Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

It’s been 2 months that I paid JIO for a broadband connection which they did not install and more than 45 days since I have cancelled the connection but @JioCare does not care to refund. Order no : NO0000JP7Y8B , SR No: SR0000181LSZ for cancellation. Worst customer service
