@JioCare Now they aak u to send private message so that they dont get insulted publicly. After I shared my details this fellow Shridhar gave me the same reaponse as the customer care and d engineers who visited. So the conclusion is they are also useless and haven’t given me any solution

@JioCare your service center employees do not even know what jio mesh is ? I took my jio mesh to them and told them it was not working ( as suggested by your customer care executive ) . Your employees say that have never ever seen this device before . Worst service .

@JioCare Hi @JioCare After paying the full advance fees now the installation guy is telling me that the service is not available in the area.I need to know if this is the company policy to fool potential customers or some action will be taken against the sales guys running this scam.

@JioCare absolutely disgusted with the way the uninstallation is being handled. Have received the 6th sms in 48 hrs saying that the uninstallation has been rescheduled as per my request, whereas I have never given any such request to begin with! This is appalling to say the least
