    @JioCare please train your call center staff, they are not following any SOPs. Wasted my 15 mins with a call centre representative, Aarti, for jio fibre internet related issue. She could even tell the SR current status property. Please review call recording #badcustomerservice

    @JioCare Internet has not been working since morning. I raised a complaint and was told resolution in 5 hr 44 mins. Now it's night and still no fix. If you cannot provide service, refund my recharge amount or I will port to Airtel.

    @JioCare has one of the worst customer support especially when it comes to air fibre issues nobody is letting me lodge an official complaint wrote mail, called customer care but no update, now I am thinking of moving to Airtel. Worst support jio

    @reliancejio @JioCare This has been going on for weeks now and there’s still no fix. We’re paying full price for a service that barely works. It’s honestly ridiculous that connectivity has become this unreliable. If this isn’t resolved soon, switching to another provider is the only option left.
