Hello @JioCare Once upon a time Jio Fiber was best from past year jio fiber going worst day by day every time buffs it doesn't matter what is it to to connect a seemless connection you have to sit adjecent to router.its 10 mts signal only #worstnetwork

@JioCare @reliancejio I am facing issue in calling to saudi arabia on numbers starting from +96657 & +96656; jio care helpline unable to understand this issue & refused to write complaint. Jio will lose revenue & i will lose my faith in jio. Plz resolve

@JioCare @AnkitSharmaece I have requested your representative Arun Sharma to meet DM GBN in this matter as there is a order of DM that nobody will stop any internet service provider to lay its fibre optic cable to ensure availability of internet connection of residents choice. The speed of @reliancejio in KANIHA,Talcher Odisha is extremely poor not matching to any level of 4G. You charge us an amount please work on it. Everytime the customer service says that issue will get solved in 9 days but no response ! Disappointing network services ! @JioCare

@reliancejio @JioCare Are u people doing fraud, My postpaid connection cancelled and it almost 3 months over still now deposit amount not refunded I called Customer care they said it ll credit after 90 days. Still now not refunded Postpaid Services are worst in Jio. @TRAI
