I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

@JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

@JioCare Couldn't reply due to connectivity issue until reached to local wifi zone. FYI. There are approximately 200 to 300 users in my office who are suffering with the connectivity issue since last 2 weeks. Most probably they would bare for a week more. Rest all you can understand.

@magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one). @Airtel_Presence Airtel has become the worst network now. Without solving the complaint they send a message UR problem is resolved. If u can’t even send one engineer to recheck the site then what sort of team airtel is having. It’s been 7 months since the complaint has been raised @reliancejio

@JioCare let me give u an update, since no-one frm ur scl media team bthred2respond. The customer care centre infrmd me that, an engineer visit was schdld on 24th for STB installation. He nvr visited my place bt cmpltd the srvc reqst saying instlltn compltd.
