    @JioCare We have chosen #JioFiber because it will install with in a day but it's seem to be looking like its going to take a week long time. We appreciate your effort but still it's quit disappointing. We had issue with local net provide that's why we decided to shift ,but it's seem same.

    @reliancejio i am having network issue with my e-SIM earlier when I was with physical sim it was more or less fine. I tried to contact you on 198, live chat, email no response received. Even 198 is saying unable to provide service. What is the benefit of being Postpaid plus user?

    @JioCare Team, tq for the updates. Pls be aware that I'll not be available I my home after 5pm on today. So pls ensure yr service engineers will finish my installation before that time. I don't want any such delay as I faced very poor service from yr end in the first phase of installation

    My @reliancejio fiber connection is out for past 5 days due to some local issuues. Now when the issues is solved, I am calling engineer from yesterday and till now, no one come. Trully unprofessional behavior @JioCare

    @JioCare Two recharges have been done in one day tomorrow. 149 rupees has been recharged. But 199 taka was not recharged but the money was deducted from my bank account.This whole thing has happened in a jio number. If you solve the problem

    No support from last one week!! @JioCare @reliancejio Applied for new connection of fiber. Stopped working after 2 days. Engineer came after 2 days of complaint. Issue resolved. After few hours of resolution, once again it stopped. Applied for refund.

    @JioCare @jagograhakjago I wanted to cancel jiofiber connection within 30 days,so that I have logged the complain on 21st April as my jiofiber 30 days gets completed on 22nd April.I haven't got any call from customer care but they are telling me that(1/3)
