    Again i am repeating this that my internet speed is fluctuating alot even though the tower is located within 100m of my house. Its been more than 80+ days still no followup calls or anything regarding these service request. Pathetic service by you guys...@reliancejio @JioCare

    @JioCare @JioCare I shared proof of the service issue, yet you claim there was no delay. I couldn’t use the service even after your engineer’s visit. Why am I not eligible for a validity extension or rent rebate? Please review my case again.

    I recharged with the ₹29 2GB Data voucher, which was supposed to have 2 days of validity. However, I received only 1 day of validity. Please check this issue and provide the correct validity or a suitable resolution Jio is fleecing its customers. @JioCare
