@airtelindia horrible service, not able to call, not getting OTP, but paying postpaid bill on time. No way to make complain looks like. @reliancejio is far better. Not much competitor in market and we are paying price.

@JioCare You have a given appointment for today 2:30 p.m. but no one has come yet. Looks like you have not at all checked the history of my service. Your reply is incorrect. Again you are failing in your commitments. Your commitment and your reply says jio is completely useless.

@JioCare what a pathetic customer service you guys r giving to your customers. my internet is down from 5 days now . i have submitted many complaints through my jio app but no solution till date. every time they came up with new excuse. now i recommend everyone do not use jio.

SR00001CD4Q9. Even after 7 days of repeated complaints, @reliancejio @JioCare is unable to resolve a simple internet issue. Disappointed with the service where the on-ground engineer skips appointments citing false excuses. #JioDown @AmbaniHu Very poor service.

@JioCare Hey did a recharge of 999rs in jio fibre on 13th July,amount got debited but recharge transaction got failed. Still didn't got the refund please help.
