@JioCare Team, tq for the updates. Pls be aware that I'll not be available I my home after 5pm on today. So pls ensure yr service engineers will finish my installation before that time. I don't want any such delay as I faced very poor service from yr end in the first phase of installation

@JioCare SR00001DLK00: Worst customer service I have ever received. The ticket was just closed without solving the issue and suspended my Jio number. It was the biggest mistake of my life that I had taken Jio Postpaid to connect. My life was at peace when it was Prepaid.

@JioCare I've made a payment of ₹1499 towards the amazon prime on 25th August 2022 through MyJio though yet haven't got the service activated nor have got the refund for the same. Been following up since 17th September but to no avail. No replies on email.
