    @JioCare I have shared. He has threatened to cancel my connection twice—first on 6 August and again today, 8 August. I have not requested cancellation. Please investigate this urgently and ensure my connection is not cancelled without my consent.

    Strongly condemn @reliancejio! Paid ₹2,221.46 for JioFiber, but despite a confirmed installation appointment on 22 July, no technician arrived. Repeated complaints brought no solution. After cancellation, I’m told to wait 10–12 days for my refund. Unacceptable!

    @JioCare Having a day without internet is not acceptable! If you can’t fix it just raise a disconnection request. I will switch to @airtelindia broadband service.

    @reliancejio @reliancejioCare JioFiber has been down since 5th Aug. Despite repeated follow-ups, we only get extensions with no resolution. WFH, business & household work are badly affected. Extremely disappointing. Pls intervene and restore the connection urgently.
