    @JioCare #jio ceo sir since almost 3 weeks I am raising complaints as my router is not working, firstly I would like to bring to ur kind notice that engineers are closing the case without visiting after several follow up’s on 22 technican visited the place and told us they cannot change

    @JioCare @reliancejio haven't seen such a "Pathetic" "Worst" "Unprofessional" Customer Executive ever in my life, For new #jiofiber connection at 500037, literally made me wait for 6 hours saying coming in 10 min coming in 5 min and spoiled my entire day!!

    @JioCare Thanks Akshay you local team since two month they are just postponing to next week I don't think the next week will ever come. Any will go to ACT for new connection. U have very weak and bad management of adding connections u don't have customer care or don't have local centers.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I had a jio network which suddenly got disconnected with no reason, I am having accessing to all my accounts as those are linked with that number and jio care is not at all helping.

    @JioCare @JioFiberVoice @reliancejio My SRN SR00001BDYX1 has not been addressed by any technician or engineer yet in last 21hrs. They simply repeat, technical reasons taking time and no assurance yet. Very poor service. Please take immediate action and help in resolving this.

    @JioCare Hey, it’s been 17 hours since I raised request here and 48 hours since I actually raised a service request in myjio app. Still the resolution status shows “Assigning an engineer”. How long should one wait ???

    Finally cancelling @reliancejio after 3 months of a traumatic and exhausting nightmare. Zero resolution, no engineer ever showed up, endless IVR torture, repeated false promises, and still charging me. This is beyond pathetic. Completely dishonest and unacceptable. Total scam.
