Have been complaining about JIOFIBRE services as my screen is going completely black several times. Customer care is continuously saying the issue has been resolved without even sending an executive. Phone keeps switching to 4G and I have to toggle Airplane Mode repeatedly just to get 5G back. Daily data gets exhausted in half a day. Why sell 5G plans if reliable 5G service isn’t available?
