    @reliancejio @JioCare The issue is regarding Jio Network Speed At Thakurli east 90 feet Road. However the network range is ok but when it comes to internet speed, it is big disappointment. I can't work with such speed. Kindly look into it.

    @reliancejio I am trying since last 6 Months but no one in your team, either on call center or by e-mail is being able to help me to change my registered mobile no on my Jio Fiber account. It’s easier to change mobile no on @UIDAI rather than Jio. Please help @JioCare

    Hello team @JioCare I am awaiting your response to help me in using #VOWIFI on my @reliancejio 4G sim on @OnePlus_IN #7pro device. @OnePlus_Support has already replied that the problem is from service providers end and jio only will solve it.

    @JioCare Hi sir thanks for reply but after all when nothing found info than tried jio app than recharge is successfully done. And it's Rs. 125 available but one issue nothing of recharge app 📲 can do and it's show non prime customer and select another plan error message.

    It's better to choose @airtelindia, as @reliancejio sucks more than @vodafone, even in waiting to move @JioCare to #airtel.. Inspite of several complaint nobody bothered to look into matter from @reliancejio

    @reliancejio To say that Jio is a very big company but there are still many shortcomings left in Jio. Jio customer care is one of the biggest drawback in which the customer's problem is not even resolved.

    @JioCare Hi Sir my Contact Number 8077797744 and j recharged on my another number 8923793939 of Rs 719 today it says it takes 30 Min to flash on your mobile due to some Network Issue. But it takes more then 2 Hours and It could not be solved may i know whom i filed the complaind

    @JioCare Worst service of jio fiber. Instead of resolving my issue, you are rescheduling my complaint without my consent. Due to your Pathetic service of jio fiber team, my works are getting badly hampered. Now it's enough I am going to switch to Airtel fiber. Goodbye @agrawalvishal
