@JioCare @RelJio4g The funny thing is I recently ported my number from a different network to Jio with the hope of better internet connectivity. But, I couldn't regret more.

@JioCare Jio Fiber services are atrocious and customer care is even worse. The engineer keeps resolving the issue without visiting the site or talking to the customer ( that is me ) where as the problem still persists.The staff does not transfer the call to the seniors ???

@JioCare Jio Broadband connection is blocking Cisco WebEx and I'm unable to work. Have raised a SR but no help received yet. WebEx working fine on @airtelindia but not working on Jio. Why would you all of a sudden block it? Kindly troubleshoot.
