    @JioCare @RelJio4g The funny thing is I recently ported my number from a different network to Jio with the hope of better internet connectivity. But, I couldn't regret more.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I recently switched to jio. Its worst of the worst in terms of call quality, internet speed though im in a popular city. You are looting more money than past few years and not providing good service. Such a pathetic situation. #jio

    @JioCare its been 24+ hours and we have no internet connection at Katihar,Bihar. Unable to raise a service request. The reply is a bot always saying, "We’re experiencing temporary network congestion in your area, which may cause service interruptions." Please fix is ASAP

    @JioCare Dipesh ground level your work is so pathetic only in jio app you are just assigning service engineers but in ground level past 5 days 10 members camr all are simply saying this wiring connot be possible sonjust cancel the connection eventhough surrounding are there

    @JioCare 7 day period given by the company to resolve the complaint, but I still haven’t received any satisfactory response Now 13 day's over Neither has the connection been canceled nor has the refund been processed. Now it seems that taking legal action will be necessary.
