@JioCare Sir, I don’t think you understand. So many appointments have been made by Jio but no one is visiting my house. During sales Jio offers so much but when it’s time for customer service, it’s always really really bad. This happens always and your people don’t reply properly as well

@JioCare days i decided to give him 200 but he is not ready to take 200. He needs 400 and he asked me to give complaint to CC and get it done when my turn comes. This is how your service is. Worst customer service i have seen in my entire life. Shame on your service and people..

@JioCare This is the problem, multiple appointments are being fixed by Jio but no one is visiting. Can you please make sure someone fixes it today? I want to watch the IPL today and won’t be able to if it isn’t fixed today. Thanks
