    @ak8427016181 They claim that they have good network, but ground reality is something else. I have had this experience in the past, finally moved all my numbers to Jio, suggest you also do the same @JioCare

    @reliancejio @JioCare @reliancegroup Very poor customer care service for Jio Fiber , I am trying to explain very simple issue from last 4-5 days on call and via email but getting proper standard documented answer. Not taking any effort to understand actual issue. Very irrirated.

    @DeepaliiAgrawal @airtelindia They enjoyed supremacy before arrival of @reliancejio When later started giving #4G &that too free for an year followed by cheapest data they all started cribbing Jul fibre is the best&fastest broadband No competitor can ever survive bcos it's service not commercial interest

    @reliancejio while writing I have been waiting on call Jio Customer Care 198 since 1hour more & still going on.... Best Service in India.. Most 3rd class service of jio.. Most useless & most 3rd class type Jio customer care executive.. Shame On You.. JIO...

    @reliancejio Existing jio fibre customer - relocating to other Colony where FAT is just 150m from house but relocation denied Also ok for fresh connection at location but engineer says not more than 80m allowed. For more length need to pay per meter charger but for whole 150m Loosing customer
