    @JioCare @RelJio4g Highly disappointed by your service in Haldia, West Bengal. The internet connectivity strength degrades like anything after 7pm (everyday). Is this some kind of fun exercise that you have come up with to trouble your customers? Please answer.

    @JioCare For some strange unknown reason Jio WiFi calling turns off automatically on all Samsung devices and I have to manually turn it on over and over. Other providers don't have this issue with Samsung so it is definitely a fault at Jio's end. Check out with a Samsung device.

    Thank you @JioCare after 5 years of continuous service, you are making me realize that you have grown like a old man with no more capacity to handle the server load and becoming too slow even after recharge of the work from home pack

    @reliancejio @JioCare very bad services provided by Jio, poor connectivity, even customer support not able to resolve, when I ask that there is poor connectivity my call automatically drops, hence proved its an issue

    @JioCare This service request was raised in the morning itself, nothing new about it. Engineer hasnโ€™t been assigned to this request yet and the issue was supposed to be resolved by 6PM today. I havenโ€™t received any calls regarding this Jaineesh. Is there some reason behind this @JioCare ?
