    @magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

    @JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

    @VodafoneIdeaIN only from Vodafone... Being and loyal customer from start we can expect this level of service... So if this problem doesn't solve it will switch all my family members portability to @airtelindia or might be with @reliancejio or something else.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I am getting very very high bills, almost DOUBLE for JIO FIBRE POSTPAID connection. Initially it was prepaid after changing it to POSTPAID, things are not right. There is no CUSTOMER CARE & NO ONE TO ADDRESS MY CONCERNS.

    @JioCare Need to raise a complain on Jio service and customer service. I had taken connection on 26Nov21 advising the agent clearly that the service should start from 01Dec’21. But they have billed me for Nov full month and have not given me the 3+1 now disconnected
