    @JioCare @RelJio4g Highly disappointed by your service in Haldia, West Bengal. The internet connectivity strength degrades like anything after 7pm (everyday). Is this some kind of fun exercise that you have come up with to trouble your customers? Please answer.

    @JioCare Unfortunately, investigation is not completed. I really thinking how jio is careless of jio subscribers. I am jio x-employee , 4 years of experience in jio networking. I was provided analysis to one of jio team, but no one taking care of my request or issue. @reliancejio

    @ACTFibernet is the biggest fraud. Mandatory 2-3 days of no internet every month. Worst customer service, no quick resolution. Loved the Jiofiber connection. Will raise a consumer complaint against ACT. @JioCare please help me in activating the Jiofiber connection. #ordeal
