@JioCare It's already more than 8 days and I am expected to wait for another 72 hours..... Great...... How other ISPs have managed to restore 4-5 days back. There is a serious issue with after sales service of JioFiber @JioCare @reliancejio

@JioCare @reliancejio Definitely I would not recommend anyone to go for JioFiber. They simply don't listen to the customers. I am facing terrible experience. Nobody can say when my connection would be operational. Even the sales person is not picking up phone now.

@JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber is providing worst after sales service. They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

Airtel literally starts calling you day and night if you tweet you wish to Port your number from @airtel to @ViCustomerCare or @reliancejio but that's only to waste more of your time & do nothing about the issue. Again am expecting calls from them but I am not wasting my time.

@JioCare Again a person called today asking what the problem is. I find it so amazing that after complaining for 10 times at least @reliancejio team still does not know what the problem is. I have asked many times to send the wiring team as it is a wiring issue in the main box.
