@JioCare @reliancejio my Jio fiber is down since yesterday evening around 5.30pm. Impossible to lodge complaint by Whatsapp or phone. My service I'd is 301128532102. It was down before also for 10-12 hours. Your cust care gives irrelevant answers if complaint lodged by email.

@JioCare @reliancejio Definitely I would not recommend anyone to go for JioFiber. They simply don't listen to the customers. I am facing terrible experience. Nobody can say when my connection would be operational. Even the sales person is not picking up phone now.

@reliancejio Waste services, i just moved from airtel to jio postpaid ...the airtel wanted me to pay 160 inr as a pre rental charges and so i paid.the system of jio are not reflecting the payment so my service's are gone now.
