    I have never such poor service before with @JioCare , I placed a service request on Aug 1 and the since 5 days, no help has been received. The agent for some reason is putting the req on hold and stating that the door is locked when clearly we were at home. Please help.

    @reliancejio I was Jiofiber customer since 2020. In June 2026, after my job transfer, I tried to transfer the connection to my new location but neither my connection was transferred in time nor my 1200/- transfer chgs were refunded. Please look into the issue.

    @JioCare Hi jio may Rs 125 ka plan nhi recharge kar paa Raha hu my jio app or website se bhi nhi ho rha or third party app se bhi nhi ho rha please solve my issue may kaise recharge karu try to understand.

    @JioCare Don't give me this automated reply. You are not going to help and you know very well. I have field complaint, wrote multiple mail and spoke with customer rba re but the moment it's about returning my recharge which you have forfeited, all went silent. So get lost.
