    @JioCare sir from last two days my jio fiber is not working what's the issue unable to understand whenever I am trying to schedule engineer visit it shows we don't have any slot available from last two days it's running and no one cares. Either repair it by today or close my acc.

    @JioCare Already lost my business, so don't want to continue with your fraud service . Because as per local sales person of Jio technical person is not available for support in company as most of people fired by company and your local JE is not responding on call or messages.

    @JioCare Complete network failure in Abadpur, Katihar, Bihar. Calls are not connecting, incoming calls have no audio, and 4G/5G internet is barely working. The entire area has been facing this issue for the last 2 weeks. Please resolve urgently.
