    @JioCare Very pathetic service from jio team, inspite of repeated calling they are unable to assign a engineer in a Metro city like mumbai from last three days. Please look in this issue and try to resolve by tomorrow. Only getting false promises that it will be done ,nothing uptil now.

    @ItsGummullaY I faced the same issue and then decided to switch to other network and ported to @reliancejio . The network quality is really good. I would suggest you to go for Jio

    @JioCare You don't realize. I asked the technician to come today at 6PM. When I called him at 6.35PM, his phone was switched off. No one is attending to my complaint. Please send someone and collect the router. I won't continue with your services. Airtel is far more better.

    @JioCare Jio is down for 14 hrs Cannot make any calls message and internet The customer care said it will need 48 hrs to resolve Whole area is affected and everyone is frusteted now. #jioisdown

    @reliancejio Paid for Jio fibre on 26 July. Not got any connection till date. Every day getting SMS about rescheduling of visit on their own and falsely mentioning "as per your request". Fooling people and making money without service. @reliancegroup
