    @JioCare @RelJio4g The funny thing is I recently ported my number from a different network to Jio with the hope of better internet connectivity. But, I couldn't regret more.

    @reliancejio In the past month, my jio fiber has stopped working 5 times and resolution takes 24hours. I am tired of incompetency by your engineers who fail to fix my issue. I pay for a service for 30 days, not 24 days, not 25 days, but 30 days. I want a resolution today itself.

    I ordered JioFiber connection along with the Set-top box with Order Number NO0000HTJ9V6 and JioFiber Voice number is +912235750508 on 1/07/202. I still not get my connection active. I mailed & called at customer care. Still no one able to resolve issue. @reliancejio @JioCare

    Slow network issue resurfaced. Recurring problem of very poor signal and data connectivity. What a poor service from reliance jio at my colony when maximum residents using jio sim @reliancejio @JioCare Very bad user experience.
