    @JioCare Experiencing worst speed of internet slower than 2g . Have been complaining to customer care since last 2 days they only say keep patience we are working on it. Even basic application like watsapp is not working

    @JioCare @reliancejio Following with Jio since 2 yrs for better network signal. Every time false promise. No resolution. Network has gone bad to worst state in last 2 months. Can't make calls, forget 4G speed. Jio is 4G on paper, experience worse than 2G. Highly disappointed. :(

    I will not agree on it. The @reliancejio 4G speed sucks in Sector 11 Ghansoli just 1.5 KM from Jio Head quarters.

    @JioCare Really frustated with the poor internet speed by Jio. I am complaining since last 1yr but there is no Improvenment at all. Disgusting & horrible network coverage by Jio. You are surviving because it's India. Otherwise you colud have been kicked out with such poor service

    Highly disappointed with @reliancejio @JioCare I had surrendered my jio fiber connection in the month of feb and device got picked up on 28.02.2021.Till now I have not got the refund. Raised several complaints but no update Last complaint no. SR000014XJT7

    @JioCare 8 have paid for installation of Jio-fiber connection. The Jio staff told that by 2morrow or day after 2morrow ur connection will be established. Till now no contact is made by ur team. If you cannot provide the service kindly send me link to cancel order & get the refund
