    Jio network has been down at my home for the last 7-8 days. Customer care is inaccessible. Ivr menu doesn't connect me to anyone. Just says your request is registered. No technicians are coming either to check the connection. Very poor service. @JioCare

    @JioCare It's not delay it's willingness to not tell the reason for delay. No internet connection get delay without any reason. You don't have any reason for delay even after 10 days wow and you are still assuring customer that it will resolved @JioCare

    @reliancejio Since day 1 connection isn't working. Its been 25 days, raised 5 tickets but no solution. Even engineers always says, we are third party and you cant do anything about us as we will solve your issue by our will and it is like that only. Do whatever you want to do.

    @JioCare This is not resolved. I’m still facing the same issue — no internet and the AirFiber device isn’t even showing a green light. Your replies look like copy-paste, not an actual solution. Please stop sending generic responses and fix this urgently.
