    @JioCare @RelJio4g The funny thing is I recently ported my number from a different network to Jio with the hope of better internet connectivity. But, I couldn't regret more.

    Instead of closing the account, I've now received a bill of around ₹1,800 for a service I haven't used after relocating. Kindly cancel the connection immediately, reverse these incorrect charges, and confirm the closure. @JioCare @AkashMAmbani

    @JioCare Thanks! Seems to be resolved after the external cable line got changed and required power resumed. This process must be strengthened to resolve customers issues on first visit. Also, hold code should be obtained by Eng from the customer to keep the ticket on hold not arbitrarily.

    @JioCare There is no way someone can get a proper resolution using your app, it's just a chatbot with pre-configured responses. I tried calling the support number and the call got disconnected stating I already had a complaint raised. How will someone escalate the issue ?

    @JioCare Took ₹3,332.46 for a JioAirFiber connection on 19/07/26 (Order ID: NO0001E53HKS) and has still not completed installation. The order keeps getting rescheduled, no technician is assigned, and there is no way for a new customer to get proper support. Thread 1/3
