@JioCare one of the worst customer service. Actually the worst. Now some useless employe will reply to this and ask me to DM my problem, and then they don't respond. Their owner is not on a social media platform because he knows how ****** his network is.

@JioCare No matter how many times you went to engineer allotment, you never got 4k quality and speed right from your Jio, you can get 2.4ghz and 5ghz brands but getting all these from airtel fibre better than from you Jio! This is what is being said from 3 yrs how to ever give misreport.

Hi @JioCare, why do I have to listen to the recorded plan expiring **** 3 days before it expires? That too for all outgoing calls? Especially when autopay on MyJio is activated? The product team does NOT want me to use the autopay feature? Poor integration must say. @reliancejio

@reliancejio I installed JioFibre at my home last month. From last 3 days my internet is not work and today service team visited, they found out during the installation team used broken or damage wire of some other service provider. Due to which my internet service is down.
