  @reliancejio @haptik People actually don't use these tools. It's just another tougher way to read a simple FAQ section of a website. Alexa / Google Assistants are still something one can play with but in general when you need support, you need another human in other end.

In early days they gave connection now users dive into lust of internet, company started to cheat, if you have 3GB data for a day ,you can use 1GB -1.5 GB with 64kbs speed or below. Worst experience
