    @JioCare @reliancejio Network coverage is pathetic at My Home Vihanga (block 10) society in Hyderabad. Most of the time we get zero signal. I just moved in to this place 3 days back, and experiencing very bad network.

    @JioCare How come it got resolved ,if we are still facing the same issue,and without any confirmation of resolution from the customer ,how you resolved the SR? Kindly reopen the SR and take confirmation from customer once issue got resolved from your side @TRAI can you please help

    @JioCare This is the docket number of my complaint in National Consumer Helpline (2882137). Its been 9 days & my issue isn't solved yet. My previous service requests were also closed. I had made a 6 months recharge that is also getting wasted plus my office work is suffering. @JioCare

    @JioCare @reliancejio What has happened to your team ? Relocation was scheduled for today 11 am. Executive supposed to come to do so, refused to come. The one who scheduled is not responding to calls. Is this the kind of service customers should expect ?
