    @JioCare instead of improving data speed (for which i port messaged), CC is ready to rewelcome me after 90 days from new network if i shift. Shows lack of conviction and determination to fix issue

    @reliancejio Have you really destroyed your customer service? Jio being my favourite service provider I chose it, but 3 days back I had my jio fiber connection cut just becz of a neighbour denying to share the wires from his place. Now there's no fault on my side and (1/n)

    @JioCare internet and landline not working since 1st feb. Reported many times to jio customer care. Even in twitter only assurance is rec'd. Now I got to know why RIL is underperforming in ragging bull market.

    Sir since last night #JioFiber router red light is continously blinking.. Regarding the same I called toll free number & installation team as well but no proper response. Still struggling to file my complaint regarding the same @JioCare @reliancejio
