    @JioCare @TRAI @ The Jio ntwk has very poor for the last days.I can't stream or watch a video, or even send a message.The average speed is less than 10 KB.I can't even use 1/4 of my daily data.I rchrgd for 3 months, they gave me better speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare I was out of town for couple of months and seems like my Jio Fibernet account is suspended. I am trying to reach customer care but seems like no one is interested in helping restore my account. This is my last try before switching to another service

    @JioCare I switched to Jio, because other operator service is not too good but I realised Jio Mobile Service is pathetic in my Area. No Network, No data, call disconnect, Very bad experience.

    Important information - TRAI does not provide any NOC for installing mobile towers. If a fraudster brings a fake letter to you, inform the concerned service provider and the local police. @reliancejio @airtelindia @TRAI
