@JioCare I have e jiophone which is really very problematic phone. After 6months used the keypad did not work properly. After 1yr used the phone signal blinking i.e. the jiophone was not working. I really puzzled how to do with this jiophone number 6291173645.

@JioCare How can u say that coverage in my area is Good when d Speed Test shows a bad network. If there are many users u hv to set up more cell sites & beef up yr network. You guys have been promising a new cell site since last 3 years. Only when customers leave, will yr network improve.

@JioCare Hey your network is on terrible shape since the Cyclone hit Calcutta more than a month ago. My network has disappeared even though it shows 5 bars on the screen. I can even get thru on 198. I think it's time to go back to Airtel.

Is this really a 4G service?? 5 years ago 3G internet service was faster than this. At this moment they are bringing other 5G services and we hope it will be worse than this. Be that as it may the internet speed is increasing or not the charges are increasing. @JioCare
