Hello @JioCare I have applied for porting request from airtel postpaid to jio postpaid but your executives are saying that our site is not working from the last 1month so we can't port your sim into postpaid. Are this kind of services you offer to your customer?

So I switched to jio fiber so that I could experience good internet speed and have connection stability which was lacking in my local internet service provider. It's been two days now that jio fiber isn't working @reliancejio @JioCare (Thread)

@JioCare #1 Pathetic response to service call at Jio Fiber May pls note the chronology 14th May service request raised for discontinuing the connection as being transferred to other city 15th May recd call , have requested to collect the set-top box by 19th as I've to vacate
