  @tanyachawla31 @reliancejio Stay away tbh. I have been their customer for years and yet I'm being treated like this only. Its been 30 days without any coverage and no one is there to address it. All I get is the generic replies from them. Also they said I won't get any compensation for the same. Looted!

  @reliancejio unacceptable. Escalate this to the senior network/field team immediately and restore my connection without any further excuses or delays. Please provide a clear resolution timeline and ensure this is closed only after the service is actually restored.
