    @reliancejio return my money. Its almost 1month im waiting for my refund. Jio fiber is a bad product of jio. If you will not return my money I will file a case against reliance jio at consumer court

    @JioCare I don't recharge my JIO number +91 8824059712 since December 2019. Now I want to recharge it but my friends are saying that this number is ringing and someone picked the call also. If I don't recharge it then how it is active. Kindly help me. 🙏

    @JioCare hi. No response to my post about dreadful internet. Let everyone viewing this also know that Jio will respond on Twitter for the public to see but will ignore on DM. It's just a show. Internet doesn't work for 12 hours per day, nobody will help either

    @reliancejio @JioCare my father by recharged his phone worth INR 1299 with the wrong plan. Your customer care is suggesting to recharge again with the correct plan and forget the earlier recharge. Can you help us transfer money to correct plan. INR 1299 is no small amt to forgo.

    @JioCare No response, no help no reply. Only lip service on Twitter to show that you are answering when you're just typing out an automatic message to show that you're responding to the issue, while doing nothing else. It's like police registering complaint but doing nothing after

    @JioCare My jio fibre plan includes Amazon Prime membership but neither jio app shows Activate notification nor Amazon app resumed prime membership just after the recharge. The customer executives are struggling to understand this issue. Can someone get this fixed? #JioFiber #Jio

    @JioCare And why your Marketing team is not showing on ads that after one month if you disconnect the connection.. 1000 will be deducted so that your connection booking employees cannot lie to customer... You don't show exact matter on TV ads or marketing because you know nobody will buy
