While providing new connection (postpaid plan ₹999*12 Annual) said that it includes Amazon Prime but after connection Jio asking to pay ₹1499 for the same. Shame on Jiofiber.

If there are no available slots, Jio should recruit more Home Care Engineers instead of making customers wait indefinitely. STB issue (SR00002L9G3C) is still unresolved. Service down since 21 May.
