    @JioCare Why do you want alternative number? Bought a jio bharat v4 phone within 5 months it's battery is not working properly and it's battery is swollen.. phone automatically start working super slowly like it's working on a remote server only.. how to claim warranty?

    More than 48 hours of complete service disruption and still no resolution. Customers are paying for uninterrupted connectivity, not repeated copy-paste apologies. Demand immediate restoration and appropriate compensation the outage period @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago

    @JioCare Internet suddenly stopped working on my Jio AirFiber Plus for no apparent reason. Tried raising a complaint through the MyJio app, but I'm unable to do that as well. Please look into this issue and help resolve it at the earliest. #JioAirFiber #Jio

    @reliancejio Loyalty lasted 10 years. Patience lasted a little less. Goodbye, Jio. Thank you for the decade. But when calls drop, data crawls, and frustration becomes routine, loyalty alone isn’t enough. Tonight, the number stays. The network changes.

    @JioCare technician is not responding. Even the support team is stating we cannot commit a time due to on ground weather issues. I do not see any weather challenges at the location. Seems like you guys are delaying unnecessarily. No internet and no support. Bad experience 👎

    @JioCare It's been more than 10 days now. I need to know what hard work your team is doing. Ask your team to continue their hard work for one more day and I will be opting for other service provider. Thanks for the pathetic service and unprofessional experience.

    extremely disappointed with the service regarding my SIM order. The SIM has still not been delivered, despite repeated assurances. To make matters worse, a person claiming to be from Jio called me and requested an OTP, saying that the SIM would be delivered immediately @JioCare
