    @JioCare @RelJio4g The funny thing is I recently ported my number from a different network to Jio with the hope of better internet connectivity. But, I couldn't regret more.

    @JioCare @RelJio4g Highly disappointed by your service in Haldia, West Bengal. The internet connectivity strength degrades like anything after 7pm (everyday). Is this some kind of fun exercise that you have come up with to trouble your customers? Please answer.

    @JioCare Pls take your device its been more than 15 days and I have been regularly chasing you guys for my refund. This is unexpected from such a big brand like Jio,if you guys will show up this kind of service then customer will have to look for other options.@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio

    @anshul_sharma92 @JioCare @reliancejio Please see how the people's own brand JIO has ruined its goodwill due to its pathetic customer service. You are losing your loyal customers daily due to this. Not suggesting JIO anyone in future for sure. Please see what can be done still.
