@JioCare My JioFiber connection is not operational since last Sunday. Engineer visited and reported at my end there is no problem but, there is no power in my JioFiber box as the main cable on the road got damaged somewhere, needs repair. Till now not restored. Help @JioCare

After #AmphanSuperCyclone the only network which was somewhat working was @jio So I went out and got one sim for myself, and from the very next the signal dropped, and absolutely without any network ! Can you help @JioCare

@JioCare Thanks. I have multiple connections. Apart from @Airtel_Presence, I also have Jio and thankfully, the Jio network is helping me a lot because otherwise I would have had no connectivity at all. On the contrary, Airtel has totally let me down. Be it in Mobility or DTH.

@reliancejio @JioCare Jio postpaid plan comes up with one year subscription of Amazon prime but when you successfully completed one year they started charging this facility. Same plan, old customer less benefits. Instead of enhance benefits to old customers they are degraded it.
