    @JioCare network connection is still not working and none of the action taken by jio team. Really monopoly of the company. They are least bothered and even TRAI is also not taking any action. Really very shameful situation. Jio is nothing but it's graveyard of Hitler ship.

    @JioCare i had an active jio fiber connection that was working fine. However right after raised a complaint on twitter, my connection has suddenly been disconnected. this is completely unacceptable.

    So the new @JioCare model is: take payment → no delivery → say “escalated” → disappear → ask customer to collect from store? SIM ordered 5+ days ago, agent took my address 2 days back… still nothing. If I have to go to the store anyway, why advertise doorstep delivery? #JIO

    @JioCare After that I talked with customer care, more than 4 times but not any proper solution has come yet. This is second time after purchasing your plan and switch from @airtelindia to you.

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioCare I understand this may be due to an increase of internet users, but it’s unfair for customers to experience such poor network coverage when we are paying for quality service. It is your responsibility to upgrade the network as demand grows.

    @JioCare Part 1/2 @JioCare Still no SIM delivered. Booked on 11 Apr 2026 with a 48-hour delivery promise. Multiple complaints raised, and Jio picked up the complaint 5 days ago, but still no update or resolution.

    @JioCare No one has visited till now.. I went to the Vrindavan JioFiber office and found out.. No complaint has been received regarding my problem.. Till now my problem has not been solved.
