    @JioCare My issue is not cleared yet every day a new agent talks and goes after telling a new trick the next day the same thing happens if a new agent is found is it right to keep rotating the customer of jio in the same way by jio agent dont express any kind of field give me F,A

    @JioCare . Today I recharged my jio fibre for 399 plan . And to my surprise 1768.28 has been deducted from my Amazon pay account. Now your customer care is saying nothing can be done. What is this ? Next time I will think ten times before recharging on jio app.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I got your connection 3 day ago, the wifi still isn’t connected. Your service personal doesn’t pick up, your maintenance engineer does not show up after the complaint. What this piss poor customer service ?
