@itsvichitra @reliancejio @JioCare @JioCare doesn’t even care about their customers. I have been facing network issues for almost a year long and they will just ask you to wait for 90 days and they’ll fix the issue. But that 90 days will never come.

Moving to a new place , things to be done (first thing first) 1. Change default home address for @swiggy_in , @Uber & @bigbasket_com , @amazonIN 2. Get a broadband connection (@reliancejio slow responses makes me @airtelindia customer) And most things get sorted !

Hi @reliancejio My DND complaint SR00000XN8QQ, received response "concerned operator informed that defaulter has been issued a notice and action has been initiated as per TCCCP. Still defaulter phone 8582841127 is working. @TRAI @rsprasad @DoT_India to check what it is.

It have helped me in many other cases where the company representatives were not helpful but after raising here issues were resolved.

@Mahendr25939970 @reliancejio 3/ so according to my experience jio was really helpful while on other hand Airtel forced me to use 3G while I was paying for 4G (I had postpaid connection now it's in Vodafone) in my hometown Airtel, Idea are dead network but jio giving good services.
