    @reliancejio @JioCare Installation order was paid for on 18 Aug, with KYC completed. Despite 13+ calls to representative sales, 7 calls to engineer, and 3 calls to customer care between 21–25 Aug, there is still no installation, proper update, or call response. 1/x

    @JioCare 100+ days since my JioFiber relocation. The promised voucher/pending balance is still not credited. Contacted JioCare multiple times via calls, but no resolution. Please resolve this

    @reliancejio @JioCare it's been 4 days since we have no connectivity . Even after repeated service requests there is no resolve. Everyday you just send a message saying the issue is resolved . What's the meaning of this ?

    @JioCare Jio fiber is not working .No light is blinking in router,Internet works ,but set top box is not working .The video in any application like YouTube Jio hot star gets stuck but the video goes on playing and your customer executive is clue less over the call.

    WORLD CLASS 5G @reliancejio is providing 2G internet at price of 6G, @TRAI is sleeping, no service, that reflects the poor management of services where only consumer suffers...very bad service @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare Why did the SR closed again? Service request no SR00003EUEHL Even I am still facing the error. This happened 5-6 times. What kind of service you are providing? If you can't resolve please refund my amount and take your connection
