    @JioCare here after a long time from kashmir finally internet services restored on 28feb but my jio fiber is not working not able 2 surf internet hell with your service till now even aftr 10time i called nothing happnd. i think we have almost 100 cnctns. in our area half works

    @JioCare : My Jio Number was autopay. Since August 2019 mobile services were down in July& K, but you continued to charge me @300/month.Sad to say, when I contacted ur customer care, they showed cold shoulder. Clear loot.

    @JioCare, I booked a Jio fiber connection on 16th Oct, but your service agent said they won't be able to provide a connection to me as the distribution box is full in my locality, can you please see if an additional DB can be installed helping me get a connection asap?
