@reliancejio It was a great experience to deal with @JatinChadha.People like him define the customer service to its best.I highly recommend Jio fiber broadband ,because of their on time 'after sales service' which most of the internet service providers in Surat are lacking.

@JioCare internet not working since the past 4 days. Everytime I call customer care, a new person picks up the call and gives assurance for resolution within 24 hours. SRs getting closed marking resolved without a solution, despite requesting escalation. This is last resort!

@BSNLCorporate You plan on competing with @airtelindia @reliancejio with low rate plans but what about the after service, we don't care about a 100 or 200 Rs but a better service. I demand refunds for everyday when I wasn't able to use the service with interest. #CustomerService

@reliancejio @JioCare No proper response from the Jio team. I had done a mistake in filling the form but not able to get it corrected. There is no system to do correction online where the form is to be filled online. No customer care service. Very poor after-sales service.
