    @reliancejio @JioCare Monopolistic behaviour of Jio is already visible. Technician threatening to rate customer poorly because he won't share router password. Also he insists to visit at his own time instead of the pre-scheduled time. #JioSucks

    @JioCare I have called your helpline more than 3 times now and each time their response is:- Hello sir we are sorry for the inconvenience faced the issue is in your area and it will be solved within the next 2 hours and I am hearing the same thing since yesterday,fix my Internet

    @WhatsApp i have been locked out of my account the old mobile number is not accessible @JioCare has unilaterally terminated my number and now the number is reassigned without my knowledge to someone else i am concerned abt my privacy n want to access whatsapp asap. Kindly help.

    @reliancejio @JioCare Calling ur local jio executive back 2 back from past 2 days for installation, after submitting my Jio Fiber application to them & paid the security amount. But they don't even pick up the call! Is that ur first impression on the new customer you just got?
