    Voice quality over FaceTime (audio) or WhatsApp call is so much better, I wonder why the cellphone providers bother providing regular cellular voice service at all. Cross-carrier calls need to upgrade to HD quality soon. @airtelindia @reliancejio @VodafoneIN

    @JioCare My main concern / complaint is that the engineer disturbed existing connection in spite of me asking him repeatedly about it when giving permission to work. Local JIO team who handles cooly switched off phones / didnt call back in spite of numerous calls / whatsapp msgs. Unhappy.

    @ViCustomerCare though Vodafone net is fast when using YouTube or downloading But it is indeed the worst network when gaming . the ping and stability are so bad. in this thing @Airtel_Presence @JioCare are so much better.. even Vpn doesn't work properly with Vi

    @JioCare Very pathetic customer support you have!!!! I have booked my jio fiber connection on 08.04.21 and your team committed me for next day installation but next day they give only assurance and not connection. still I have not get connection. NO0000H2QXXH this is my order no.

    @JioCare @reliancejio worst service ever, last year I took jio fiber connection but it stop working in every few days and your engineers are coming and saying connection is very long and asking me to take new connection, again demanding installation fee
