@JioCare Worst customer care. Representatives are always misleading. While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

@JioCare Yes, this will not solve, untill you install a tower in my building, or some wired connection from your tower. Cc is not at all responsive and evry time their recorder says we are looking faster resolution for net speed. Without speedy net, nobody is hero

@JioCare My parents are trying to get some issue resolved for jio fiber but customer care does not want to log complain. They are trying to give instruction over phone which my parents can’t follow (new technology for them). This is not what was promised during installation.
