@JioCare some apps in my phones (like Facebook, Twitter etc) are arbitrarily ceasing to work while I'm connected to my new jio fiber connection. But they at once start working when connected to cellular connection. It's very much annoying. Please help as soon as possible.

@reliancejio Having issues with Jio Router. First,doesn't easily recharges.second,gives misleading message and makes me re charge again. Finally,doesn't work. Next day it starts and abysmally slow. Upload and download speed less than 1.

@reliancejio Yesterday I took fiber connection and 2day I have to say NO to fiber service. B4 installing nobody aware of static IP ONLY said use for 30 days if not satisfied then return. Also now they r saying 15 days time to refund money. Mislead. Disappointed. Plz be upfront.

@reliancejio Being one of the leading in the country, u should shame of your @JioCare service. My fibre is down for 3 days and today technician visit and told me it will take 2/3 days to fix it. That also in metro city. A hell of after sale service.

@JioCare I am from Bhopal. Jio customer service is pathetic. The toll number guides you to auto response and end up clueless. The Internet speed was good when installed, but it weeps now & then. Even calls to area services engineer is in vain because they in turn raise a ticket.
