If you cancel or return the product, your money will be stuck and JioMart will never try to give it back to you. I am complaining since for last 3 months but nothing happened. Finally filed a complaint against JioMart

You only grow in your business and prices of recharges starting from Rs 0 to almost Rs 300 per month and at service level you and your company is worst then east India company..yes your progress is 300% but your service 0% ...really shame on you @reliancejio @JioCare

@JioFiberVoice @reliancejio @JioCare Hi team I want to highlight issue of wrong billin for my jio fiber. I have taken a plan for advance rental plan of 6 months on 1stAug21 but on 10thJan I got a bill to pay some amount. That is within 5 months. Highly disappointed.
