@JioCare Still no engineer/calls from your side. Everyday you guys are just postponing the time slot to next day. On 6 oct you gave 7 oct time slot, then for oct 8, and today your customer care said engineer will visit on 9 oct. What kind of joke is this

@JioCare I was sure when I will raise the concern, the first thing you will do is to cancel my order. It's easy to cancel order rather than installing a new box. I have 3 persons who want to take connection but I think @reliancejio @JioCare have no vendor to install new boxes.
