    @airtelindia Hey Airtel, I am not able to use internet on my cell. I’ve recharged 3 months internet pack but at last I have to use Jio Wifi to access net. :( pls help. I want to use enjoy airtel service and don’t wanti to switch to @reliancejio but can’t.

    @reliancejio speed is pathetic, network signal is excellent, still M getting 2g speed my pack was 4g, please check what is the issue

    @reliancejio @JioCare 1 month 5 complaints still no resolution. Am I getting refunded for the days this crap Jiofiber Doesent work ? Or is this money considered donated to Jio? Absolutely a bad idea to get jiofiber #jiofibersucks

    @JioCare @DoT_India Wen I tried to contact the local customer care office at salem,they suggested rather u port ur no. To some other network instead of assuring of any action.certainly people will take care of jio ,rest assured,if this attitude of jio continues.complete disregard of customer.

    @JioCare Sir I have already visited the store many times but store person denied for same and told me to forward the mail to care@jio. And already talked with your customer care and jio support care mail but no such positive answer received. I have done my recharge on 8266005466
