I am facing terrible experience. Nobody can say when my connection would be operational. Even the sales person is not picking up phone now.

They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

Low signal reception, no option to connect external antenna, no manual band selection option, can't expect 4g carrier aggregation technology. Jio doesn't provides good network devices.
