@JioCare I keep getting calls from your vendors but no one actually helps us. They hang up on us when we ask when will install happen. Can you review your vendors ? Such a pathetic service.

@JioCare even after 5 calls my service request is not being registered and jii has no responsible senior who can come on call to appease a dissatisfied customer. What’s the point in taking a 1499 plan if u are not able to watch Netflix as promised

@sushil__y @JioCare @hiteshgera2500 Me also facing same issues with jio fibre. Installation not done yet despite making the payment yesterday. Jio even delivered message of successful installation. But no one has visited yet.
