    @JioCare @JioCare paid for relocation on the 26th. you disconnected my old connection immediately, but still haven’t installed the new one. your customer care keeps disconnecting my calls instead of helping. pathetic service and zero respect for customers. fix this today. #JioFiber

    Hey @JioCare @reliancejio, how long does it take to assign a single engineer? My JioFiber has been down with a red light since June 28. Ticket SR000039OSWD has seen zero progress for 5 days now. Absolute worst-in-class service support. Resolve this immediately #JioFiberDown

    @JioCare Really frustrated with your support team. MyJio app still shows an old fiber connection that shouldn't be there. No one from customer care seems able to fix this simple issue. Can someone actually help me resolve this? #JioDown @reliancejio

    Incident no.3 #jiofraud - again jio fiber net stopped working from today morning and your customer care guys are not resolving the issue. @JioCare I want the full refund or the issue resolution by today before tomorrow 11AM IST.

    @JioCare Very worst experience When ever I switch to 5g my network speed goes down to 10kb but when I switch to 4g it works. Please help me arrange me a phone call which don't talk like robot and Please solve my issue or I have to port back again to airtel. Worst Sim ever
