@reliancejio @JioCare there are almost 5 to 6 connections of Jio in my family alone and none are getting even decent internet speed at my home address. Request you immediate attention your contact center has been a big disappointment they absolutely do not have any resolution.

@JioCare In my wife's Jio no. 6289855816, regd. in Kolkata, getting no Network for the last 2 days at my present place in Poddar Samruddhi Evergreen Badlapur east, Thane, M'tra 421503. Rebooting, even taking out the SIM n reinsertion etc. Nothing worked. May pls. like to help.

Well @reliancejio this is seriously not done ! Here in Worli..I have got absolutely zero network on my Jio simcard. Even in being such an open place , there is no network at all. I habe to rely on my friend's hotspot every damn time. In other places it works well , No doubt.

Such a bad experience with jio networking so upset.@reliancejio It has Poor internet connection in sion area. This networks even can't play videos on youtube if u increase quality from 240p to 360p its buffering. Please try to improve your network i wasn't expecting this from jio

@reliancejio @JioCare I had taken fiber+set top box connection for 30 days trail by paying 2500 deposit. Due to bad connectivity, I had to disconnect, and i got refund of 1500 instead of 2500. Is this the way u do cheap business and earn money?

@JioCare I had complaint from last 3 days back about my jio fibre connection it's not working , but still 1700 hrs on 6th july my complaint is pending , I had around 20 to 30 calls at your helpline number, but there is no solution shame on jio, shame

@JioCare Sir/mam, I have installed jio fiber few days ago. Your saleman came and said to get jio postpaid plan for 6 months and told that i can discontinue whenever i want but when i called customer care to relocate they said not available in that area and can not refund money.
