a technician visit to check my jiofiber connection which isnt working since yesterday but no engineer has come and the app automatically shows that issue has been resolved. It has happened multiple times. This is pathetic.
