@JioCare I've checked but the entire area the connection is down, I was informed by the customer care executive Mr Vignesh that the service ticket cannot be raised, nor the service credit can be provided for the outage complaint# MR0000XXA8V3 I'll take this seriously in all online forums

@JioCare Sending you Jio number which I am holding since Jio started service. My alternate Airtel number must be available with you as same was provided during SIM change from corporate to personal number. Let’s see if you could do anything here.
