    Porting to @reliancejio from @airtelindia turned out be my biggest mistake. 8 out 10 times , call doesn’t connect. Thought it won’t be that worst. Waiting for 3 months to get over

    Dear @JioCare Internet Speed of our area became worse from last 15 days. I complained a lot but no improvement till now. Please fix this. And Take it serious. 332 MB Files take time to download more than 2 hours.

    @JioCare @reliancejio I didn’t disconnect it’s because you guys don’t serve in the locality where I just moved and hence you initiated the cancellation late last month. You yourself resumed the service for me where you don’t have service. Strange!

    @reliancejio @JioCare I have visited the nearest Jio Center to complaint about the poor receiption of network in area but noone is bothered to look into matter. Poor Network Receiption, Poor 4G data speed and interrupted calls everytime! Even after complaining, no fix is provided

    @JioCare For the last 2 years my problem is as it is, even today the speed of the net is low and the call is dropping, the call mute is also happening very slow net and network is still there, I am very upset Abhishek 8010634945
