  @JioCare As like to inform you that it's not mine issue alone, last Friday when I was not able to receive internet and this problem occur so initially I followed the steps where I had called the customer service and scheduled the visit thru engineer.

  @TechTurbanator @airtelindia @JioCare I had the exact opposite experience. Jio has been running without a hitch for years now. Air tel keeps having outage every other day.

  @JioCare While PM Modi promotes work from home ... You service makes sure that everyone enjoys internet-free (No internet) at the least 2 days/monthly subscription. Of course, you never compensenate for the monthly downtime.

  @reliancejio @JioCare @jio_fiber I have been following up regarding connection relocation but no one has called or showed up. Its been 10 days, have called the customer care 20-30 times and sent emails also but nothing is done. Do you have any accountability? Pathetic service
