    Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had paid the complete amount. I had queried 4+ times everytime ur team said they will come. And today they say I canelled.(I did not). I have opted to cancel my Jio Fibre connection after using for past 3yrs. This is the worst and non professional behaviour from team.

    @JioCare How many times do I have to share my problem with you? Can't you resolve an individual issue using a ticket ID or request ID number? The team always gives different answers. Do I have to explain my problem every time?

    @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare Once airtel disappoints you, and it will, DO NOT switch to ACT. Airtel is the least worst option out there. They will at least listen to your complaints.

    @JioCare Working from the past 3 days is it?. Now it is time to change the fields service man. At least have some courtesy to give a call back and inform the consumer about the service unavailability

    @reliancejio Dear Jio Team, ​I am facing persistent internet connectivity issues with my network. This month alone, I have experienced network downtime 10 times. ​If I cannot get a stable and reliable connection, there is no value in paying my monthly bill. Please investigate.

    @reliancejio network service is terrible. No websites load and e-commerce apps don’t work at all. WhatsApp messages take 15 seconds just to send. You can forget about using YouTube. This is the situation in Kolyari village, Rajasthan. @JioCare @TRAI
