    @JioCare @reliancejio We pay for a 5G recharge, but you aren't even providing 2G level network availability. Your network is so pathetic, Jio. This means we should switch and adapt to another company's network. If you just can't handle it anymore, then just tell us.....

    @JioCare For your information your escalation support ticket which Request ID: SR0000353HRB is already closed on 12th May 2026 without providing any resolution. So will you please guide how you are going to resolve this??

    @JioCare Requested a new JioFiber installation in Whitefield, Bangalore a week ago, but no one has contacted us yet. This isn’t the first time — earlier also it took 20 days for installation. Kindly let us know if service is unavailable in the area so we can proceed with another

    Recently I had a very horrendous service from Jio, agent was Anjali. She misguided me, just to get promoters. Manuaverly she forced me to go out for store visit to get the sim, which was not supposed to be delivered as it was already allotted to somebody. @JioCare @reliancejio
