    @JioCare I know very well how you are “trying to resolve” this issue for the last 40+ days. You can simply check my profile to see your so-called “efforts.” Every few days, another generic copy-paste reply and another SR marked “resolved” without actual resolution.

    @Lawyer_Kalpana @JioCare True. Just switched my WiFi from Jio to Airtel AirFiber. The Jio service was honestly pathetic — constant issues and poor experience overall. Hoping Airtel performs better now.

    @JioCare Reply with this: More than 24hrs have passed,n I’m still receiving the same responses without any actual resolution. No technician has contacted me, no one has visited,and my Wi-Fi is still not working.Since 29th April, I’ve been following up continuously.
