    @JioCare I've DM my jio no, alternate no and residential address make sure the problem is resolved. I get just 2 lines of network leads to voice breaking problems, call drops and slow internet speed.

    @JioCare dear Jiocare I couldn't able to call or receive any call on my jio number. Net is working. But no incoming outgoing service. I did last recharge on 17th September of 398₹.

    @JioCare Not a single point of network since from the last 6 hrs. Can't able to call and even text anyone due to perfectly weak network. You might have awared about the snag in the network. Please try to rectify those crisis and restore the network as soon as possible

    @airtelindia @JioCare Hey @airtelindia kindly provide the facility of video call facility like @JioCare . Worst network coverage of Jio at my location, video call facility is the only reason for using Jio. Video call facility is highly required Airtel network. Thanking You

    What kind of 3rd generation technology does #reliancejio uses. Every time I change my esim from one phone to another, is stops receiving calls from any number. Why all this harassment to the customers if you have not perfected the technology. #Airtel gives far better esim service

    Shifted back to @Vodafone from @reliancejio due to #IUC @6paise per minute which others are not charging and poor @reliancejio has poor connectivity in my area

    @JioCare @reliancejio almost 15 days and jio fiber internet connectivity issue still not resolved.Engg. appointment keeps getting rescheduled. To add to that, request was closed without any resolution. SR no. is SR00001C12WD. Is this the kind of service you provide to customers?

    @JioCare Sir next property to me has a connection and your sales person came twice in a month to me why ddnt he knew that this area is not ready for service. This is not done I need a proper solution for this problem. other wise I need to reach out consumer court. @TRAI @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Failing miserably to solve an issue from the past 1 year. The only response i get is, we are looking in to it on priority basis. @reliancejio when do you wake up and solve the issue?? Do you want me to provide the complete screenshots of your replies from past 1 year.

    @JioCare very bad network for rural areas. Rural students not study well for network CONACTIVITY issue. online buffering for network this issue for impact for study and not connect to internet so far.
