    I went to a Jio store near my house pin code 700074 Dumdum to replace my lost sim with all required docs. The store rejected my request as they were busy in selling other products and asked me to come after 4 days. Pathetic experience. Bad behaviour. I will leave Jio. @JioCare

    @reliancejio pandemic forced us to conduct online classes but our girl students are unable to afford Android phones It is very Painful for their future as they are not studying from last 1 year. It is very difficult for us to educate them. We really need your help and support.

    @JioCare Please check your DM. Expecting the issue to be resolved within an hour. Have called customer care multiple times since morning and they just give one reply every single time - the service will be restored within 2hours. So far it hasn’t been restored.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I recharged my number with Rs.199/- pack. I got email for successful recharge, but no SMS. Its been more than 40mins, the recharge is not reflecting in my number. Neither can I login to Jio app, as I am unable to receive OTP on my number tol. Kindly check

    @reliancejio @JioCare charging exhorbitant amount from the customers but doing wire restoration services during the weekday so that it hampers the work from home life of ours. Its been more than 30hours and the service has not been restored yet. #JioFiber

    @sahill97 @JioCare Let me know if you are able to find out disconnected process. I am also not satisfied with Jio Fiber Service, Frequent disconnection is second name of Jio. Quick Resolution shared by Technician is to do Factory Reset
