    @JioCare @reliancejio @jagograhakjago Since 7 June, I have faced repeated outages, missed engineer visits, and auto-closed tickets. Now the full bill has been generated while my reimbursement request is still pending. Is this your idea of customer service?

    @JioCare @JioFiber Extremely disappointing experience. Since 15 June, I completed KYC twice, made two payments and received multiple installation dates but the connection was never installed. Repeated delays, poor communication and no accountability forced me to choose another provider

    @JioCare Ms. Habiba , i am now forced to file a complaint against your agency for not providing me a connection even though I am ready to handover EPIC, Driving licence,PAN and Government Office id. However your office is telling me that they can't process it

    @JioCare This issue is still unresolved despite sharing all my details via DM. My installation has been repeatedly rescheduled from 30 Jun to 3 Jul and now 4 Jul, but no one has come. The agent either doesn't answer calls, speaks rudely, or promises to visit and never shows up.
