    Hey @airtelindia / @ACTFibernet I have a JioFiber (@JioCare) connection which is not working due to relocation & none of their support channel is helping since last 18 days. I have paid upfront till Jan, 2027 to them. If you will cover that for me, I’ll switch right away. Deal?

    @JioCare @reliancejio @jio_fiber SR00003E6WLF has been pending for 2 days with zero ownership or meaningful progress. This is completely unacceptable. Assign this ticket to the responsible team/person immediately and provide a clear, committed resolution timeline.

    @reliancejio @reliancejiocare SR00003E90BX remains unresolved. Really shameless Jio is. No installation or resolution. Paid ₹2,221 and waiting from 10dys..Initiate Refund ₹2,221 now. Don’t close the SR without resolving it. #JioFiber

    @JioCare @reliancejio Never seen such a insentive behaviour from any other customer care support. Despite posting my issue they don't even contact me yet. I gave them my contact information in their dm still not a single message or call these guys. Shut down Customer support

    @reliancejio I paid ₹2,200 on 13 August for my Jio AirFiber connection, but it has still not been installed even today. My appointment was scheduled for 17 August (10 AM–12 PM). Order No. NO0001F6XP8W. Please cancel my order and issue a full refund urgently. #JioAirFiber #Jio
