@JioCare I'm customer of Jio last few years but when I call for Jio care don't connect for customer care , however Wewe connect then ivr online wait minimum 15 minutes and you says Jio service great , very bad and rubbish service every month I raise complaint for network

@Airtel_Presence The previous recharge done on prepaid sim is lost. They just want to increase their postpaid users so they are doing this scam. @TRAI please have a look at this. When I visited the store around 5-6 people had the same issue. It's better to port in @JioCare .2/n
