    @JioCare i put complain for network issue still no solution provided by you, as per communication with Jio Customer care, i cancelled Port Request also.

    @JioCare @reliancejio there is never decent internet speed at my place. Cc is giving same ans that it is only temporary & will be fixed shortly from 3 years. There is a tower of jio at distance of 1 km max but there is no network in my village. Fix this else I will port.

    @JioCare I haven't got my refund even after quitting Jio fiber connection. It has been more than 14 days. I was told by customer care representative to wait for 1 day via mail but still I haven't got any response even after 3 days. Please help me regarding this issue.
