Dear @JioCare Team, I dialled a Tel No through @reliancejio several times & heard the same recorded message of 100 cr vaccination achievement. When dialled the same number through #Vodafone, found that the Tel no is not working. Pls don’t defeat the purpose of a serious service!

1/1. Finally after so many follow up and getting frustrated and fed,myself went to Jio service centre and submitted the device because engineer were so busy that I will get a scheduled appointment but no one bother to call or come.Such a worst and pathetic service from @JioCare

@JioCare I'm absolutely gutted with the jio customer service. It's been 4+ days and my connection hasn't been repaired. I contacted care and they said wait 24 hrs and they've been doing this to me for last 3 days. I think I'll wait till tomorrow and switch my network to airtel.
