@JioCare @reliancejio When I called customer support they are disconnecting while talking is one more poor sign of worst and unskilled professionals at Customer Support. I want my connection back at the earliest as my work from home getting my day's pay effected. U need to compensate my one day's pay.

@JioCare As usual i didn't receive any refund . When enquired they raised new SR000017MU0J. I have been waiting from past 3months for refund there is no proper response. Pathetic service by #jio #jioCare . Will i get this issue resolved ??

@JioCare @reliancejio the unskilled fellow of Jio did the damage/by cutting the internet wire and ran away, despite I paid for it and it's in live. when I questioned him, he said he will reconnect the wire in 15min, but he didn't. Worst workers and worst service of Jio clearly visible.

@JioCare - I gave an application to port a number on 25th June. I took a prepaid plan for 399 for two months. The number got migrated to jio network today morning. The reacharge date is however 24/08.Your person at the store says that plan gets activated when jio SIM is active
