@JioCare @reliancejio Jio doesn't care. Jio care keeps rescheduling the call and keeps closing the call without resolution. Customer care are bunch of idiots with no care or knowledge. And they have a virtual monopoly. So, no hope of good service.

@JioCare New jio fiber connection taken in june 2022 with referal benefit. As recommended by sales person, 1st recharge of 6 months made for getting 30 days extra recharge.. but still free coupon is not received. Mail sent to cust care on 4 jan still my issue is not addressed..
