Fake response here that they reach me out as well. Result frustration, anger. Best part they are not even refunding money. Pathetic services

How much more time do you need to fix the issue. Are you really 5G? Plus, your AI customer care just sucks. It does nothing but irritates.

Why ask people to DM you if you have no intention of responding? Are you just trying to move complaints out of public view instead of resolving them?
