    Extremely pathetic service from JIO. I have discarded the number post confirmation that sim has been canceled. Now I got a call that I have to pay 496 & then convert the card into prepaid. When can i get a revert on this? @reliancejio

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice I raised an installation request a week ago and the service were suspended immediately, but no one is coming to pick the router to complete installation, called customer care several times no one is picking the call

    @JioCare I already have booked and paid for the connection twice. Problem lies that the connection though available all around me can yet not be installed at my residence, if someone's getting jio fiber 50m away from me, why am i not eligible to get it?? Kindly spill the beans!

    @RelianceJioCare @reliancejio What a pathetic support service where response awaited since 2 month. No clarification. No action. followed up more than 5 times & only response received "we are working on it." Have already paid for 3 months but still the bills are asking to pay..

    UNINSTALLATION Appointment of JioFiber connection along with Set top box with Order Number CO0000FQRCZD is scheduled on 16-12-2021 : 15:00:00. You will receive an Order completion code after UNINSTALLATION. @JioCare it's 15:45hrs still waiting. #57days service sucks.

    @JioCare Network connectivity is very low.. 20%-80% it goes up.down.. Other person voice can not listen Before it was very good connectivity But after that as jio grew.. connectivity started deteorating.. Please solve matter

    @reliancejio @JioCare Iam getting high ping while playing bgmi from past two weeks. If you can't fix this issue I am gonna port to Airtel.
