@JioCare Fed up with Jio for its slow internet speed and pestering reminder calls to the customer 4 days in advance that too while making every call. Thinking of converting to other network if this pestering doesn't stop. Let customers decide when to recharge.

@JioCare Its been 72 hrs, which i have provided you every detail you have asked for and till now i didn’t any update on the payment issue. If we didn’t recharge and you will be disconnecting the internet promptly. Then you are not addressing the money you deducted.

@reliancejio @JioCare Extremely unhappy with the process of customer care. My Jio Fiber is working excruciatingly slow and when I called customer care the phone lasted 25+ mins as they were trying to find the problem in the backend. And still not resolved. Speed 2.3mbps
