    @JioCare I apply for a Jio fiber last year in month of August the service engineer as me additional 2000₹ rupees for cable as the main jio box is almost 300 meter away from my home. I need fiber very very much because for my job as I am working from home (Work from home).

    @JioCare On next day the engineer come and said that please call the service engineer who installed your connection as I can't do this after that i again call on jio customer service and told them the same problem they told me we will take an action against that engineer

    Hi @JioCare @JioFiberVoice Kindly Increase Existing Pack Validity by atleast 1 Day for my Jio Mobile No as well as Jio Fiber No as Internet Service was Stopped for almost 30 Hour's while I has Paid in advance for this Service. Will drop Mobile Nos & Jio Fiber No in Chat Box.

    @JioCare Again nobody came ,this is really bad.i have lodged compliant 5 times and have called customer care multiple times .everytime they assign someone but nobody come and pick up the router .#badservicebyjiofiber
