    @JioCare We don't even have a working Jio NETWORK in our Area, we have been suffering the same problem Every month. Your customer care representative was talking very rudely to us. Please look into the matter ASAP!!

    @JioCare @JioCare - I have not seen any progress for last one week and have no hopes it will be resolved so I don’t want to wait any longer for this. If no refund is initiated today then I am going to initiate a complaint against Jio.
