    @JioCare i am unable to see the option to reschedule the visit or select a time. each day i get a msg saying engineer visit is scheduled but details are never shared

    @JioCare @reliancejio It's been days since I raised the complaint, but nobody has responded or visited to inspect the issue. Jio AirFiber continues to suffer from lagging connectivity and poor speeds. SR No: SR000037RKB9 Please replace it with JioFiber at the earliest.

    @JioCare @JioCare I have been mentally harassed by you guys for my refund. Its been 2.5 months since I have discontinued my Jio service and I havent yet received my security deposit of 1500 i dont know how many times i have to request you for my own money. Class act of harassing customer

    @JioCare Kindly provide an estimated timeline for the work to complete. As we do not see jio representatives near our area whereas other operators are working day and night to resolve the problem.
