@reliancejio @JioCare Why is there no way to reactivate a deactivated number? Forgetting to recharge is a human mistake, but not being able to reactivate the number is a huge problem as there is a whole social identity linked to phone numbers now. @TRAI

@JioCare- jiofiber outage since mrng. The srvc req get rescheduled. engineer updates the req as on hold, society permission required without contacting me. swiggy, zomato don't have any problm in delivering. Cust care is clueless & repeating the same lines since last 20 mins.

Worst customer service.its been two days since my jio fiber wire broke. I have been calling to jio customer service multiple times a day.they keep fooling me saying,they will be here in an hour. Its been two days they have been ignoring my calls.Disappointed in jio. @reliancejio
