@JioCare how many months you want solve the issue when converted from postpaid to prepaid (Jan 8-21) you said that in 60days will be refunded..and in March you said the issue will be solved in 10-15days and now you are asking what is the issue. jio related branches are most worst in India

@reliancejio There have been a fraud from Jio when asked for porting. Post submitting docs and verification, I was called from Jio to send cancel message to 1900, as multiple request have been raised against the same. Need immediate resolution from Jio. This is unethical.

@JioCare In cut-throat competition to capture more and more customer you all are only focusing over covering customers, even when you better knew that ur number of network towers r not enough to bear such load. Instead of caring customer with you, you all only focusing over adding more
