    @RaviSin6238033 @JioCare @reliancejio What's Jio actually doing or trying to do? Why don't these guys improve their service, compensate customer for their delay/failure in service which causes loss to customer? Dear Jio it's high time to improve and gain back your trust. Affordability shouldn't cost quality.

    Dear @JioCare I applied for my Jio Home broadband connection relocation, I paid necessary charges, but now my old location devices are collected and now it seems my old account is terminated and there is no trace of new connection or order ID. Pls help @reliancejio

    @JioCare Your customer service is worst Customer executive is not picking call Tollfree numbers are only automated response When i tried connecting jio customer store, they are asking to come to store without hearing whats the problem

    7 month problem in my area network speed mobile tower problem light gone mobile tower gone many complaint 100 times 198 toll free no but no response why Jio fraud me all coustomer I pay recharge months byonth and your service zero why r u not mobile tower issue solv @reliancejio
