    @JioCare @reliancejio Since 2:00 PM this morning, my Jio Air Fiber (1203255990)have suddenly been blinking red and not working. I've called customer service several times. They say it will be fixed, but it hasn't been fixed yet. Thanks for this poor service.

    The most pathetic customer service is of @JioCare @reliancejio my parents live alone and since more than 24 hours wifi is not working despite all rubbish steps to follow on the app. I scheduled a visit for 10am today morning and they themselves reschedule it to 3.30pm .#jiosucks

    @JioCare It's been more than 10 days people are facing network connectivity issue in our are. Voice is totally breaking up on call. 13 of known requested for PORT to Airtel. I don't know what services you provide. Out locality: Mugalmajra, Post- Punwarka, Saharanpur 247120

    @JioCare @JioCare No copy-paste replies. Why was SR00003EW9FJ rescheduled 10+ times & closed without my OTP while internet remains down? I don’t need app instructions. I expect: • Immediate restoration • Written RCA • Action against those responsible for unauthorized closure.

    @JioCare What rubbish service , one ccare person call me and suggest to reboot device it will work else we create a servic3 request , after doing all kind of drama again sme issue, what bogus cacare persons , deactivate my account immediate and take you device away asap

    @JioCare Another 2 weeks have passed and still no resolution. I suggest you refund me the security deposit. I learn that you are not taking security deposit in respect of new connections .
