    @JioCare @dharmubaba I’ve paid for Jio Fiber twice but there’s some issue with installation (Joint box is concealed). Also Airtel wifi is soooo ****** that in a 900 sq ft home, there’s no signal in the rooms!

    @JioCare I am having the worst nightmare type of feeling with my new number,every time someone calls me or I call someone,my call disconnect just after one ring. I can't call anyone nor anyone can call me. This is going on since 10 days. I even lodged a complain regarding this.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I recently got a new jio fiber connection in my home . Then I started facing problem in his router, his 4g 2.4 GHz network is not connecting in any device.I talked to customer care about this problem, they are also not helping.

    @JioCare @AkashAmbani please look at your network in Kolkata, believe it or not you are not up to the mark in mobile network, I am using both Jio & Airtel postpaid services. I took a new Airtel connection just to verify & they are really rectifying their issues, please check it

    @JioCare Hi. I port my no. from Airtel to Jio on Friday. Just now the network appears in Jio. But while calling, tele verification pin is being ask to put which I was supposed to get it in the alternative no. But I didn't get any pin. Would you please assist?

    @JioCare Day by day reach value is increasing but services are decreasing, netwrk coverage is decreasing, cal drops, sudden network outage, data connectivity outage. We are paying for these sought of poor servcs. Please dnt come up with copy paste solution.@TRAI @MukeshAmba

    Why has my SIM been deactivated even though I paid the bill? If my SIM isn't reactivated within half an hour, then deactivate itpermanently. There are other service providers who offer better network services than you. @reliancejio @JioCare who didn’t even care

    @Sunface_raj @JioCare @reliancejio Hi Sir, I also have been facing the same problem and from last 3 to 4 days these cheats are just trying to delay things on purpose. I have already complained on consumer affairs portal would suggest you the same and keep your tweet open with updates.

    Very 😭 with @JioCare. I recharged ₹1551 for IR before travelling to the UK, but still no Jio network, no OTPs, and no roaming service. Tried but nothing works. Total waste of money. If you’re travelling abroad, think twice before relying on this service.#InternationalRoaming
