    @JioCare I was used 399 plan in most of the months and I had access in Jio TV. Now you are saying, 999 recharge is mandatory!!!! As I said, you people cannot answer my question directly. Its a product of false and misleading thoughts which makes your own customer FOOLs

    I’m paying for roaming. I’m on the REDX plan. What’s your problem @ViCustomerCare ? I never have network despite multiple complaints. Pls close down your business in India. Time to move to @reliancejio

    @JioCare my uncle ported his 91 year old mothers number from airtel to Jio on 23rd Dec. The store guy said it will take 3 days. My uncle is about to travel back to USA and his mother has no network connection active now. Can you please help expedite this process.@reliancejio
