@JioCare Since 4 years, Jio Mobile Network Bandwidth is so poor in my hometown area. Whenever I am visiting my hometown, you guys disappointed me and compelled me to go back to the city. I raised a complaint about this long back, still, no action has been taken!

Do not apply for @reliancejio fibre as there services are very poor. I booked and paid 6 months advance on 22 July and till today they have not installed and everyday they move the appointment 2 days ahead.. Worst services..

@JioCare SR000015X1LU pending from more than 24 hours. Coustomer care executive just keeps assuring that they will send their guy asap, but they never do. Many people in my neighborhood have switched over to airtel due to this persisting issue, and I'm also looking forward to it.

@JioCare Hi Team, the uninstallation of router was successful and today i received 1500 back to my account, however, the total payment made was rs 2500 and the cancellation was requested one day prior to the end of my trail month. Could you please help in addressing this concern??
