@JioCare Couldn't reply due to connectivity issue until reached to local wifi zone. FYI. There are approximately 200 to 300 users in my office who are suffering with the connectivity issue since last 2 weeks. Most probably they would bare for a week more. Rest all you can understand.

@JioCare my current plan expires in 10 days I always recharge the plan before 10 days .But this time I recharged for 1499 plan which will be active in another 10 days.I don’t want that plan.I want to cancel it

@magical_chirag @impattuthakkar @JioCare We had this problem in Europe before, an Apple software update won’t fix the issue. Jio is trying to buy time to get software updates for all their modems, whilst furiously installing new ones at an insane pace. Basically they don’t have enough engineers, hence the hiring spree

I don't why but for some reason the 5G has still not been enabled on my @reliancejio sim, though 5G is available in my area. With Airtel sim I never have any issues just pop it in any modern smartphone and 5G starts working. That's why my 5G testing is done only with airtel.

Jio has your IMEI tagged as using Jio in the second SIM slot now (eSIM’s are always considered second SIM’s even if you only use one). Call received from @reliancejio number +912235071583 where Sagar was on the other side. He called for my port out request. His tone was absolutely to insult me as I am going out. Is this the standard Reliance Jio follow for their customer.@JioCare
