@reliancejio @JioCare Got JioFiber postpaid connection and it’s been first 3 months over but I didn’t see any Option to pay my bill and there is no proper details of plan. Tried to reach customer care no luck. Pls advice on this. Also pls confirm process to convert prepaid!!

@JioCare SR000018FBOI. It's been almost 2 days and internet is not restored yet. Worst service. Local vendor is far better than Jio. Wrong decision to choose Jiofiber. Area Manager is least bothered to address the issues.

Yesterday after believing that @JioCare has taken care off my escalation and request. In the evening I was given appointment to fix jio fibre but now again appointment moved to 21st. Excellent service @reliancejio though the name is reliance it is unreliable.

@JioCare @reliancejio 2/2 what's the point of having 2GB net per day if using even a 100mb is a pain? Why are we wasting so much money on packs that you keep increasing money of when you can't provide good service of?

@JioCare You provide the worst internet service. Took connection on 5th, till date couldn't use a single MV of it. Worst service, worst customer support. Worst APP(MYJIO) which doesn't even work
