@JioCare it’s been around a week now since I applied for jio fiber connection but there hasn’t been any progress on it. I was hoping for a quick turnaround as it was jio but I guess the customer service is not as prompt as one would wish from @reliancejio and that too in Mumbai.

@JioCare SR000018GVV5 is closed without resolution. Support opened new ticket SR000018HC30 with another 24hrs TAT. Now I get an SMS that visit will be scheduled after 3 days. This is hindering our work from home and online schools participation. Jio support is pretty much useless
