They attract people by providing features like subscriptions of OTT apps,etc., and on the other hand, compromising with after sales service. My net is dead for last 8 days and now they ask for 72 hours more.

I am facing terrible experience. Nobody can say when my connection would be operational. Even the sales person is not picking up phone now.
