    Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup If a customer has mistakenly made a payment to an old connection he had can there be no way to adjust it to his existing connection. Apparently I am not getting anything, Inspite of emailing and calling the helpdesk of Jio. They say nothing.

    @JioCare Day 33 of waiting for #jioairfiber since payment. Still no confirmed last date or deadline. No courage to give final date in commitment. So irresponsible organisation. I am tired now @TRAI @jagograhakjago please help

    @JioCare @reliancejio @JioFibreCare today again not working.Extremely poor JioFiber service in Kokar, Ranchi. Internet issues every 2nd day and delayed technician support. We run a library +office and work stops due to repeated outages.Please resolve ! JioFixedVoice+91-6513173582

    @JioCare @nch1915 Grievance No - 9284559 Jio is continuously ignoring my issue and not able to resolve the problem since 12 days I called jio more then 50 times 16 email and 20 tweet but no such solution provided yet

    @airtelindia , My recharge got expired. Now to recharge with my credit card I am not getting OTP. What's wrong with you 🤷? I will port to @reliancejio. Because they don't do this ****.

    @JioCare I am extremely disappointed with JioAirFiber service. I purchased a 100 Mbps connection, but I have been consistently receiving only 2–3 Mbps speed since installation. 1/5

    @reliancejio @JioCare same issue facing since many months still you are unable to resolve it, I suggest to port jio itself in BSNL @BSNLCorporate so they will provide you tower and network and users will not face any issues.

    @JioCare Your technician had replied - "WE CAN'T RESOLVED YOUR PROBLEM ACCORDING TO SCHEDULE TIME ,IF YOU ARE NOT SATISFIED DISCONNECT YOUR CONNECTION RIGHT NOW."
