Agent Sulekha failed to provide any resolution, and the assigned engineer never called or visited but falsely updated the complaint as "Customer Not Available." I see no reason to stay with Jio. When I call these Airtel numbers in Rajasthan from my Jio numbers in Tamil Nadu, the calls do not connect and I hear the message that the number is “not in use / currently unavailable.
