@JioCare It's already more than 8 days and I am expected to wait for another 72 hours..... Great...... How other ISPs have managed to restore 4-5 days back. There is a serious issue with after sales service of JioFiber.

@JioCare @reliancejio JioFiber is providing worst after sales service. They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

@JioCare @reliancejio Definitely I would not recommend anyone to go for JioFiber. They simply don't listen to the customers. I am facing terrible experience. Nobody can say when my connection would be operational. Even the sales person is not picking up phone now.

@JioCare hi recently I call for slow net speed concern but your call executive tall to with me in rude way with that he puts my call on hold more than 15 mintues after that I'll hv to disconnect the call my query was I have 800 mb data remain but net speed is very slow .
