    @JioCare i recently take a new connection but my internet mostly running on 2g speed I am paying price for 4g service. Is this your business model. #No customer care loot in India. If I am paying price for 4g I am expecting 4g internet speed.

    @reliancejio @JioCare My jio fiber was not working due to heavy rain in kolkata. Lodged complaint but engineer visited the site at 8 pm and said that I have to cancel the existing connection and to purchase new one and if I paid 1300 rupee him personally then he will repair ..

    @JioCare It’s a pity that just spent 4.6 k on new connection 20 days ago. Another issue is @reliancejio has no connection capability in the area we required this connection.

    @JioCare Hi Sir, The request has been raised on 4th may, and customer support has allotted me a slot for Engineer's visit multiple times since 5th may but the Engineer is not visiting rather he is updating false information on your portal about his visit.
